Hemp has been used for textiles for a long time in history until it became illegal to grow in many countries in the 1930s. It is interesting from an environmental point of view because it doesn?t need any pesticides and in most locations it doesn?t need any irrigation either, compared to cotton, which normally requires big amounts of both pesticides and water for irrigation. Hemp is a bast fiber, which means that the fibers are located on the bast of the stem (on the outer layer of the stem). Therefore they cannot be spun directly, they have to be removed from the stem first.

Undersökningen tar avstamp i den dominerande radikalfeministiska pornografianalysen och normer kring kvinnors sexualitet. Dess syfte är att undersöka hur feministiska porrkonsumerande kvinnor förhåller sig till pornografi. Undersökningsmaterialet har skapats genom fem samtalsintervjuer som fokuserar på feminism i relation till pornografi, normer kring kön och sexualitet samt pornografin, med inriktning på bransch, innehåll och konsekvenser. Utgångspunkten är teorier om heteronormativitet, feminism och en förståelse av porr som tal kring sex. Slutsatserna jag drar utifrån informanternas utsagor är de använder sig av olika feministiska förståelser i talet om pornografi.

SammanfattningEtt frihetsberövande i form av häktning torde vara en av de mest ingripande åtgärder den svenska staten kan företa gentemot en enskild individ. Olyckligtvis händer det ibland att den frihetsberövade av olika anledningar väljer att ta sitt liv. Rättsläget rörande det allmännas ansvar vid liknande skadesituationer och de närstående och anhörigas möjligheter till ersättning är mycket osäkert. I ett fall som i skrivande stund är på väg upp i Högsta domstolen hade en man begått självmord med hjälp av en livrem som han enligt rådande bestämmelser inte borde ha fått inneha. Tingsrätten tilldömde den avlidnes söner skadestånd något som senare ändrades av hovrätten.Kan då det allmänna göras skadeståndansvarigt vid liknande situationer och om så är fallet vilka möjligheter till ersättning har den avlidnes närstående och anhöriga?Ända fram till 1900-talet saknades ett skadeståndsansvar för det allmänna.

This study deals with an important and challenging issue that each school is facing today, that is the prevention work of bullying. The purpose is to investigate how two elementary schools define bullying and how the work of prevention looks like today. The study highlights two models, Farsta and Friends, that many schools follows in their work and struggle against bullying. We conducted this study by looking at how bullying looks at two elementary schools. How these schools developed working method in order to secure a safe environment for all children in the school.The findings in this study highlighted the involvement of these two schools in the work of prevention against bullying, which methods they used and how these schools worked intensively with organisations such as Friends.

Syftet med vårt examensarbete var att beskriva och analysera vilka uttryck barns empatiska förmåga tar sig och hur den utvecklas i ett arbete med utgångspunkt i skönlitteratur. Vi bedrev ett utvecklingsarbete under fem veckor, i en skolår 2. Datainsamlingen skedde med hjälp av intervju, observation och reflektionsschema. Enskilda intervjuer utfördes med åtta barn. Observationer skedde på alla barn.

Studien syftade till att undersöka inomhusmiljön på förskolor och vilka förutsättningar och hinder för barns utveckling och lärande som miljön kan innebära. Studien utgick från tre frågeställningar som belyser hur den fysiska miljön i förskolan är anordnad, hur barnen interagerar i miljön och vad det i sin tur kan innebära för barns utveckling och lärande. Studien genomfördes vid två förskolor och sju lärare och 16 barn deltog. Gruppintervjuer med verksamheternas lärare, samt observationer av barnens interaktioner i rum och miljöer användes som undersökningsinstrument för att samla empiri till studien.Resultatet visade att förskolornas miljöer var planerade utifrån lärarnas tankar om barns behov och intressen, samt vilka förmågor lärarna ansåg att barnen behövde utveckla. Av resultatet framgick även att den miljö och det material som tilltalade barnen mest, var den miljö som gjorde det möjligt för barnen att låta deras egen fantasi och lek få vara utgångspunkten i deras aktiviteter.

