SammanfattningDetta examensarbete är ett utformningsprojekt av en platsbyggd villa. Frågeställningen tillprojektet var hur man kan utforma en villa.Jag har undersökt vilka A-ritningar, K-ritningar samt statiska beräkningar som behövs för attproducera en platsbyggd villa.Resultatet visar färdiga ritningar till bygghandlingar vilket betyder enplans villa medattraktiv/öppen planlösning och en stark byggnadsstil med tydliga inflytanden av funkisstil.Detta tydliggörs genom pulpettaken, och fasaden som är delvis liggande panel, delvis vitputsad.Yta: 153 kvmAntal rum: 6, varav sovrum: 3.

Syftet med detta kandidatarbete är att studera begreppen offentlighet och det offentliga rummet. Med hjälp av inventering på plats samt litteraturstudier analyseras en offentlig plats, Amiralitetsparken i Karlskrona. En utvärdering av platsens kvalitéer och brister följs därefter av ett förslag till omgestaltning av parken, som nyligen varit föremål för en arkitekttävling. Med hjälp av texter av Jürgen Habermas och Hannah Arendt förs inledningsvis en diskussion kring begreppet offentlighet och varför det offentliga rummet är så viktigt. Därefter beskrivs det spänningsfält mellan auktoritet och tillgänglighet för allmänheten som präglar många offentliga platser, däribland Amiralitetsparken i Karlskrona. Vidare beskrivs och jämförs några nyanlagda parker i Sverige och ett försök görs att hitta typiska drag i dessa samtida parker. Träden i parken har inventerats med hjälp av muntliga anteckningar,det vill säga ljudinspelningar, som gjorts på plats.

There is much literature covering strategic change under different circumstances but very little concerning how companies act strategically under sudden and radical changes to market conditions. Based on three different events (the terrorist attack in the USA September 11th 2001, the Tjernobyl accident April 26th 1986 and the Islamic revolution in Iran 1979) with such radical changes as a result we chose three companies that were affected (SAS, Asea Atom and Atlas Copco). The result of the events that were studied in this thesis is extremely unusual to their character. The events themselves were sudden and of a temporary nature but the results were long term changes of market conditions. Through personal interviews the authors have tried to establish how the companies have perceived the events and how the top management has strategically handled the situation.

As the European Landscape Convention is brought into action, planning in Sweden has got to become increasingly considerate of the landscape and its character. To render this possible, a basic requirement is that we find a functional method for analysis. The Landscape is a synthesis of the interplay between place and man. It is made up of our physical environment and shows the result of our actions throughout history. Our surroundings affect us in many ways, financially as well as emotionally. This is why an analysis of the landscape has to be inclusive of many types of information. I have performed a landscape analysis, according to the British Landscape Character Assessment-method, in Svedala kommun.

Music production software has a strong tradition of two-dimensional graphical user interface (GUI), in which the time line is represented as a flat composition either horizontally (from left to right) or vertically (from top to bottom). In my degree work titled Sequi, I approach music composition from a different angle. Instead of a two-dimensional time line with only two possibly ways of progression (forward or backward) I constructed a three-dimensional GUI with the maximum of four different ways of progression from any given point in a composition. The height axis is used to describe time-intervals (the time between downbeats) and the wide and depth axes are used to describe progression from one sound to another..

In 2014, the Swedish leisure-time centres after school became widely criticized on several occasions by school authorities. The cause for its criticism was a reflection of leisure time-centres with lots of untrained staff and a lack of pedagogical aspirations. The conclusion of the criticism was that these leisure-time centres do not fulfil their potential. However, these assessments has only to a limited extent become a part of the public educational discourse in Sweden. This discourse has mainly focused on the decreasing results in the Swedish school, which has caught the attention in the media and ended up on the political agenda.

The aim of this study is to describe how a theme about vitamins and analytical chemistry can be planed and implemented in a summer research school managed by AstraZeneca. The description of the theme is intended to be used as an instructor?s guide to upcoming summers-research-schools with the same theme. The students, which participated in the summer school of 2007, went to upper secondary school. During the summer school they were going to investigate the content of vitamin C in different fruits and vegetables.

Det här examensarbetet handlar om Nötbolandet, ett gammalt fritidshusområde sydöst om Örnsköldsvik, som till stora delar omvandlats till åretruntboende. Örnsköldsviks kommun vill gärna ha en översiktlig planering av området för att kunna styra utvecklingen. En sådan planering finns inte idag. Exploateringstrycket i Nötbolandet är stort och det finns många förfrågningar om bygglov och detaljplanering. Dessa förfrågningar rör alla bebyggelse av småhus. Nötbolandet är ett kuperat landskap och tillsammans med dess övriga förutsättningar ligger teorier om terränganpassning för småhusområden till grund för själva planförslaget. Detta förslag anger till att börja med vilka områden som går att bebygga och sedan hur dessa delområden bör utformas. Längst bort i Nötbolandet, vid den östra stranden, äger kommunen själv mark som dess tjänstemän funderar på hur den kan exploateras. Examensarbetet tar därför även ställning till om och i så fall hur detta område bör exploateras. En idé om att bygga ett nytt sommarstugeområde, utform-at som ett traditionellt fiskeläge, test-as i detta område, utifrån analyser utförda vid befintliga fiskelägen..

