Munksjökajen is an old industrial estate on the western shore of Munksjön in Jönköping. The purpose of this thesis is to develop Munksjökajen in accordance with the program for Jönköping?s future development ? Stadsbyggnadsvisionen ? drawn up by the city council.Munksjökajens relations to the surrounding areas have been investigated as well as the need for public transport and possibilities for commercial, municipal and private businesses to operate in the area.The final proposal has a relatively high degree of preserved industrial buildings. New buildings vary in shape and expression in order to create an interesting and diverse environment. The proximity to the lake adds character to the neighbourhood and the water is accentuated by the integration of it in the area..

Bakgrund och problem: Transportbranschen i Europa står inför en situationdär bolags finansieringsmöjligheter kan komma att påverkas. IASB och FASBhar publicerat ett utkast till en ny redovisningsstandard inomleasingredovisning, som innebär att all leasing måste klassificeras somfinansiell. Detta får effekter i en bransch som i dag redan är ansträngd.Tidigare forskning visar att aktivering av all leasing får effekter påtransportbranschen i USA. Rapporten ämnar hitta vilka möjliga nedslag enaktivering kan få för transportbranschen i Europa.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att utröna hur en omfattande förändring avregelverket IAS 17 kan påverka en redan ansträngd bransch i form avförsämrad finansiell ställning.Avgränsning: Avgränsning görs till transportbolag i Europa från länder sompresenterar en väsentlig andel leasing. Studien undersöker enbart bolag somleasetagare, vilket utesluter all form av leasing som leasegivare.Metod: Studien genomförs med en kvantitativ ansats där författarna utgår fråndata hämtat ur årsredovisningar via databasen datastream.

The general consensus is that the gap between the Swedish variable mortgage rate and the repo rate has increased over the last years. Although the Riksbank in recent times has cut its base rate, many banks have chosen either to leave the interest rate on variable mortgages unchanged, or they did reduce it but by less points than the reduction in the repo rate. The linear relationship between the repo rate and the variable mortgage rate has changed over the last decade and the mortgage margins these days are relatively high. This can somewhat be explained by the new rules introduced in the bank sector requiring banks to increase liquidity and equity. The forest industry is one of the most important industry branches in Sweden. Since the demand of high precision wood deliveries has increased, the demand on a well constructed forest road net also has increased. A good road net gives the wood-supplier competition advantages and also increases its service level towards its customers, lumber-mills and pulp-mills. In some parts of Norrbotten, the road net is still insufficient and not yet built out enough, and that is why it is important to know how to act and where to improve the road net in these areas. The purpose of this thesis was to create a work-model for long term road planning in areas with no road net or a not yet complete road net. The model has been created in an ArcGis environment, where a long chain of tools has been tied together with the program ?Model builder?.

In this paper we investigate 67 Swedish buyouts in the manufacturing and retailing sector between the years 2004-2012. The purpose is to measure changes in a set of financial key ratios to see if private equity firms are able to improve performance in their portfolio companies compared to a peer group consisting of other firms within the same industries. Furthermore, we examine if there is a difference in the change of the financial key ratios between private equity-owned firms in the two sectors. The key results are that the private equity owned firms have not outperformed their peers with respect to the chosen key ratios. This paper examines how notifies security looks for private employed workers in jobs founded by the public. The aim is to clarify the legal situation surrounding notifies law, and to analyze possible shortcomings in the law with a focus on the future.Notifies law is based on five cornerstones. This essay examines fans contributions in a transmedia culture. I examine how fans relate and use the fictional worlds in the creations of their own films. The study focusing on the use of graphical elements and character design in some fan films. The examination is done by using two intertextual theories. One of the theory is Lubomir Dolezel theory on transfictional relationships and the other one is Gérad Genette theory on the realtion in transtextuality.

Fuel wood is currently the third largest assortment from the forest in Sweden after pulpwood and lumber. Branches and tops i.e. logging residues are one of the assortments of fuel wood which is a common by-product after harvesting nowadays. The way to utilize, disintegrate and transport the logging residues varies between northern and southern Sweden. Branches and tops are collected throughout the year at appropriate stands, but are consumed mainly wintertime.

SAMMANFATTNINGHästen är en utpräglad grovfoderätare som i det vilda spenderar större delen av sin vakna tid med att äta och söka föda. Dagens moderna sporthästar utfodras ofta med en lägre andel grovfoder och en högre andel kraftfoder för att täcka ett högt energibehov. Under en tävlingsdag utsätts våra sporthästar för stora fysiska och psykiska påfrestningar då en tävingsdag involverar transportering, arbete (fysisk prestation) samt ofta ett minskat vätske- och födointag. Det är inte helt klarlagt hur pass påverkade hästarna blir av en tävlingsdag samt om foderstaten har någon betydelse för prestation eller för deras förmåga att kompensera för dehydrering och stress. I föreliggande studie observerades sex hästar av rasen svensk varmblodig travhäst.

In order to maintain competitiveness, it is important to be aware and adapt to changes concerning the surroundings of the company (Johnson et al., 2011). Agricultural commodity prices sharply fluctuate on the global market in recent years, affecting the profitability of farmers. High volatility market requires tools to reduce price variations and increases the need of decision-making (Bouder & Beth, 2003). Farm-based grain handling facilities increases the sale options regarding agricultural commodities; a flexible strategy to get additional compensation for the storing the grain produced on the farm (Edling, 2002; Edwards, 2013).