Training of zoo animals started when the first zoo opened in 1752. The difference between then and now is that from the beginning the zookeepers did not focus so much on animal welfare. Nowadays animal welfare is the most important thing in the training. Therefore, the zookeepers are training the animals mainly for veterinary purposes and activation. The training makes the animals less stresses during handling. When the zookeepers started to train elephants they used unpleasant stimuli such as a whip when the elephant did something wrong.

In addition, the study is also based on an interview with VisitSwedens communitydriver Tommy Sollén.Main results: Members of CommunityOfSweden help VisitSweden to promote Sweden. Motivation: The aim of this study has been to conduct a comparative study concerning how race, ethnicity and class is represented in American contrary to Swedish daily press and from there on to explore and explain similarities and differences that have been found in the material.Problem statement:? What causes the similiarities and differences to achieve their current form?Material: The material which has been the subject of this study consists of eight articles ? four American articles (USA Today) and four Swedish articles (Dagens Nyheter). The material has been elected to meet certain criterias and mainly discusses the effects the health care reform will have on the American population.Approach: The material has been approached by using theories concerned with race, ethnicity, class and framing. The method used to analyze the material was Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA).Results: The results shows significant similarities, although mainly differences, between the countries? daily news flow.

Denna kvalitativa studie undersöker hur bildlärare arbetar med bildanalys i kursen Bild i gymnasieskolan. I målen för kursen Bild står det klart och tydligt att eleverna skall ha kunskaper i analys och tolkning av olika bilder. Jag har inte funnit någon tidigare forskning om hur bildlärare arbetar med bildanalys i bildundervisning överhuvudtaget och anser det vara av vikt att undersöka hur målen realiseras ute på skolorna. De metoder som används är litteraturstudier och strukturerade intervjuer med bildlärare verksamma vid det estetiska programmet. Studien visar på att det finns såväl likheter som skillnader i hur bildanalys brukas i bildundervisningen.

For example these are used to read and write e-mails, surf the web and playing games. Another manner of use of these tablets is to read and edit PDF documents. PDF handling is often meant to be used in books and inregular text documents, but it could also be used in the management of drawings.An industry that would benefit greatly from the use of tablets for this purpose is the con- struction industry.

Design beskrivs ofta som form och funktion med utgångspunkt i givna förutsättningar. Jag benämner dessa förutsättningar begränsningar som ger ett motstånd. En parallell till matlagning kan dras för att beskriva designprocessen. Råvarorna är det givna materialet som av kocken med hjälp av kokkärl och verktyg kombinerar ihop till en rätt. Resultatet är förhoppningsvis men inte alltid gott däremot ofta överraskande.

Purpose of the essay: The purpose of the essay is to, from the view of the nurses working at the x-ray infirmary; see how the internal e-mail communication is working as the main digital communication method at the x-ray infirmary.Material/Method: The material has been collected using qualitative interviews with eight nurses working at the x-ray infirmary. The material has then been analyzed through a theoretical perspective based on The Media Richness theory.Main results: The results of the investigation have shown that the nurses see the internal e-mail communication as relatively poor. The information that is sent out by their superiors is often too extensive, this making the screening work an extra work burden. These e-mails are also supplied to the whole infirmary instead of being addressed to specific individuals. Seen through a media richness perspective, the e-mail is a mediumrich communication medium that well could be used in the everyday communication at the infirmary as the main communication agent.

I denna studie undersöks det ifall karaktärer med psykopatiskt beteende uppfattas mindre skrämmande och mer lättsamt i animerad form än i icke-animerad form. En litteraturstudie har genomförts som till stor del fokuserar på psykopater i film och de extrema personligheter och beteende som är frekventa i animerade verk. Två klipp har skapats utifrån två icke-animerade referensklipp innehållandes psykopatiska karaktärer spelade av skådespelare med identisk handling, karaktärsbeteende och miljö fast i animerad form. Dessa animerade klipp utvärderas genom strukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer med en fokusgrupp inriktad på föräldrar med barn som är 7-9 år gamla. Undersökningen visar att de animerade karaktärerna upplevs som mindre skrämmande och mer lättsamma än sina icke-animerade motsvarigheter..
