Då en demokratisk transition, där begreppet transition refererar till den situation som uppstår mellan två olika politiska regimer, avslutas tar en konsoliderande process vid. Denna konsoliderande process ämnar till att förankra det demokratiska styrelseskicket i samhället. Begreppet konsoliderad demokrati är i sig omdebatterat.En transition, som kan vara en övergång eller en återgång, till demokrati kan föra med sig någon form av auktoritärt arv. Detta auktoritära arvet kan sedan utkristalliseras genom att de valda, civila politikerna inte kan fatta beslut på vissa områden, främst då det handlar om hanteringen av minnet från en auktoritär period. Detta kan i sin tur innebära att det demokratiska styrelseskicket inte förmår tillfredställa dess medborgare och missnöjet expanderar.

Introduktion Bröstcancer är den vanligaste formen av cancer bland kvinnor, i Sverige diagnostiseras omkring 7000 kvinnor varje år. En bröstcancerdiagnos med efterföljande behandling kan innebära en livskris då en kvinna ifrågasätter den egna identiteten varav självuppfattning och kroppsbild är två punkter som kan beröras och orsaka lidande. Med fördjupad kunskap om patienters erfarenheter av hur självbild och kroppsuppfattning påverkas vid en bröstcancerdiagnos och behandling kan sjuksköterskan individualisera stöd och omvårdnadsåtgärder för att minska lidande hos denna patientgrupp. Arbetet har sin utgångspunkt i teorin om att en förändring i en människas hälsotillstånd leder en transition, då människans upplevelse av sin identitet utmanas. Syfte Syftet med uppsatsen var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser av en förändrad självbild och kroppsuppfattning vid en bröstcancerdiagnos och behandling.

Our questions were: ?How is the child perspective perceived by the Social Services?? and ?In what way is the child perspective put into practice in the Social Services? work?? Our approach to knowledge is based on the hermeneutic tradition of knowledge. The essay rests upon semi-structured interviews with ten Social Services? workers.

This study is about the child?s perspective when it comes to work with financial assistance. The purpose of the study was partly to describe how social workers regard the child?s perspective in their work with financial assistance and partly to look into whether they impose a child?s perspective in their practical work. To fulfill this purpose the authors used a quantitative method and sent out a web based survey to all the social workers actively working with financial assistance in Stockholm town.

Att ha genomgått en hjärtinfarkt kan väcka många olika känslor så som chock, rädsla, osäkerhet och känsla av att kroppen aldrig kommer att bli densamma. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva personers upplevelser av livet efter en hjärtinfarkt. I litteraturstudien analyserades 17 studier med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys och med en manifest ansats. Analysen resulterade i fyra kategorier. I resultatet framkom att kroppen kändes förändrad på många sätt och personerna var tvungna att genomföra livsstilsförändringar till följd av hjärtinfarkten.

Purpose: The aim of the study is to analyse why the socialworker at the socialservices havn?t implemented the perspective of woman as subordinate and men as superior.Questions: Is the perspective of woman as subordinate and men as superior significant for the socialworker? Is the organisation, colleagues or de individuals thought structure of importance when it comes to implement the perspective? Does the socialworkers view of the clients as victims have an impact on the fact that the perspective has been given interest? Method: Critical case study. Flexible design; The study is based on interviews with socialworkers and study of documents and statisticsConclusion: One of the central findings of the field study was that the implementation of the perspective of woman as subordinate and men as superior was of no use for the socialworkers as they saw it. The findings showed that the definition of a victim was not used or that they were unconscious that the definition of a victim did affect them in their work. The possibilities for the organisation to learn is of  importance for the implementation of the perspective of woman as subordinate and men as superior.

Mot bakgrund av Lipsets moderniseringsteori undersöker vi strukturella orsaker till varför Kuwait, Ryssland och Turkiet inte genomgått en transition till demokrati, trots en relativt hög grad av modernisering och ekonomisk utveckling efter kalla krigets slut. Vi problematiserar begreppet ekonomisk utveckling och diskuterar olika demokratidefinitioner och demokratiklassificeringar. Utifrån tidigare forskning formulerar vi åtta hypoteser som vi i vår analys prövar på våra analysobjekt. Vår analys resulterar i att Kuwait och Rysslands ekonomiska utveckling inte har bidragit med ökning av demokratisering men däremot har utvecklingen stabiliserat regimerna. Turkiets differentiella ekonomiska utveckling medförde att resultatetet för landet blev olika.

MayAim: The Swedish banks SEB and Swedbank are on the same market but their goodwill is amortized totally differently and its results will be different. We decided to examine the accounts in Sweden and see if they have been more efficient, from a user perspective, after the introduction of IFRS in year 2005Method:  This paper is made from a quantitative and a deductive approach. We have collected data from all companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange between the years 2002-2008 using the computer program Financial Datastream and then made the regression and other analyses and comparisons with the program MinitabResult & Conclusions: We have in this paper demonstrated that how the accounting of goodwill designed is relevant to investors and that this relevance has increased in Sweden after the transition to IFRS. We have also concluded that the goodwill has greater relevance in a rising market than in a downward.Suggestions for future research: In future researches can the aim be to compare other accounting standards changes that occurred in the year 2005 and see if the accounting, from that perspective been more efficient.Contribution of the thesis: We have shown how the account influences investor?s decisions during different accounting systems and in particular how they react on the changed account of goodwill.

We have through our theoretical framework been able to create a simplified measuring tool for a KIZ; the S-TKL. We have found that the S-TKL is possible to implement on the Öresund Region but with some flaws. Even though the Öresund Region has implemented the mindset of a KIZ, accurate statistics are in some areas hard to find. We can also through our empirical findings say that it is difficult to use the S-TKL on Shenzhen. The data we have found gives a good indication of both of the regions.

The child perspective is a complex area primarily because of its many ways of interpretation but also because children are considered to be less competent than adults. Our hypothesis was that adults in court-proceedings make decisions in the child?s place. The aim of this study was to investigate the judicial meaning of the child perspective in ?Socialtjänstlagen? (SoL) and ?lag om särskilda bestämmelser om vård av unga? (LVU).
