Genus genom ögat : En innehållsanalys av genusrepresentation i populär animerad film
Syftet med den här studien är att ta reda på hur genuspresentation ser ut i animerad barnfilm. Utifrån en hermeneutisk utgångspunkt har jag gjort en innehållsanalys av sex stycken filmer. Inspirationen till studien har jag fått genom studier inom genus och genusrepresentation, samt utifrån ett vardagsperspektiv när jag själv har sett filmer. Mer konkret går frågeställningarna ut på att studera hur manliga och kvinnliga karaktärer representeras samt hur maktrelationer gestaltas i filmerna i ett genusperspektiv. Valet av filmer baseras på de mest sedda animerade filmerna mellan 2005 och 2007 enligt Svenska Filminstitutet.
Realistisk karaktärsmodellering och riggning
Denna rapport kommer att redovisa det arbete som är involverat i att modellera och rigga en realistisk digital karaktär, vars huvudsakliga användningsområde är film produktion. Den kommer att visa hur jag gick tillväga för att skapa en specifik karaktär men även en generell metod för som är tillämpbar på alla sorters figurer. Syftet är att visa ett sätt hur man kan skapa människor och djur i datorn och få dem att se trovärdiga ut. Fokus för detta projekt har framförallt varit modellering och riggning. Den kommer att visa de olika tekniker jag använt mig av och problem som jag stött på under arbetets gång.

When an organisation is going through a work of change, it is highly important that both management and employees has a healthy communication in order to make everybody feel involved. It is then important to be observant for both the managements and employees thoughts and ideas.This study has been performed on an upper secondary school which is performing a work of change. The change has divided the employees in three different groups. One, which thinks the change have evolved the organisation to something better. The second group of people means that it is preventing individual development of competence.
Motiverande faktorer i det dagliga arbetet hos undersköterskor
AbstractThe aim of the present study was to investigate what kind of factors contributed to motivate a group of nurses at a nursing home in western Sweden to to perform their work. Furthermore, the authors wanted to investigate whether the staff nurses felt that the leader helped to increase or reduce the perceived motivation to perform such work, and the way in which staff nurses perceived their relationship to the leader. The study is based on Herzberg's (1959) two-factor theory, Hackman and Oldham's (1980) work designs theory and Leader-member exchange (LMX) theory, and those theories are the basis of the study's structure. The study was of a qualitative property, interviews were conducted with seven nurses and was structured, the questions concerned their subjective experience of motivating factors in their everyday work. The results of this study demonstrated that respondents experienced confirmation, the meaningfulness of the work, work colleagues, beneficiaries of care and residents' families as contributing factors to motivate them in their daily work.

This thesis explores how remote work impacts organizational culture and identifies leadership strategies that can preserve and strengthen the culture in a remote work environment. By employing a theoretical framework related to organizational culture, remote work, and strategies, along with a methodology based on qualitative interviews, the study aims to fulfill its specified purpose. Theories such as Schein?s three levels of culture and McKinsey?s 7S Framework are applied to understand and analyze the collected empirical data. The empirical data, presented through four themes, is based on respondents? experiences and opinions regarding remote work can lead to reduced social interaction and sense of belonging, but strategic digital initiatives and adaptive leadership can help maintain organizational culture despite the lack of physical presence.

AbstractThe aim off this study is to research social workers´ knowledge, use, risks and possibilities of social media in their work with clients. Because today the society is using social media networks in daily life and social media has become a tool in social work as well. How does social media and social work cooperate? And how does social media effect social workers? For example the website Facebook has grown huge and many people use it everyday. Where is the line between work and private life? To reach this knowledge in this study, qualitative interviews have been done with six social workers that work with children, youths and families.

Abstract"The Care of Work" is a study whose background comes from the problems surrounding work-life balance and equality that permeates social debates today. The problematic work-life-balance and gender equality are just as relevant today as they were 35 years ago. The aim of the study was to investigate whether or not men and women have a satisfactory work-life balance and if the organization they work for is doing something to make their life puzzles function. Last, but not least, the purpose is to see if gender equality is in the interest of the individual or the state.The study is based on work-life balance, gender equality and gender as the theoretical frames of reference. Eight respondents, four men and four women, from established IT companies were interviewed.

The purpose of this study is to discuss various approaches to group work and the importance of different approaches in relation to group work in schools. The study also looks at the results of the children working in different groups and constellations.This study is based on what previous research, literature and the tree teachers say about the subject group work and group divisions. Issues: Is there any kind of group work that always works? Does the structure of the tasks have any effect on the outcome? Is there any good reason to choose the teamwork approach that? The method I chose is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach to the analysis. Three teachers were interviewed; result is presented in themes and concludes with a brief summary.

AbstractIntroduction: The condition of human health and its lifestyle has become a great questioner towards the public healthcare of our country. Despite the recommendations of at least 30 minutes physical exercise per day, many individuals of our society do not get the recommended amount of physical activity. To improve the situation a method called ?Fysisk Aktivitet på Recept, FAR (Physical Activity on Recipe). This means that licensed health- and medical staff, as district nurses are able to write prescriptions on physical activity to patients.Purpose: Was to highlight the district nurse?s experience in the role of the FAR-prescribers.Method: The study was conducted using qualitative method.

An individual´s health is an important quality and asset to the individual, as well as to organizations and communities. The health of a human being is affected by the whole life situation, where the work place forms a significant part. The work place is an arena that can contribute to creating ill-health. In the light of increasing work- related ill-health in our society, it is important today to work with health-promoting initiatives in order to improve the well-being of people. It is advisable that an appointed key person at the work place works with health-promoting efforts.
Varför ett hus på månen? : Att kommunicera ett budskap med hjälp av rörlig bild
Denna rapport beskriver arbetsprocessen och skapandet av en animerad film på uppdrag av Månhusprojektet, Luna Resort. Beräknat 2012 ska ett rött hus med vita knutar sättas på månen, en idé skapad av konstnären Mikael Genberg. Syftet med filmen är att kommunicera månhusprojektets budskap ? att göra världen till en bättre plats att leva på. Med det som mål har jag arbetat utifrån två frågeställningar; Hur kan kunskaper inom informationsdesign tillämpas vid filmproduktion? och Hur bör filmen utformas för att nå en så bred målgrupp som möjligt? Frågeställningarna har besvarats med hjälp av utprovningar, litteraturstudier och samtal med uppdragsgivarna.

Med ordet 'omfattande' försöker vi indikera att projektet har inkluderat de flesta aspekter som arbetas med i modern 3D-animerad film. A study of the generations problematic in museums of work and local folklore societies, principally run through volunteer work. Illustrative examples are Ödestugu local folklore society and Husqvarna Factory Museum in Småland (Sweden). The empirical study consists of interviews with active people and inquiry among societymembers and workers at the factory. An analysis of interest, engagement and the view of the future is made and concepts like professionalisation and change are discussed. By way of conclusion the coming generation problem is discussed in relation to professionalisation, the historical development, volunteer work, economy and national projects..
"Hellre en bra story än en dålig" : En kvalitativ studie om framställningen av berättandet i tv-spel
Within the literature and film sciences there are clear models of storytelling and methods of creating a good story. In the game industry it's more difficult because the games are often non-linear, and games are a less established medium than the other two. With this study our purpose was to examine game developers and methods they used when creating a videogame, with focus on storytelling. Four interviews were made with representatives from four different videogame companies in Sweden. The information from the interviews was put in relation to theories regarding the structure of videogames and an established model for creating videogames.
