Social workers in this study describes various experiences of the assessments of interventions for children and adolescents. Social workers experience of the many different situations where an assessment of best effort must be made on the basis of BBIC, which is the Social Services investigation records. To make this assessment, the Social workers need social assistance and support of their colleagues and manager. Knowledge mixed with experience is also an important part when it comes to being professional and not let emotions control that could otherwise be happened when the social worker meets and builds relationships with clients. Social workers are also those who will decide which achievement the client needs from the needs.
Sociala medier inom destinationsmarknadsföring : Om Stockholms och Sigtunas arbete med sociala medier
Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vad destinationsmarknadsföringsorganisationerna (DMC) Stockholm Visitor Board och Destination har för syn gällande sociala medier. Samt att titta på hur dessa två arbetar med sociala medier i sin marknadsföring och även vilka fördelar och nackdelar en sådan marknadsföring kan ha.Studien har haft en kvalitativ utgångspunkt när det gäller metodval. Men ett inslag av kvantitativa aspekter har förekommit då en enkätstudie har utförts. Flertalet kvalitativa intervjuer har ägt rumt med relevanta personer för denna studie. En vardera representant från Stockholm Visitor Board och Destination Sigtuna har intervjuats.

This thesis explores how the Swedish magazine Morgonbris depicted women's new roles in the workforce during World War I and whether these depictions challenged or upheld contemporary gender structures. The study addresses two main questions, how Morgonbris portrayed women's new roles in the workforce and how this portrayal challenged or upheld contemporary gender structures. And also how the magazine integrated the ideal of respectability to engage and mobilize female workers, analyzed through Ronny Ambj?rnsson's descriptions of respectability ideals.
Using Hirdman's gender system theory, which examines the maintenance of gender power structures through separation and hierarchy, and Ambj?rnsson's work on respectability ideals, the study employs a qualitative content analysis of articles from Morgonbris during the war years. By identifying and analyzing expressions of class and respectability ideals, the research uncovers strategies used to engage and mobilize female workers.
The results show that Morgonbris portrayed women's entry into traditionally male-dominated labor sectors as a significant shift that challenged established gender roles.

This is forcing companies be more innovative and creative in their marketing, in order to distinguish and differentiate themselves and their products/services. We believe that creating a top-to-bottom experience strategy is one way that a company can succeed in this.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and clarify how a business can reinforce their product experience through a complete experience strategy. In order to demonstrate this we have made a case-study research for the New Wave Group, advising them on how they can place blown glass art at the heart of the town of Kosta.The authors have used qualitative methods and an abductive approach. Four interviews have been completed with executives from the New Wave Group, including the project manager, hotel manager, head of the Kosta Boda smeltery and head of guides and visitors at Kosta museum.

What helps or inspires busy moms while grocery shopping?
The purpose of this master thesis is to understand how busy moms experience their grocery shopping trips and the in-store environment. In gaining this knowledge, we aim at being able to suggest ways to improve the grocery shopping experience of busy moms; and present insights that can help food retailers in targeting this consumer group in-store. Methodology: We use an iterative approach, and work with photo elicitation interviews. We let our respondents capture their experiences in photographs, which then aid in recalling their memories in follow up interviews. Theoretical perspective: We base our theoretical perspective on environmental psychology where we use the original M-R model, and include personal and situational variables suggested by Bäckström and Johansson (2006); where the latter variable includes the views by Turley and Milliman (2000).

