SammanfattningAv störst vikt vid en företagsförvärvsprocess är huruvida säljaren och köparen reglerar sina ansvarsområden och bestämmer gränser för riskövergången i köpeavtalet. Ur rättsäkerhetssynpunkt är det essentiellt att kunna förutsäga och identifiera riskerna redan vid avtalsslutet. Det ligger ofta i parternas intresse att så långt som möjligt reglera förutsättningarna redan vid ingående och utformning av ett köpeavtal.Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka samspelet och följden av att säljaren inför garantiutfästelser i ett köpeavtal kontra resultatet av att köparen faktiskt genomför en due diligence-undersökning innan ett köpeavtal kommer till stånd. Detta genomförs med utgångspunkt i diskussionen kring riskfördelning mellan avtalsparterna, köplagens regler om säljarens upplysningsplikt, köparens undersökningsplikt och den allmänna lojalitetsplikten som åligger avtalsparter.Utgångspunkten vid formuleringen av avtal mellan parterna anses vara det köprättsliga felbegreppet med dess utgångspunkt i köparens befogade förväntningar på det överlåtna objektet. En genomförd due diligence och införande av garantier i köpeavtal kan innebära att riskövergången regleras och de befogade förväntningarna preciseras vilket leder till förutsägbarhet och säkerhet för parterna att kunna förutse eventuella framtida risker.

The purpose of this paper consists of examining the different ways of thinking about death and life beyond death conveyed in the game Grim Fandango Remastered. This was done by using a theoretical framework consisting of a self invented definition of death called "Bodily death". This definition consists of common notions about death such as cessation of life functions like movement, metabolism, respiration and overall cessation of brain functions. It also included cessation of vital processes, which includes the ability to make energy Transfer, making reparations, for example by cell replication, as well as the waste system of the body.  Besides this, the study examines the prevalence of dualism, a conception that views the soul essential to the individual's mental state. The interest for functional strength training in golf has grown the last decade and scientists are always trying to find training stategies to improve the biomechanical aspects of the swing. Kinematic sequence contains a proximal-to-distal sequence order towards impact, and an effective kinematic sequence in the down swing begins with a rotation in the pelvis and follows by an activation in thorax, arms and club in the respective order. The rotational torques in the proximal segments wanders through the body and to the more distal segments to create an effective energy ? and power Transfer at impact. This master thesis examines commercial video games and their relation to the concept of immersion and realism. Games as a communicative medium is quite a new area of interest within rhetorical research in Sweden. Most of the research conducted has, however, been focused on gaming and formation on opinion ? games that explicitly tries to persuade the player, unlike commercial games that focus on entertainment, that is. But that does not mean that commercial games cannot influence us.

 Inledning: Patienter som varit svårt sjuka och vårdats på intensivvårdsavdelning, upplever ofta oro och ångest, när de ska överflyttas till vårdavdelning. Dessa patienter har stort vårdbehov, eftersom flertalet inte återhämtat sig, från sitt svåra sjukdoms tillstånd. Patienterna är fortfarande mycket trötta, har nedsatt muskelkraft och svårt att klara sig själva. Målet med studien är, att med kunskap om hur patienter upplever överflyttningen, försöka finna former för hur vi ska kunna underlätta denna för patienten. Syftet med studien är att beskriva patienters upplevelser i samband med överflyttning från intensivvårdsavdelningen till vårdavdelningen.

To achieve this, it is important that the KM activities become a natural part of the employees? daily work.

To effectively manage a forest resource for both economic and other values good planning is required. The problem is complex since you want to know which forest to cut and when. Often a hierarchical planning structure is applied, including strategic (long-term), tactical, (medium-term) and operational level. Today SCA Forest is one of few forestry companies in the northern Sweden with an integrated forest wood supply and industry. The goals of the company are to supply their own industries with wood and to manage the resources of the forest through a long-term perspective with satisfactory profitability.

