The general aim of this paper is to describe how the European Union can affect and Transfer their conditionality politics to the Western Balkan countries. A specific purpose of this study is to describe and explain what we in this paper consider to be a specific additional membership criterion, regional cooperation that has been especially designed for this region. The point of departure for this paper is Europeanization theory that will be used to study the European Union?s impact on non EU-members in Europe. The theoretical Europeanization mechanisms are taken from Heather Grabbes ?Europeanization model?.

Introduktion: Patienter som av någon anledning blir inneliggande på sjukhus får oftast problem med sin sömn. Detta kan leda till försämrad hälsa. Syfte: Att beskriva vad som påverkar patientens sömn på sjukhus. Metod: Denna studies datainsamlingsmetod är en litteraturstudie som består av redan befintlig vetenskaplig litteratur. Sökningarna skedde i CINAHL och PubMed och resulterade i 12 artiklar till studiens resultat.

Digital preservation is a relatively new subject to Swedish archives. Alhough computers have been used for a long time, preservation has been made on paper and stored on shelves. These days a lot of cities in Sweden have investigated how to best secure the digital information for the future through electronic archiving, e-archives. One option is to hand in the information as soon as possible, but to let the producer keep the information ownership yet some time. The idea is to let the producers of the information answer questions and hand out material, since they are more competent on their field.

I teorin skapar internprissättning ett antal fördelar såsom styreffekter, motivation och bättre resultatbedömning.

ABSTRACTHelena Nowachek The purpose of the following study is to focus upon the possibilities and challenges associated with the Transference of corporate culture from one organization to another. I have chosen to address this by looking at the franchise company Jobzone, which works specifically with recruitment and outsourcing. As a method I have interviewed three people in Jobzone: one person who is responsible for education, one franchising boss in Sweden and one franchisee. To delineate the concept of culture I apply both Schein?s model, in which he divides culture into the three levels of artifacts, values and basic assumptions, as well as a general theory of communication.

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is the definition for using BIM in the construction process to simulate and analyse the building. Resulting use of the technology will according to proponents lead to fewer construction errors, a better understanding between stakeholders for the construction project, less communication problems and a smoother construction process. Although BIM has according to researchers a big potential, few companies have succeeded in broad and continues implementation. The study aims to identify the factors affecting the implementation. More precisely identify what factors influencing the decision to adopt VDC and potential barriers in the diffusion process. The empirical findings are based on a case study of NCC Construction Sweden.

Abstract The purpose of writing this thesis was to improve methods during requirements engineering phase. Usercentred system engineering has some problem areas, which are examined and verified to create a new guideline for developers. This guideline tends to make requirements engineering more effective and help developers create more concrete requirements. It is not uncommon that system development projects ends up with unsatisfied users or delay in deliveries. The reasons are different kinds of communication problems between users and developers during verification of requirements.

This study aims to investigate and describe the direction of the ideological development of the Swedish gymnastics association Gymniska Förbundet. Between 1928 and 1932, this organization transformed from a purely gymnastic and cultural association into an influential platform for the production of Swedish nationalist ideology. Based on theories of National Socialism?s formation within modern society, the analysis focus on the conditions regulating Gymniska Förbundets relation to modernity. Thus the study examines the association?s ideas in relationship to the concept of modernity.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att komma underfund med hur introduktionen kan förbättras för nyanställda arbetsledare utan tidigare erfarenheter från arbetsområdet. Examensarbetet är en respons på Peabs interna enkät som under ett antal år belyst hur medarbetarna bland annat ser på trivseln och arbetsmiljön på sin arbetsplats. Denna enkät är till för att finna förbättringsområden. Flera anger att de anser att introduktionen är otillräcklig och behöver förbättras.Denna rapport använder sig av en kvalitativ metod med intervjuer av tio personer med koppling till yrkesrollen arbetsledare samt ytterligare tio kompletterande intervjuer.De huvudsakliga slutsatser och förbättringsförslag som dragits från intervjuerna är att nyanställda arbetsledare ska få tillgång till bättre arbetsbeskrivningar om hur Peabs arbetsmetoder och vad dess kärnvärden är och dessutom få klart för sig vad företaget har för förväntningar på de nyanställda.Större delen av intervjupersonerna ansåg att någon form av strukturerad utvecklingsplan var att föredra. Under rapportskrivandet upprättades följaktligen en sådan, som anger vilka moment och fördjupande kurser som är lämpliga för en nyanställd arbetsledare.

The purpose of this essay is to explore how social media affect the political orientation and commitment of youths. Three scientific questions highlight the purpose from different angles. The didactic perspective is discussed in the initial and closing discussion, and is analyzed in the corresponding chapter. Two methods are involved in the study; one survey and one interview with a focus group. The survey had a total of 98 respondents from four different classes, all in the first grade of upper secondary school.

This thesis is about university spin-offs and the competition in high technology industries. In the light of efforts to increase the competitiveness of the European Union, an effective Transfer of cutting edge technology from universities to the industry plays an important role. This is among other reasons due to high capital requirements for further technology development and lack of complementary resources. With a combination of relevant literature and empirical investigation, commercialisation of technologies within spin-offs is investigated and analysed.

Construction of wetlands in the agricultural landscape may reduce nitrogen and phosphorus Transfer to streams, thereby reducing the eutrophication of lakes and seas. The agriculturalstream Lillån, a tributary to stream Sagån, ends up in Lake Mälaren and is transporting large amounts of these plant nutrients. The aim of this study was to estimate how hypothetical wetlands of different size and location may reduce nitrogen and phosphorus load from stream Lillån. Estimated nutrient retention in several small wetlands was compared to retention in a single large wetland based on existing data from the agricultural stream and from a nearby smaller stream. Retention in the stream was suggested to decrease along with the nutrient concentration in the water.
