Masteruppsats är ett resultat av det utvecklingsprojekt jag bedrev under 2009-2014 inom ramen för förarutbildningen som bedrivs på gymnasieskolans och vuxenutbildningens inriktning Transport. Arbetet ska ses i ljuset av den magisteruppsats jag skrev 2013, Förarutbildning och kunskapsbildning ? en studie om förarutbildningssystemet.Utvecklingsprojektets syfte var att undersöka om det var möjligt att nå djupare och mer varaktig kunskap, främst när det gäller de "mjukare" målen inom förarutbildningen: riskmedvetenhet, uppmärksamhet, nyfikenhet, erfarenhet och ödmjukhet. Alltså de kunskapsfält som inryms inom körkortsmålen tre och fyra: resande med bil i speciella sammanhang och personliga förutsättningar och målsättningar i livet.Uppsatsen beskriver mina tankar, försök och trevanden för att skapa djupare och mer varaktig kunskap hos eleverna än vad jag upplevde att den traditionella förarutbildningen gav. Utvecklingsprojektets exempel visar att det är möjligt och att framgången ligger i ett stort fokus på de "mjukare" kunskaperna - de generella kompetenserna - som ödmjukhet, reflektion, nyfikenhet, självverksamhet, m.fl.

The situation at Plastal AB is following; the plant in Simrishamn has not capacity enough but the plant in Kristinehamn has unused capacity. My task with this master thesis is to build a logistic flow between this two plants, optimize purchase quantities and ensure delivery safety.The production of the Intermediate Section (LS) will be divided between the plants. The LS will be produced in the following way; the injection moulding process will be done in Simrishamn and the assembling and lacquering processes in Kristinehamn, The reason to divide the production is to ensure delivery safety. Plastal AB can not move the whole production of the l.S because the two plants have different processes (moulding res. injection moulding).When the 1.5 has been transported to Kristinehamn following moments are included in this order; lacquering, welding and assembling.

SummaryAt the summer festivals and it?s campsites there are each year thousands of tents left behind. Last year, at the Peace and Love festival in Borlänge, 220 tons of garbage was left behind at the festival area, much of which is tents. 69% of festival goers have at some point left behind a tent on a festival campsite. Many of these tents is purchased very cheaply, for a single festival.

Kimit AB är ett ledande företag inom den svenska sprängmedelsbranschen och de transporter sina produkter bland annat mellan LKAB:s gruvor i Kiruna, där fabriken ligger, och Malmberget. Dessa transporter faller under lagen (2006:263) om transport av farligt gods, då några av deras produkter klassas som explosiva och några som oxiderande, beroende på produktens innehåll. Fordon som transporterar farligt gods på väg eller järnväg måste vara märkta med dels storetiketter som visar vilken klass godset tillhör och dels en orange skylt som visa godsets unika UN-nummer samt farlighetsnummer. Från farlighetsnumret är det möjligt att utläsa godset farligaste egenskaper som till exempel om godset är giftigt, frätande eller reagerar kraftigt med vatten.Under ett test som Kimit genomförde tillsammans med några andra aktörer kunde de visa på fördelen med att använda aluminiumtankar under transporten av deras produkter. Då aluminiumtanken gav vika under mycket lindrigare förhållanden när den utsattes för kraftig värme än ståltanken som exploderade och skickade bitar av tanken över hundra meter från platsen.

I och med den tillväxtprognos som Göteborgs Stad har så kommer även godstransporterna attöka. Syftet med studien är därför att identifiera slöserier i kommersiell godstrafik med hjälp avLean Productions 7 + 1 slöserier. Slöserierna skall sedan anpassas för att kunna framställas i enLeanbaserad slöserimodell för den kommersiella godstrafiken. Dessa kommer sedan teoretisktatt effektiviseras eller elimineras. Tillvägagångssättet har bestått av kvalitativa observationer,intervjuer samt teoriinsamling.Lean Production är ett produktionssystem och synsätt framtaget av Japanska företaget Toyota.Dess två huvudprinciper är att företagen alltid ska respektera människor och sina medarbetaresamt ständigt jobba med förbättringar för att bli så effektiva och produktiva som möjligt.Förbättringarna sker i form av att identifiera Leans 7+1 slöserier för att därefter reducera ellereliminera dem.Studiens resultat är häpnadsväckande hur ineffektiva vissa transporter är.

The increased travelling of today makes nodes along travelling routes more and more important. This is very much the case of petrol stations. They constitute important nodes in the road network, filling up thirsty fuel tanks and hungry stomachs, guiding road users and providing vehicle-services. In this thesis the role of the petrol station for road users was investigated in order to find out if the petrol station was a potential hot spot. We performed an ethnographic field study at a petrol station and found that a great number of visitor activities took place at the petrol station.

Highland Group AB was helping a customer of theirs to create an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), a project Highland has never been involved with before. For the wishbone arms of the wheel suspension, traditional manufacturing methods and tubes with cylindrical or square shaped cross section was preferred. We performed a simulation where the ATV was driving on a bumpy road too see the forces involved. With the results we proceeded to calculate the strength of the concepts to find out which is best suited for the tough environment in which the ATV is used. The concept that turned out to be the best was a wishbone made of circular cross section, which had good structural strength and did fulfill the demands that we required for the construction.