Bakgrund: Neonatalvården i Sverige är organiserad så att nyfödda barn i behov av intensivvård vårdas en tid på regionsjukhus innan de flyttas till hemsjukhuset för fortsatt vård. Tidigare studier har visat att flytten till hemsjukhuset är en stor och påfrestande händelse för föräldrar som befinner sig i anknytningsprocessen och därför behövs ny kunskap för att förbättra rutinerna och omhändertagandet av föräldrar i samband med återtransport. Syfte: Att undersöka föräldrars erfarenheter i samband med förflyttning av barnet från neonatal intensivvårdsavdelning på regionsjukhus till hemsjukhusets neonatalavdelning. Metod: För att genomföra studien valdes en deskriptiv och kvalitativ design. Resultat: Analysen av föräldrarnas berättelser resulterade i tre olika kategorier att lämna tryggheten, att möta det nya och likheter och skillnader.

Today in Sweden the concept of the greyzone students that stands between the nine-year compulsory school and special school for mentally retarded children is recognised in different studies and reports. It is not obvious for this group of students to decide which category best can comply with their needs. Should they go in nine-year compulsory school or special school for mentally retarded children? In the last years there have been alarming rapports about how the share of students in special school increases. A study shows that the greyzone students are a group that distinctly is on the increase in the special school.

This master thesis in energy optimization was made during the autumn of 2006 at Käppala wastewater treatment plant in Lidingö, Stockholm. A preceding thesis, where all electricity consumption was mapped, showed that the aeration in the biological treatment is the single largest consumer in the plant, and it is therefore of interest to reduce this cost. The oxygen control strategy used at Käppala WWTP is working well from a nutrient removal point of view, but not from an economic one. The last aerobic zones have a very low oxygen consumption during low loading periods which give rise to enhanced dissolved oxygen concentrations with excessive costs and reduced denitrification as a result. But also during periods of normal loading unnecessary high oxygen concentration are sometimes given.By modifying the aeration control strategy three full-scale experiments have been made, with the intention to reduce the air consumption.

Olika aktörer på fastighetsmarknaden har svårigheter att värdesätta kommersiella fastigheter på grund av den minskade transparensen på marknaden. Den minskade transparensen är ett resultat av att färre fastigheter överlåts genom köpehandling idag. Syftet med denna studie är att skapa en ökad förståelse på fastighetsmarknaden och på så vis underlätta för olika aktörer på fastighetsmarknaden att genomföra marknadsanalyser. Målet är att utreda varför vissa bolag väljer att överlåta sina fastigheter med köpehandling istället för att överlåta fastigheter genom att paketera den i ett dotterbolag. Två rättsfall har studerats för att få rättsväsendets bedömningar.

Since the Chinese economy?s reform in 1980, it has been attracting enormous foreign investments. Many Swedish firms from different sectors such as technology, manufactory production, consumer, service industries and so on, had started their investments in China. China has become the first choice for global manufacturing due to the huge market, continuous economic growth, stable political situation, sound investment environment and the WTO membership. In addition, China's enormous potential in finance, service, infrastructure, telecommunications, wholesales and retail industries will also attract a great deal of foreign capital.

Syftet med studien är att beskriva hur svenska multinationella företag tillämpar cost plus metoden vid interna transaktioner över landsgränser. Vidare har följande forsningsfrågor formuleras: Hur tillämpar företag cost plus metoden? Vilka faktorer påverkar internprissättningsprocessen? Fallstudien är genomförd på Älvsbyhus som är en av nordens största tillverkare av prefabricerade sektionshus av trä med affärsidén att sälja och tillverka färdigmonterade, källarlösa trähus i 1 eller 1,5 plan till marknadens lägsta pris. Den utbredda handeln mellan företag i olika länder har resulterat i ett ökat antal multinationella koncerner bildats, därmed har ett behov av internpissättning för värdering av interna transaktionerna uppstått. Huvudtanken med internprissättningen är att internpriset ska avspegla marknadspriset för varan eller tjänsten, vilket ofta inte är möjligt då ett marknadspris inte existerar.