We live in a time where the influence of citizens is taking a larger role in the spatial planning. The Swedish laws, such as PBL, deals with matters of citizen participation which advocates that the youth should be included in the consultation circuit, but there is no directive given.  The report's purpose is to demonstrate methods for how to get the young people's influence included in the spatial planning, with a main focus on the ages between 13 and 21. On the base of literature and two case studies, the goal is to illustrate how to integrate young people through a meeting place in Jonkoping, Sweden. The report is structured along with an analysis based on the literature, two case studies from previous projects and discussions/interviews with young people from four selected areas in Jonkoping.  The case studies from Malmo and Gothenburg show how the cooperation between different participants can be organized during the planning and how to give the users a greater involvement. Based on literature and case studies, we carried out a field analysis of the four most segregated areas of Jonkoping; Osterangen, Oxnehaga, Ekhagen and Raslatt.

In urban planning and design today interventions tend to take place in already existing areas and inevitably effect also surrounding areas. The many parties involved in any change leads to a demand for a shared language around these areas. This thesis aim to, through understanding and communicating a site, Stora Södergatan in Lund Sweden, inspire to a novel way of looking at an urban site preceding design- or planning interventions. Based on a theoretical framework where site is considered as a relational construct, material as well as immaterial, a framework for site thinking is constructed. Further, with theory of representation, the communication of the site is emphasized and accounted for as part of the framework.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how the revised Planning and Building Act (SFS 2010:900) have influenced the comprehensive planning in Swedish municipalities. A focus is directed at examining how the new law regulates a greater consideration to climate aspects and the what consequences this results in regarding the implementation of the law in Swedish municipalities comprehensive plans.The paper is a case study, containing both quantitative and qualitative methods. The case study is based on three municipal comprehensive plans. Based on quantitative material three municipalities have been selected to constitute the sample of this study. These municipalities are A?lvsbyn, Sollentuna and Olofstro?m.

Hammarkullen tillkom under slutet av 1960- talet och början av 1970. Området har formats av den tidens ideal med breda vägar och uppdelade funktioner. I Hammarkullen har få förändringar och förbättringar gjorts sedan det blev till. Genom att studera området, hur det ser ut idag, kvaliteter och brister, samt genom analyser har jag valt att främst fokuserat mitt arbete på: ? komplettering av bebyggelse ? utveckling av den yttre miljön ? utveckling av torget Huvuddelen i mitt examensarbete ligger i planförslaget.

Fortum has in a pilot project installed metering equipment with wireless communication in secondary substations in Stockholm. So far, the collected data are used only in specific projects.This master thesis was carried out at Fortum Distribution AB in Stockholm during 2013. The purpose of this study is to simplify and enhance the use of data in for example network planning process, by giving suggestions on how data can be managed and giving examples of analyzes that collected data can be used for.The electricity meter which Fortum has installed is a EDMI-Mk10A which is set to measure max/average/min values with a one hour time resolution of the following parameters: voltage (per phase), current (per phase) andactive power and active and reactive energy.In order to analyze the collected data an analysis tool is required. During this thesis two customized tools in Microsoft Excel have been developed, one for sorting data and one for analyzing.One aim of the thesis is to show examples of what collected measurement data can be used for. This work shows an example of analysis of active power, power factor, voltage, occurrence of interrupts and the relationship between outdoor temperature and power.This master thesis has among others resulted in the following advice: Expand the number of secondary substations with measuring equipment.

Ett samhälle där en hög andel av transporterna sker på cykel har många fördelar för miljön, hälsan och ekonomin. Inom staden har cykeln även fördelen att den tar lite utrymme i anspråk och kan bidra till en attraktivare stadsmiljö. Syftet med detta arbete är att presentera åtgärder som ger förutsättning för en ökad och säker cykeltrafik. Baserat på svenska och utländska riktlinjer samt exempel från städer med en hög cykelandel ges en överblick över olika sätt att främja cykling i staden. Det handlar om att inkludera cykelplanering i övriga stadsplaneprocesser, att skapa strategier för stadens utveckling av cykling, att satsa på fysisk infrastruktur anpassad efter cyklisters behov och att informera och följa upp de mål som sätts.

The purpose of this study was to examine the use of manipulative materials in mathematics education with the main focus on grades 4 to 6. With the use of a phenomenological approach all the aspects of this phenomenon was examined. Qualitative interviews, participant observations and comparative content analysis of textbooks has been conducted to investigate the use of manipulative materials in mathematics education. The results indicates that the teachers that were interviewed possesses good knowledge of this teaching method. However these teachers struggled to find time to put this method into practice and there was not enough teachers to attend these classes.
