Bräckt vatten smakar som tårar ? En studie baserad på upplevelser inom Socialförvaltningen i Halmstad kommun beträffande hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck.Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur Socialförvaltningen i Halmstad arbetar med hedersfrågor. Vi vill fånga de olika aktörernas upplevelse och förståelse av fenomenet hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck.Studien är baserad på en kvalitativ metod med semistrukturerade intervjuer och resultatet är analyserat med hjälp utav teorierna Intersektionalitet, Postkolonial teori och den Mångkulturella triaden.Resultaten visar på att det finns en ambivalens kring hur intervjupersonerna väljer att definiera hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck och att detta dels bygger på att de är präglade av postkoloniala tankar om ?Den Andre? och dels att de i större utsträckning anammat ett intersektionellt tänkande genom vilket man förstår fenomenet hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck ur variabler såsom kön, klass och etnicitet. Inom Socialförvaltningen i Halmstad urskiljs inte ?hedersrelaterat våld? som en egen kategori från ?våld i nära relationer?.

Med växande antal anmälningar från lärare till arbetsmiljöverket har behovet av relevant forskning framkommit. Syftet med denna C-uppsats var att undersöka om kränkningar, hot och våld mot lärare i kommunen Nordanstig förekom. Utfirån syftet ställdes sen tre frågeställningar, Hur vanligt är det att lärare, vikarier samt skolpersonal med pedagogisk elevkontakt, kränks, hotas, samt eventuellt utsätts för våld i kommunen Nordanstig? Hur påverkas läraren om denne blir utsatt för kränkningar, hot eller våld, kommer läraren av olika anledningar att låta detta passera i kommunen Nordanstig? Hur påverkas en lärares pedagogiska arbete om läraren blir utsatt för kränkningar, hot eller våld, kommer läraren att undvika jobbet eller sjukskriva sig i kommunen Nordanstig? För att få svar på dessa frågeställningar så utformades en enkät med 29 frågor som användes som en surveyundersökning. Resultatet påvisade tydliga svar att cirka hälften av de lärare, vikarier samt skolpersonal med pedagogisk elevkontakt kränks av elever och att det 45 av 46 besvarare sett andra kollegor kränkas av elever.

The aim of this study is to examine ways of writing experiences of the strange and different, experiences of the other in his or her otherness and experiences of suffering. The study focuses possibilities and limits for the writing of these experiences and aims at finding a tangible way of writing literature. Part of the aim of this study is to elaborate a proposal for a way of writing experiences of the strange and different, experiences of the other in his or her otherness and experiences of suffering.    The material for the study consists of three different approaches to literature, in which theories on literature or analyses of literary works are presented. This material is initially analysed in separate analyses in which conceptions, strategies and methods for writing experiences of the strange and different, the other and suffering are identified. Secondly, the material is analysed in a comparative analysis, aimed at finding similarities and differences between the approaches but above all to let the approaches supplement and challenge each other.
