We have been looking at three different types of agriculture in Södermanland, in the middle east of Sweden. We call the different types for Intensive, Extensive and Mix. The purpose is to get an economic defensible plan for how to run different farm sizes. We also have been looking at the working hours and how many hours the different types will give. We have a farm called Taxinge Gods as our pilot farm. Taxinge Gods grow 407 ha land and is located 60 km southwest from Stockholm.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur skogen kan användas för att gestalta en bild av identiteten. För att göra det analyseras musikvideor av Fever Ray och Iamamiwhoami. Gestaltningen består av två noveller. I dessa undersöks relationen till skogen på ett mer individuellt plan. Metoden är mer sökande än teoretiserande. SammanfattningSyftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om det är möjligt att från idrottspsykologins mentala träning anpassa och skräddarsy den för mig, som musiker, för att på så sätt kunna sänka både stress och nervositetsnivå.Min tanke med uppsatsen är att den förhoppningsvis ska kunna väcka ett intresse för idrottspsykologins mentala träning inom musikaliska kretsar.De aspekter av den mentala träningen som jag valt att fokuserat på är att med hjälp av den mentala träningen strukturera upp den mentala förberedelseprocessen: inför, under och efter ett uppträdande.De metoder som jag använt mig av är litteraturstudier och praktiska undersökningar, på mig själv som musiker, med hjälp av de olika övningar och teorier som presenteras i den litteratur som jag studerat. Dessa övningar och teorier har jag sen anpassat för mig, som musiker.Jag har även valt att läsa boken The inner game of music av Berry Green och W. Timothy Gallwey för att se vilka teorier som redan finns översatta för musiker och för att se om det finns något mer att tillägga.Resultatet visar att det är möjligt att sänka både stress och nervositetsnivån med hjälp av de teorier och övningar som jag tagit del av och sedan omvandlat.Vidare diskuteras det i analysen och i diskussionen hur en musiker på bästa sätt kan ta till vara på dessa metoder och övningar..

The choice of harvest date for leys is one of the most important factors affecting the size and quality of the harvest. An early harvest gives a high nutritive value while a late harvest gives larger quantity. Today?s aim to produce high nutritive leys gives early harvest dates both in primary growth and regrowth in northern part of Sweden. The consequence is a growth in the autumn, a "third harvest".The aim of this master thesis was to study the effects of different harvesting systems and their effect on size, feed quality, wintering and economy for conditions in the northern part of Sweden.

The aim of this study was to investigate if the botanical composition of haylage affects pH, dry matter content and microbial composition of the faeces in horse and pig and ileal environment in pigs. Two separate studies were conducted where pigs and horses were fed two diets containing haylages with different botanical composition. The first haylage was from a tilled land dominated by Timothy and meadow fescue and the other haylage came from a meadowland with a large inclusion of dandelion, 25 % and common couch. The dry matter content (70.8 % and 73.0 % respectively) and the pH-value (5.7) were similar in both feeds. The first study was made as a three-periods switch-back study with 7 Standardbred horses. In the first and the third period, 7 and 9 days long respectively, the diet consisted of the haylage from the tilled land, oats, sugar beet pulp, soy bean oil meal, lucerne pellets and brewers yeast.