Relationsmarknadsföring- Hur Allsvenska Fotbollsföreningar lockar supportrar till arenan
En ständigt återkommande uppgift för fotbollsföreningar är hur de ska locka supportrartill arenan. I denna uppsats har vi undersökt fenomenet relationsmarknadsföring och ivilken utsträckning det används inom den svenska elitfotbollen. De föreningar somberörts i fallstudien är BK Häcken, IF Elfsborg och Gais. Vi har kommit fram till att allaföreningar försöker etablera relationer med sina supportrar och även om ingen föreninguttryckligen använder de metoder som ryms inom relationsmarknadsföringens ramverk,finns ambitionen att arbeta mer med relationsskapandet. Föreningarna har som mål attskapa relationer med sina supportrar även om personalbrist och ekonomiska resurseroftast är orsaken till varför det inte sker i någon större utsträckning.
MCNP-modell för beräkning av neutrondos och DPA på reaktortanken vid Ringhals 2
In this report an MCNP (Monte Carlo N-Particle) model is described for the reactor vessel at Ringhals 2. The model is validated against the specific activity in neutron dosimeters, extracted in 1977, 1984 and 1994. The validation showed that the calculations of the model are within the requirements of a maximum of 20 percent uncertainty for every neutron dosimeter except one, extracted after the first cycle. The uncertainty of this cycle was mostly due to the operation data rather than to the MCNP model.The model has been used to investigate various questions concerning radiation damage. The reliability of the traditional measure of radiation damage, fast neutron flux (En > 1MeV) has been evaluated. This has been done by taking the ratio for this and another measure of radiation damage, DPA (Displacement Per Atom), for various positions and layers.
Livsstilsbloggar- En studie av affärsinriktade Internetdagböcker
Syfte: Huvudsyftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva praktiken inom affiliate marketing ochbloggar inom livsstilssegmentet över en tvåmånaders period. Studien beskriver och framför defaktorer som krävs för att skapa och driva en blogg som attraherar läsare och annonsörer.Design och metod: Uppsatsen presenterar en statistisk analys av de huvudkategorier sombloggare i livsstilssegmentet nyttjar i sitt nätbaserade dagboksskrivande samt en diskursanalysav innehållet i dessa kategorier. Första steget i studien är att lokalisera bloggar som uppfyllerde kriterier som kännetecknar en livsstilsblogg. Det andra steget är att kategorisera inläggen ibloggarna. Det tredje steget är att genom diskurs analysera innehållet i inläggen som tillhör deolika kategorierna.Resultat: En utförlig studie av bloggar inom livsstilssegmentet som dessutom arbetar medaffiliate marketing visar på tendensen att dessa kommunicerar med sina läsare på ett sätt därde eftersträvar ett djupare och mer familiärt förhållande till sina läsare.

The purpose of this thesis is to study how preschool teachers can reach the goal of the swedish educational plan to prevent traditional gender roles for children ages 3-6 through drama in education.This is answered by four hypothesis based on Judith Butler's queer theory, George Herbert Mead's social psychological theory and Gavin Bolton and Dotothy Heathcotes drama pedagogical theories. The hypotheses are tested against four teachers' examples of their work.The hypotheses areHypothesis 1: By using the expert's mantle and active observation in teacher-in-role indrama educational exercises, we can see how the children internalize the heterosexualmatrix and the outline of the internalized other.Hypothesis 2: By using the "mistakes" that occur when children repeat performativeacts that do not fit with the heterosexual matrix, these other possible behaviors can bestrengthenedHypothesis 3: Through drama exercises that are not normative teachers can widen theheterosexual matrixHypothesis 4: Through drama pedagogical methods like teacher-in-role teachers canprovide possibilities of other performative acts and the creation of a more tolerantinternalized other.The analysis show that the respondents work within all these hypotheses in different ways and thathypotheses 2 is the one with the weakest support in the interwievs. The examples are also weakregarding the use of Boltons drama pedagogical methods, but that there are a number of othermethods in use.Some of the conclusions are that more theoretical knowledge in the preschool drama pedagogics tocounteract traditional gender roles and patterns, as well as the drama of educational theory need tobe linked to queer and social psychology research. AbstractA prerequisite to be able to use semi-natural pastures in an optimal way is knowledge about their conditions and properties. One thing to consider is the amount of herbage mass that can be produced during one season on different types of semi-natural pastures. That knowledge makes it easier to choose which type of animals and how many you are able to have in each paddock to maintain a high biodiversity and achieve the desired production of the animals at the same time.This study was performed in nine different semi-natural pastures around Uppsala. The paddocks were already mapped with regard to different vegetation types. Exclosure cages were placed on previously fertilized, mesic, dry, shaded and wet vegetation.

The aim of this study is to enlighten how todays working environment affects young individuals descriptions of how to reach success in work life, now often titled as ?career?. Our purpose has been to analyse how the term career is constituted discursively among young people in jobs characterized by flexibility. The study is based on six qualitative interviews with young adults in the media industry, all between 20-30 years old. By utilising a Foucaultdian discourse analysis we want to expose how the competing and dominating discourses, that our interviewees? statements are based on, can be associated with a wider social context. The study reveals that our interviewees describe career in two separate ways, both positively and negatively.
