Syftet med studien är att skapa en förståelse för hur en byråkratisk organisation arbetar för att på en och samma gång vara såväl regelstyrd som deltagaranpassad samt hur detta påverkar individerna som deltar i verksamheten.För att uppnå syftet har det utgåtts från följande frågeställningar:  Hur upplever deltagarna samarbetet med konsulten?Hur ser Arbetslivsresurs metod för arbetet med deltagare i omställningsuppdrag ut?På vilket sätt individanpassar konsulten mötet med deltagarna? För att uppnå syftet har kvalitativ metod tillämpats. En intervju har genomförts med en konsult på Arbetslivsresurs som bland annat arbetar med omställningsuppdrag samt har intervjuer utförts med åtta deltagare som medverkat i omställningsuppdrag i anslutning till Arbetslivsresurs. Resultatet visade att konsulten i samtalet med deltagarna använder en arbetsmetod som utgår från individen. Vidare visade resultatet att samarbetet medfört positiva upplevelser för deltagarna samt upplevde deltagarna ett individanpassat bemötande i stor utsträckning. .

De gör det lättare för företagen att snabbt anpassa arbetsstyrkan till efterfrågan. Samtidigt finns problem och risker med att hyra in personal. Flertalet studier kring dessa problem tangerar ämnena motivation och/eller inhyrda medarbetare, men forskningen är begränsad vad gäller inhyrda medarbetares motivation.

Background and problem: There is a continuous debate regarding incentive programs in public companies. Since the global financial crisis and the subsequent recession in 2008, the criticism has reached even higher levels. Various regulatory authorities as well as influential external actors require stronger regulations and limitation of the monetary compensation in publicly held companies. Share-based payments are based on the development of the market value of the company. This means there is an existing relation between the owners? and the managers? interests.

 In this essay our starting point was the question:? How youth experience their ongoing sojourn in the resource school?? We did a qualitative study with interviews. We interviewed totally eight youth with different backgrounds. The head question was youth´s positive and negative experiences about ongoing sojourn in the resource school compared with their home school. In the result, we came until that most of the youth were pleased with their sojourn in the resource school.

Sjuksköterskeyrket är ett mångdimensionellt och komplext yrke. Utbildningen och inskolningsperioden ska förbereda sjuksköterskan inför mötet med den nya rollen, dock upplever nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor sig sällan förberedda inför den nya yrkesrollen. Svårigheter uppstår därmed under transitionen. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa hur nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor upplever yrkesrollen och transitionen från student till sjuksköterska de första sex månaderna i yrket. Litteraturstudien baserades på fjorton vetenskapliga artiklar som granskades och analyserades.

Uppsatsen utgår ifrån Agency- och Stewardship Theory samt Project Governance som bakgrund till att beskriva hur projektorganisationer arbetar med styrning av projekt. Studien ämnar skildra hur styrning av projekt påverkar projektbeställares och projektledares arbete i projekt vad gäller tillsyn, tillit samt kommunikation. För att göra detta är studien baserad på sju kvalitativa semi-strukturerade intervjuer med respondenter som verkar inom olika branscher på arbetsmarknaden. Datan från intervjuerna bearbetades sedan med s.k. deduktiv tematisk analys för att göra den mer presenter- och hanterbar.Agency- och Stewardship Theory är nära sammankopplade med Project Governance, även om de i sig själva är helt skilda.

In this essay, the aim is to empirically and theoretically study the parliamentary debate of the child pornography law. The empirical part is an attempt to discover eventual underlying gender stereotypes in the debate. A text analysis is conducted with material consisting of motions from members of parliament and of protocols from the parliamentary debate. In this material we try to find latent and manifest expressions of gender stereotypes. There are several stereotypes, which effects the argumentation and prejudice of the debate, like stereotypes of the victims, the perpetrators and their characteristics.

This study intends to illuminate women?s experiences of their own self-harm. Self-harm is mostly associated with women and research shows that women mostly are over-represented. This study describes women?s experiences about their self-harm but also how they perceive the elements around them during their illness.

Media has the power to influences society. Some call them the third power of a state. Through amongst others, the agenda setting theory and the framing theory, this report seeks to understand how media describes the swine influenza and how it uses its power to influence people to vaccinate. As this report will show, there is no doubt that media has had an impact on the Swedish population of which 60 per cent followed through with the vaccination. Media used an information discourse and attempted to present its articles in an impartial manner and used governmental authorities and experts to support its arguments.