Visuella vägledande element kan höja eller sänka en spelupplevelse. Därför har vi gjort en studie kring hur man kan uppnå intuitiv visuell navigation med fyra beprövade visuella vägledande element, nämligen ljussättning, färgkulör, färgmättnad samt objektplacering. Dessa element har använts för att skapa ett visuellt språk i en bana som vi har låtit ett antal respondenter spela och simultant kommentera. Resultaten har varit som väntat, att ljussättning fungerar som det starkast vägledande elementet, samt att respondenterna reagerade på, samt vägleddes av, nämnda element..

The Transport division is responsible for the internal transports on Sandvik MaterialTechnology AB. At the moment there is no clear picture of how the straddle carriers aremoving at the division Primary Products and if it is working in a satisfying way. It isimportant to see the whole picture of the transportation flow so improvements can be made.The purpose of this essay is to survey and analyse the truck flow in a Lean Productionperspective. The essay is delimited to only include straddle carriers transportation ways in thePrimary Products division. To survey the truck flow we have used a method called Walkthrough.This means that we have walked thorough the whole production flow andinterviewed some of the employed on the way to get the necessary information.

Stridsfordon 90 togs fram för att möta en reguljär motståndare på vårt eget territorium. Dagens krav och förutsättningar är annorlunda då striden främst genomförs i konfliktzoner utomlands, men även på vårt eget territorium. Motståndaren vi möter nyttjar andra metoder för att genomföra sin strid och agerar på ett annorlunda sätt än vad vi är övade vid.Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur ett förband med stridsfordon 90 lämpar sig i strid på dagens stridsfält mot en irreguljär motståndare. För att ta reda på detta så beskriver jag fjärde generationens krigföring och stridsfordon9040Cför att sedan kunna analysera och jämföra den taktiska nivån utifrån de grundläggande förmågorna.Användningen av strf 90 och mekskytteplutonens taktik mot en 4GW motståndare är lämpliga att användaapligt på den taktiska nivån. In the tropics, logging and wild fire can result in degraded secondary forests with lower biodiversity than in the natural forest. One way to limit forest degradation is to rehabilitate the present large areas of secondary forests. However, there is a lack of knowledge concerning the ecology of tropical tree species and further studies would be advantageous for future rehabilitation efforts of degraded rainforest. The objective of this study was to investigate how mother trees in secondary forest and different site factors affect the abundance and spatial distribution of natural regeneration of non-pioneer tree species in a tropical rainforest in Sabah, Malaysia. The study took place in the INIKEA Forest Rehabilitation Project area, which suffered from wild fire in 1983 and has been selectively logged over both before and after the fire. Natural regeneration and site variables were inventoried in plots, while mother trees were inventoried in the whole survey area.

Metaphors and their use as a rethorical vehicle are examined. Two texts, one in Chinese and one in Swedish, are compared and analyzed to determine the extent to which the associations they create successfully capture the author's intent. Seecondarily, a shift from the assumptions that rhetorical analyses often assume (read: antiquity and Aristotles) to a more abstract internal human platform is suggested. Neurological and cognitive research is cited in support of this shift.The essay examines the question: How can metaphoric contribute to conveying the communicator's intention? By comparing metaphorics used by an historical Chinese rhetor with those used by a contemporary Swedish rhetor.

Hur utförs dokumentationen idag, vad dokumenteras samt för vem är dokumentationen egentligen till för? Genom studien växer tre tydliga och bakomliggande aspekter eller dimensioner fram att ta hänsyn till vid val av dokumentationssystem. Sist i studien föreslås dessutom en dokumentationsmodell som innefattar alla tre dimensionerna: elevrättsligt, pedagogiskt och samhälleligt..

This thesis describes the universalization, improvement and further development of acompact crane support frame for flatbed trucks. The work has been conducted at Eloch Fordonsteknik AB (henceforth EFAB) in Uppsala.The aim of the work has been to shorten the assembly time of the product. By doingso, the product can be kept on shelf, which in turn results in shorter lead time. Thishas been done by universalizing the support frame to be compatible with most of thechassis EFAB works with. Additionally, the entire construction has been made lighter,which will make it a more attractive choice for customers.A pre-study was conducted and information was gathered internally, as well asexternally, in order to ascertain that no limitation or possibility was overlookedduring the course of the project.One such limitation has been the geometry of the truck bed that the support frameshall be compatible with.

This essay examines middle school students? understanding of a text read aloud to them in English and the connection between the degree of listening comprehension and the expected increase of vocabulary throughout middle school. The same listening comprehension test was carried out in grades 4, 5 and 6 in a middle school in order to survey differences in English listening comprehension in regard to the ability to reproduce the content of an oral text. The result shows that there was a progression from level to level when it comes to comprehension and the number of words reproduced and that this progression was most noticeable between grades 4 and 5..
