This essay intends to provide an understanding of the developments in the right of public access and recreational activities in the forests of Sweden, and which factors and prerequisites that have affected this development. The forest and its history, along with recreational development has in many ways shaped today?s rights of public access, but there is also an age-old tradition of public access that has affected how we have used the forest, and that also has enabled the development of outdoor recreation. Many are unaware of this, which causes misunderstanding to appear around the rights of public access and how it is supposed to be used.The essay opens with historical descriptions of public access, the Swedish forest and outdoor recreation, to thereby provide a picture of how these three fields have influenced each other over the centuries. This is followed by a description of the current access rights and the problems associated with those, and a description of other countries' equivalent of the right of public access.

Ämnet för denna studie är skolkultur. Syftet är att analysera Läroplanen för det svenska obligatoriska skolväsendet, Lpo 94, med särskilt fokus på den ideologi som går att finna, samt hur skolans kultur - här i fråga om individsyn, kunskapssyn och pedagogiska tradition påverkar synen på elever och utformandet av undervisningen. Studien är en innehållslig idéanalys. Det empiriska materialet består av Lpo 94 och mediapresentationer där det framgår hur Lpo 94 kan tolkas och förverkligas. Mediamaterialet är hämtat under hösten 2007 i en västsvensk kommuns lokaltidning och från den aktuella kommunens hemsida.

Uppsatsen behandlar de sakrättsliga reglerna beträffande byggnad på ofri grund. Den behandlar problematiken kring överlåtelse och pantsättning samt säkerhetsöverlåtelser som sakrättsligt betraktas som vanlig överlåtelse men i praktiken fungerar som pantsättning. Vid överlåtelse och säkerhetsöverlåtelse fungerar avtalet ensamt som sakrättsligt moment medan det vid pantsättning krävs tradition. Problemet med att ha avtalet som sakrättsligt moment är att omsättningsskyddet försvinner, d.v.s. godtrosförvärv blir omöjligt.

Syftet med vår uppsats är att undersöka några gymnasielärares och lärarutbildares inställningar till undervisning om folkmord. Vi vill undersöka deras inställning till didaktiseringen om folkmord. Vi vill också skapa oss en bild av det material som finns till förfogande i ämnet, främst läroböcker. De intervjuade lärarnas syfte till undervisning om folkmord varierade. Vissa betonade den etiska aspekten.

Den första januari 1998 infördes enligt ett riksdagsbeslut förskoleklassen i hela landet. The Scanian woodfences has been determined by two mainly elements: Scania's composition of tree species, with a large element of deciduous forest, and the local building tradition which has more in common with the European continent than the Swedish tradition. By examining responses from ethnological question lists deriving from the first half of the 1900s, combined with literature studies, I have been able to deepen and broaden the knowledge behind the various fencing design. In addition I ?ve constructed maps which could illustrate their historical geographic distribution.I have come to the conclusion that there was three main types of woodfences that was most common until the barbed wire was introduced in the early 1900s and later on replaced the elderly woodfences. Common for the three main types is that the base material was made out of Juniperus communis, this largely because of its durability against rot.

Under de senare åren har intresset att betrakta äldre musik på ett stiltroget sätt ökat. Detta intresse har medfört att man nu lägger allt större vikt vid kunskap om tiden då musiken skrevs, för att förstå denna musik på ett djupare plan. Forskningen kring detta har försvårats genom att de källor man har från tiden, ofta säger emot varandra. Detta gör det svårt att avgöra vad i källorna som man egentligen kan påstå är en avbild av en tradition eller vad som är en mans egen uppfattning och tolkning av samtidens musiktradition. Genom detta arbete har jag närmat mig denna problematik genom att jämföra tre viktiga spelböcker från 1750-talet för att på så sätt få fram vilka olikheter och gemensamma nämnare dessa böcker har.

The purpose of this study is to examine to what extent the senior level Swedish school can be viewed as supporting, or counteracting, a colonial discourse that legitimizes global and national injustices. The study is executed through a discourse analysis of five textbooks in social science for senior level Swedish schools.Using elements from Foucault and Edward Said a theoretical framework is constructed, in which a colonial discourse is perceived as structured around four clusters of ideas, namely (i) the use of dichotomies, (ii) the concept of progress and civilization, (iii) the construction of -we- as synonymous with (ii), and (iv) the construction of -the others- as the opposite of (ii) and, therefore, the opposite of -us-.The results show that a colonial discourse is still highly present in the textbooks, in that the texts are structured around dichotomies such as tradition/modernity and democracy/dictatorship. Sweden and the Western world are perceived as closely associated with democracy, freedom, and modernity, whereas -the others- of the world are being associated with e.g. poverty, conflict, tradition, and ignorance. -The others- within Sweden, i.e.

Piaget, Dewey och Vygotskij har alla påverkat den svenska läroplanens utformning på olika sätt och skapat olika förutsättningar och svårigheter för individen och dennes utveckling. En undersökning som byggde på 15 lärares upplevelser fokuserade på huruvida den senaste läroplanen skapade problem för eleverna och hur de i så fall uttrycktes. Resultaten visade att läroplanen i sig inte var den avgörande, utan att yttre faktorer såsom media, samhällets struktur och föräldrar hade en större betydelse för hur eleverna fungerade i skolan. Flera lärare kommenterade nya fenomen som råare attityder mellan flickor, lustbarn och starkt präglad individualism vilka alla kan ses som vidare underlag för framtida forskning..
