Kommunikationens relevans : En kvalitativ studie av Trängregementets internkommunikation i Skövde

AbstractTrängregementet in Skövde Sweden, had send a request to the university of Jönköping by one specific purpose, the reason was if someone would like to do a bachelor thesis to investigate the regiments? internal communication. The aims for this study is by a qualitative method investigate the regiment?s internal communication. Focus is on quality and to be able to access the core, semi-structured interviews with the management, information office, officers and soldiers were accomplished.


Omvårdnadsåtgärder vid Nutritionsproblem hos patienter med huvud- och halscancer : En litteraturstudie

The aim of this study was to review scientific articles to evaluate which nursing treatment are in use to ease problems such as dysphagia, mucositis and xerostomia and its efficiency. The method was a literature review in which the scientific articles where found in the database PubMed. A total of sixteen articles where included, these articles where analyzed based on their quality and contents. The result showed that electrical stimulation and rehabilitation was used against dysphagia, they both had a doubtful effect. Mouth washes was commonly used to reduce mucositis; triclosan mouthwash, benzydamine mouthwash, sacralfate mouth wash, povidone-iodine and salt-sodium mouthwash showed effect.

As the use of smartphones and other mobile technology in our society is constantly increasing,so too does the possibilities of visually impaired persons increase as they are becoming moreable to enhance their quality of life with the help of mobile assistive technology. The purposeof this study was to explore how rehabilitation and habilitation organizations, which areworking with the visually impaired, should approach new technology. We have researched thisby examining the possibilities, opportunities and barriers of using mobile assistive technology.Based on this, we formulated the following research question: What factors are important forrehabilitation and habilitation organizations to consider in order to support, promote andcreate quality of life through the use of mobile assistive technology in their work with thevisually impaired? To answer the above question an exploratory study was made at an eyeclinic in the Västra Götaland region. The study was done through a series of qualitativeinterviews with both staff and patients at the eye clinic.

Our purpose with this thesis was to study how tourism providers deliver quality to their customers. We chose to carry out two case studies where we interviewed an owner of a camp site, and a municipal manager employed at another camp site. The questions were based on customer needs, service quality and dissatisfaction. The study gave us some useful aspects. The respondents told us that it was very important to the tourist providers to listen to the customer´s specific needs and to give them personal attention.

The thesis is done by two students at Linköping University at master?s level within the framework of Industrial Engineering and Management.As Sweden's county councils should not make a profit or loss, it is important that the councils are aware of how much care processes cost. Till följd av globalisering och en växande konkurrens ställs det i dag allt större krav på organisationer. För att möta den hårdnande konkurrensen är det vanligt att företag implementerar olika kvalitetsprogram. Dessa förändringar ses som nödvändiga åtgärder för att kunna bibehålla marknadsandelar och vara konkurrenskraftiga. Genom att införa Lean-verktyg och arbeta med ständiga förbättringar minskar riskerna för att produktionen läggs ned eller flyttas till lågkostnadsländer.Som examensarbete har författarna valt att studera ett av dessa Lean-verktyg som används för ställtidsreducering. The task given to us was to develop an industrial wheel with new thinking in terms of fresh design and construction, with the ability to brake. While the produced wheels of today only own the property of total braking, a wish was made to integrate the ability of directional locking.The time spent working with the project has been filled with multiple sketches of ideas and function analysis.Choices of material and ways of construction have been verified by calculations, tests and prototype building. The goal of this thesis has been to develop a unique caster with well thought-out design that would be adaptable to different areas of applications.The result was a hubless wheel with the ability of directional locking before total braking.A prototype of the wheel has been made to show the design and functions..

Design och effektmätning av en kulturbyggande måltidsupplevelse inom ett livsmedelsproducerande företag

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att tillämpa aktionsforskningsteorin och metoden appreciative inquiry vid design av en måltidsupplevelse med målsättning att öka medarbetarnas medvetenhet kring stolthet över arbetsplatsen, inspiration till matlagning samt mod och vad som får människor att våga testa nya produkter och arbetssätt. Ett ytterligare syfte var att utveckla ett mätverktyg som utvärderade insatsen och fångade upp medarbetarnas tankar och känslor. Till sist är det även uppsatsens syfte att utvärdera inbjudan till den designade måltidsupplevelsen för att kartlägga vad som väcker intresse och nyfikenhet samt vad som får medarbetare att anmäla sig för att delta på evenemanget.Design/metod: Arbetet är en fallstudie och har utgått från aktionsforskningsteori och -metodik med specifikt fokus på appreciative inquiry. Eftersom arbetet har varit tätt kopplat till utveckling av en målitdsupplevelse har även inspiration och kunskap hämtats från mat- och måltidsbranschen.Resultat: Ett nytt måltidskoncept har utvecklats och presenterats. Eftersom den designade målitdsupplevelsen fusionerar appreciative inquiry och måltidskunskap har det givits namnet appreciative dining.
