Radio Frequency Identification ? andthe solution looks like this;All Tools are stored in a container on the construction site. Every Tool isequipped with a RFID-tag that uniquely identifies the Tool. The thesis focuses mainly on the cooperation between the consultant designer and the local municipal. Through cooperation, the organisation is incorporated into the Tool and the Tool is incorporated into the organisation. Concepts that are central in this thesis are design, cooperation and tailoring. A question raised is, if distance work and extensive cooperation might be a good way of working in the process of design and development, when the organisation is being incorporated into the Tool.

The purpose of this article was to examine how students learn to use the Individual Development Plan (IUP) with written assessments as a Tool for learning. The study is conducted according to an ethnographic approach. A total of 20 students, aged 13-14 years, participated. The production of data took place through participating observations, field notes and conversations. A qualitative content analysis was used for data analysis.

A feasibility study in form of a participant observation has been carried out on-site, which has resulted in a requirement specification. Based on the requirement specification, mockups have been created to illustrate the functions and features that a final planning Tool should have.
