I Sverige sker cirka 2500 transporter av nyfödda barn varje år. Socialstyrelsen publicerade i slutet av år 2013 en ny vägledning ?Vård av extremt tidigt födda barn?. Ett av de områden som har prioriterats är neonatala transporter. Betydelsen av en väl fungerande transportorganisation är nödvändig för att skapa en säker och jämlik vård för denna patientgrupp.

It has become fairly common for a company to outsource one or several of its logistic activities to a party separate from the business of the company itself. Since the original agreement usually involves two parties, the seller and the buyer, the logistics company is called the third party. The relationship between the outsourcing company and the third party varies in form and in depth but can sometimes be very close, almost to be considered a joint venture. When the co-operation between the two parties includes more than just one separate logistic service and the third party adapts its business to a certain extent to his principals needs, it constitutes third party logistics. If the logistics company, or a party employed by it, becomes insolvent when having the entrusted goods in his possession questions may arise concerning the right to the property.

Syftet med studien är att förstå varför medarbetarna på avdelningen Capital Goods, DeLaval, trots rörlig ersättning som motivationshöjare, har svårt att uppnå de mål som är uppsatta i deras balanserade styrkort. Vad motiverar medarbetarna på Capital Goods till att uppnå målen som är uppsatta på de balanserade styrkorten?Studien är kvalitativ karaktär där intervjuer med chefer har genomförts för att få en bättre förståelse av problemet. Studien är också kvantitativ karaktär, där en enkätundersökning genomfördes för att komplettera de kvalitativa intervjuerna och stärka reliabiliteten i vår studie. I vår undersökning framkom att de flesta orsakerna till lägre måluppfyllelse är sammanlänkade med varandra.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar hur förvärvsarbetande människor i Gävle använder sig av bil och aktiv transport när de transporterar sig till destinationer inom staden. Tio personer, fem butiksbiträden och fem lärare, intervjuades angående deras transportvanor och resonemang kring valet av transportsätt.Resultatet visade att aktiv transport var det vanligaste transportsättet till arbete, träning och butiker i centrum medan bilen var det vanligaste transportsättet till mataffären och destinationer på längre avstånd från hemmet. Avståndet till destinationen, tiden det tar att transportera sig, transport av eventuella varor, bekvämlighet, intresse av motion och rekreation, årstid, väder samt synen på ekonomi och miljö var faktorer som påverkade om deltagarna valde att transportera sig med bil eller aktiv transport. Definitionen på de olika faktorerna varierade mellan deltagarna, vilket kan tyda på att det är den personliga uppfattningen om de olika faktorerna som avgör vilket transportsätt som väljs. Det framkom ingen märkbar skillnad i resvanor mellan deltagare med olika utbildning och arbete..

Executive SummaryThis final thesis has examined the effects of an increased centralization and better coord­in­ation of the distribution logistics at ABB in Västerås. The company is today strongly decent­ralized and there is a minimum of collaboration between the 20 business units. This is why the questions were raised; how could the business units coordinate outbound logistic activities and what effects would that provide. The obj­ect­ive of this final thesis is to provide basic data for a future decision-making which desc­r­ibe these effects.The report has mapped out the factors that are important to ABB in an evaluation of their logistic activities and how the outbound logistics work today. The four factors are cost efficiency, delivery service, environmental impact and logistics capability.

Profit in first commercial thinnings of today is hard to achieve. This is because of prevailing pulpwood prices and because of high costs of logging and transport. To reduce these costs higher productivity is advocated. One way to increase the productivity is the use of multi-tree handling harvester heads. The aim of this study was to calculate logging and transport costs in first thinnings, where multi-tree handling has been used.

In 1997, the Swedish parliament adopted a decision on Vision Zero (nollvision) in the road and transport system. Theproject is based on an inspection made by Arbetsmiljöverket, where they found minorshortcomings with distribution of goods for the employees. The project is an investigation ofthe drivers? working environment.Schenker Logistics is one of the world's leading providers of integrated logistics services.Schenker Åkeri AB is a subsidiary to Schenker Logistics and transports 2.4 million tons ofgoods yearly.The project started with a background study to evaluate drivers working environment. Wehave studied goods receptions, the working environment, strain injury and injury mechanisms.Methods used was observations, tests, questionnaire surveys and ergonomic andbiomechanical calculations.One result of the study is a working model, which gives recommendations for the maximumweight a driver should push and pull.

Under de senaste tio åren har antalet hästsportsevenemang ökat drastiskt, både internationellt och i Sverige. Det ökade antalet hästsportsevenemang visar på ett ökat intresse för hästsport och hästar vilket i sin tur föranlett en ökning i transport av häst. Vetenskaplig litteratur inom ämnet är knapp och det som finns berör vanligen fysiologiska mätningar för att uppmäta stress under transport. För att få en uppfattning om hur marktransporter av häst går till i Sverige och skapa en kunskapsbas för framtida studier utfördes en webbaserad enkätstudie. Enkäten låg ute i 6 dagar och 1013 personer svarade varav 906 stycken kunde analyseras.

Abstract (in English)The purpose of this work is to find out what the driving instructor who currently works as a transport teachers feel about today´s driving education to transport high school to how it works at driving school. I describe in the study on how to become a transport teachers and on their everyday work. Even what others have written on this topic on driver training. I also interviewed four driving instructor who currently works as a transport teacher, about what they had for opinions on this issue. The method I have used myself of where unstructured questions to get so descriptive answers to questions as possible.
