Den 11:e sptember 2001 inträffade västvärldens i särklass värsta terror dåd på Manhattan i New York. I samma ögonblick som det första planet plöjde in i ett av World Trade Centers torn började in process mot ett fullskaligt krig mellan USA och Terrorismen. I denna process har vi skiljt ut två personer och tre beslut som vi anser i hög grad har påverkat det efterföljande kriget. George W. Bush och Donald rumsfeld har i vår mening satt tydliga spår på den fortsatta utvecklingen.

Denna C-uppsats behandlar skillnader mellan privat och kommunal äldreomsorg. Syftet är att undersöka ivilken utsträckning privata respektive kommunala äldreboenden tillämpar New public management i sinaverksamheter. Data hämtas genom fyra semistrukturerade intervjuer med personer som är boendechefer förolika äldreboenden. Anledningen till att jag valt att intervjua boendechefer är för att dessa personer inneharett ledningsansvar och som även visar vilket synsätt verksamheten har. Den teoretiska bakgrunden jaganvänder mig av är NPM-teorin.

Denna studie undersöker motivationsgrunderna till miljörelaterade beteenden i den privata sfären. Med en modell ursprungligen utvecklad av Martinsson & Lundqvist (2010) delas respondenterna från en enkätundersökning upp i fyra idealtyper. De fyra idealtyperna är individer med gröna (miljövänliga) värderingar och en grön (miljövänlig) livsstil ? de troende; individer med gröna värderingar och en grå (icke miljövänlig) livsstil ? hycklarna; individer med gråa (icke miljövänliga) värderingar samt grön livsstil ? de hemliga, samt; individer med gråa värderingar och en grå livsstil ? vägrarna. Respondenterna delas upp i de fyra idealtyperna med stöd i value-belief-norm-teorin (VBN-teorin) ? en teori utvecklad av Paul C.

What used to be a domestic market has become globalised with increasing trade among the members.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the Swedish industry- and craftmanship trade, specifically the relationship between effort and reward and how it affects the meaningfulness during labour hours. Also, what are the possible effects on production efficiency as a whole? Discussed and analyzed through empirics and previous research.38 workers filled out a survey and two interviews were conducted to get a more analytic depth to the data.The results showed that there is little to no reward for high effort during labour hours on the evaluated workplaces, combined with low commitment and meaningfullness. My conclusions are that more ways of effort-based rewards would likely have a positive effect on meaningfulness and thereby the production as a whole. I also show that the theses of Karl Marx are still plausible and relevant in modern day industrial- and craftsmanship trades in capitalist countries..

Syftet med studien är att fördjupa kunskaperna kring hur vägen ut kan te sig för perso¬ner som lämnar kriminalitet/missbruk. Avsikten är också att få en ökad förståelse för hur kvinnors och mäns vägar ut kan se ut. Vi använder oss av kvalitativ metod i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Intervjuerna har gjorts med åtta personer varav fyra kvin¬nor och fyra män vilka på ett eller annat sätt är knutna till de sociala företagen KRIS re¬spektive Vägen ut-kooperativet. Den insamlade empirin analyseras utifrån teorin om exitprocesser, teorin om sociala band samt genusteori.

I samband med klimatdebatten har flygbranschen blivit starkt kritiserad för utsläppen av koldioxid. Vissa flygbolag har infört frivilliga koldioxidkompensationssystem för sina flygresenärer, i syfte att hantera dessa utsläpp. Vårt syfte är att analysera flygresenärers attityder till frivilliga koldioxidkompensationssystem för att diskutera möjligheten till samverkan inom miljöområdet mellan flygbolag och flygresenärer. Uppsatsen baseras på en enkätundersäkning bland 300 flygresenärer och på tre intervjuer med chefer inom SAS Danmark. Analysen görs utifrån teorier om CSR och co-creation mellan företag och kunder.

Studien handlar om reciprocitet i parförhållanden. Den teoretiska grunden hämtas från anknytningsteorin, equity-teorin och sociala utbytesteorin. Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur reciprocitet hänger samman med ovillkorlig självacceptans och relationsrelaterad ångest samt hur ovillkorlig självacceptans och relationsrelaterad ångest korrelerar sinsemellan. Deltagarna (n = 97), 15 män och 82 kvinnor, rekryterades via Internet, där de fick besvara en enkät, sammansatt av tre skalor som mätte konstrukten: reciprocitet, relationsrelaterad ångest samt ovillkorlig självacceptans. Korrelationsanalyser visar en positiv korrelation mellan relationsrelaterad ångest och underläge i utbytet i parförhållanden samt en negativ korrelation mellan relationsrelaterad ångest och ovillkorlig självacceptans.

Visby is a city that at first glance is of medieval origins. The popular image of scientists today is that the city was formed in the Middle Ages. According to some of the researchers Visby was formed during the Viking Age, it is based on the basis that the area has been used for a long period. Urban development in the Nordic countries is complex and there are different opinions as to why the Nordic cities emerge. In this paper I have tried to find out the reason the medieval town of Vä was created. I have studied several different areas in witch all, in one way or another, have had an effect on the making of Vä. This areas includes topography, iron production, mill handling, religious effects, royal affliction and also if the name Vä could tell something about Väs history as a religious cult. I have also looked at two other places not far from Vä, the medieval harbour town Åhus and the big village of Fjälkinge. By comparing these three places I tried to find out what Vä had that the other places did not, which made Vä turn in to a town.
