Efter den finansiella krisen 2007 har allt fler företag problem med likvida medel. Detta medför att riskerna för sena eller uteblivna betalningar ökar. En av de branscher som drabbats hårdast är träindustrin. För tillfället har många större företag inom branschen blivit tvungna till konkurs. Detta har en direkt påverkan på branschens underleverantörer som sätts i en försämrad situation. Syftet med denna uppsats är att utifrån empirin beskriva och genom valda teorier förklara hur underleverantörer inom den trärelaterade industrin hanterar risken för sen eller utebliven betalning.

This bachelor?s thesis describes a qualitative case study of a public library as ?third place?, a place besides from home and workplace visited frequently for conversation. The subject is chosen because of the many roles of public libraries. The main query of the study is ?What view does the public library have of its role as third space and how does that relate to the way utilization of the public library as third place is seen??.

Bakgrund: Diabetes typ två är en sjukdom som förebyggs och behandlas med bland annat livsstilsförändringar. Det är ett aktuellt ämne då diabetes typ två blir allt vanligare i Sverige och världen. Det uppskattas att 85-90 procent av alla som har diabetes i Sverige har diabetes typ två. Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturstudie var att belysa hur patienter upplever att drabbas av diabetes typ två med inriktning mot livsstilsförändringar. Metod: Åtta kvalitativa artiklar kvalitetsgranskades och ingår i studien.

The purpose of this work is to investigate collaboration between journalists and librarians.These two groups meet in the archives of the modern newspapers.The theoretical part deals with the functions which society has given journalism and the libraries. A comparison is made between the two groups and the author notes resemblance anddifferences.The practical part is an investigation of some journalists at Boras Tidning, a Swedish newspaper. They have answered questions about their usage of the archive which has an educatedlibrarian. As this has not been the case for more than four years, the work of the journalists haschanged in different ways. Advantages and disadvantages are presented..

The report contains three parts. The first part is a summary and overall presentation of thermalcracks and preventing measures against such cracks. Detta är en studie av sex läroböcker i matematik för gymnasiet ur ett jämnställhetsperspektiv. Läroböckerna är utgivna av olika förlag och vänder sig till olika elevgrupper. Studien tar sin utgångspunkt i läroplanens mål om jämställdhet. Böckerna är studerade i tre olika nivåer. Första nivån är en mer ytlig betraktelse av själva layouten och bilder, i andra nivån har kringtexter studerats och den tredje nivån själva problemuppgifterna.

AbstractAim of this project was to analyse signals and try to localize the position of source of sound. It is donewith three microphones which have 90 degrees angle to each other. Each microphone detects one partof the sound wave. The microphones are connected toan ADC which turns signals from analogue todigital shape. After that the three signals are transformed to a computer.

Det finns en hel del forskat kring integrering, fast de flesta forskare har utgått ifrån lärare, rektorer och lednings syn på integrering. Jag valde därför att göra min undersökning utifrån elevernas sätt att se på integrering. Det övergripande syftet med min studie var att få kunskap om grundsärskoleelevernas syn på integrering samt uppfattningen av delaktighet i grundskolans klasser på högstadiet. Undersökningen har innefattat tre elevintervjuer där jag har satt elevernas perspektiv i fokus. Hur vida de upplever sig delaktiga eller ej är av varierande grad.

The tourism industry is a young industry in Sweden but important for the economy and a large part of the field is mountain tourism. Marketing a place is called destination marketing, which has become a huge phenomenon and an important part of efforts for promotion in the tourism industry. The entrepreneurs in the tourism industry are an important part, as these are a big part of the destination. Their marketing and communication becomes a force to reckon with in order to attract tourists to the area. The purpose of this study is to examine how entrepreneurs through destination marketing reach their target market and with the intention to identify marketing channels that the entrepreneur uses.

 The sawmill industry is a relative fragmented industry that is in an economic upswing andwith a hard competition. The customers have high demands on their suppliers and the highcustomer demand make it necessary for the companies to make a streamlining in planningand production. For that reason it is very important that the planning- and productionprocesses aren?t to complex and with a simple structure.The purpose of this report is to study and map out a marked out part of a planning- andproduction process, from adjust works to final delivery, at a company in the sawmill industry.Different methods have been used for the report, among others interviews and subordinatedmaterial.We have mapped out a marked out part of the planning- and production process at theCompany. This part we have studied, and we have analysed the process it self and otherthings connected to the process.We see the planning- and production process in the Company as complex.

The aim of my study is to investigate if and in that case how the writing process and texts written by students in the upper secondary school are affected by the writing tool; does it matter if they write their texts on a computer or by longhand? Another objective is to compare such an effect with the findings of previous studies performed on earlier generations of writers. The first part of my study was a survey. It showed that two thirds of the 67 students participating thought that they would have written better texts in the national writing test if they had been able to use computers. In the second part of the study each of the fourteen participants wrote one text on computer and another by hand.

The purpose of this study was to find out who young people of today talk to about contraceptive. The main questions that we wanted to answer was from who young people wish to get information about contraceptive and whose advice they listen to and trust the most. Our purpose was also to illustrate the questions from a gender-perspective.We chose two equivalent rural districts, when it comes to the number of inhabitants. The young people who took part are students in ninth grade. We wanted to get a great sample so that the study would be representative of the population.

This thesis is dedicated to analysing the relationship between Islam and democracy and the role played by Civil Society in a process towards democracy. This theme is further elaborated through a comprehensive study of three modern Muslim intellectuals: Abdolkarim Soroush (Iran), Hasan Hanafi (Egypt), and Tariq Ramadan (Switzerland), and their thoughts about and views on Islam and democracy. Islam has often been portrayed in a stereotype manner where all forms of change are seen as impossible. The aim of this study is to go beyond this vision and instead focus one the role of Islam in processes of development and new forms of interpretation concerning democracy.The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the relationship between Islam and democracy.
