The purpose of our essay is to find out if there are any strategies for profit transactions in a group. To realise our purpose we conducted two case studies with interviews. But we can not draw any general conclusions.To conduct the research we had to build a theory. In this theory we found motives to do profit transactions and how to do it. We also thought that there had to be some conflicts between the motives and the manager´s interests.In our analysis we found that financing the dividend was a strong reason to make profit transactions between companies in the group.

Career counselors in schools have for a long time reported a feeling that their work is not as important as teachers work. According to the Swedish Curriculum for the compulsory schools, all staff is responsible for viable counseling for pupils. Therefore, this study focuses on teachers, headmasters and a school executive director view of school career counseling, how they experience the fulfillment of curriculum goals and how it interferes/interacts with their work. To analyze the empirical material we collected from interviews, we used theoretical terms of organizational theory with focus on social structures, differentiation and integration. Denna rapport beskriver hur en skjuvspänningsvåg genereras och sprids i aluminiumstänger samt hur detta utnyttjas för att skjuvbelasta ett materialprov.Den laborativa utrustningen som användes under experimentet är mest känd som en Split Hopkinsonstång. Den består av en infallande och transmitterande stång mellan vilka ett materialprov placerats. Med en klämma kunde den infallande stången fixeras vilket gjorde det möjligt att lagra ett statiskt moment mellan klämman och stångens ände. När klämman togs bort övergick det statiska momentet till en skjuvspänningsvåg som propagerade mot provet. Med hjälp av töjningsgivare mättes vågen i stängerna och utifrån dessa beräknades vridmoment och förvridningsvinkel hos provet.De viktigaste delarna i denna rapport beskriver hur mätningen av skjuvspänningsvågor i en Split Hopkinsonstång går till samt varför ett tunnväggigt prov är fördelaktigt att använda istället för ett massivt cylindriskt prov.

The purpose of our essay was to illustrate how pupils in a medium-sized Swedish town in the 9th grade apprehend and explain bullying. We wanted to compare the pupils' opinions with student teachers' in college.Our questions were: How do the participants in the study define bullying? What are the characteristics of the bully and the victim of the bullying? Where, when and how does the bullying take place? What is the reason for the bullying? Are there any gender-related aspects of bullying? What is the participants? view of the teachers? role? Are there any differences between the pupils' and the teacher students' opinions about bullying, and in that case; what are the differences?We used a qualitative method by interviewing groups of pupils and teacher students. Our survey showed that the pupils' and the teacher students' opinions about bullying were similar in most cases. Bullying is when a pupil is exposed to negative actions several times.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze youth community service in the Kalmar municipality. Our focus was on juvenile offenders and predecessor of public authorities. The juvenile offenders in our study have completed youth community service. A qualitative study was undertaken which include seven interviews. Our empirical data were compared and analyzed with previous research data.

The purpose of this essay was to study what students at the upper secondary levels thought that they learned in physical education and if there were differences between girls and boys learning. The purpose was also to study different factors that could affect the learning and to show how curriculum and prior research relate to the students learning. In this essay we used the three aspects of health that are mentioned in the description of physical education: the physical, the social and the psychic. The study was based on a quantitative research where 165 students answered questionnaires about their learning. Our research showed that the students did not get the knowledge that the A-course in physical education should provide and that the goals for the course were not accomplished.

This study presents a methodology that enables the annual average power of a wind turbine to be increased by automatically optimizing it?s airfoil, twist and chord dis- tribution. As a part of the study the software SiteOpt has been developed. This software connects the open source software XFOIL with the blade element momen- tum theory. XFOIL gives lift and drag coefficients which enable the blade element momentum theory to predict the power of a wind turbine at different wind and ro- tational speeds.

I conducted this examinasions work because I want to find out how loan to farmes are working and more specific towards younger farmers. What you have to think about before you go to the bank and what the banks are thinking about lending money to farmers. This work is based on an investment plan propasal for 20 000 laying hens on a farm in the Kalmar area. The investment plan propasals have two diffrent alternetives, one farm on 25 hectares and one on 50 hectares. I have chosen this becouse I wanted to study how the diffrent sizes of farms are changing the banks thoughts about lending money. These investment plan propasals have included four banks with questionnaire and deep interview.

Dagens skola skall sträva efter att ge varje elev en chans att utveckla sin förmåga att själv bedöma sina studieresultat samt bli medvetna om sitt utvecklingsbehov i förhållande till kursplanerna. Detta arbete behandlar studium av ett experiment med självbedömning där studenterna fick bedöma sina svar på de olika uppgifterna gentemot lärarens svar på samma uppgifter. Syftet med arbetet var att ta reda på studenternas uppfattning om värdet av självbedömning som inlärningsmetod. Vår datainsamling skedde genom sex semistrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer med studenter på en lärarutbildning i södra Sverige. I vår resultatredovisning valde vi att dela in studenternas uppfattningar i olika kategorier för att göra vår analys mer överskådlig.

AbstractThis study was meant to cast a light on the use of music-instruments that exists in preschool environments today. Furthermore the purpose was to find out if instruments first and foremost, actually did exist, and what thoughts had been put behind that decision. The focus was directed towards the preschool teachers and their attitudes towards music instruments among preschool children, at the ages 3 to 5 years. The purpose of the study was to understand how preschool teachers thought of activities where music instruments where used. The study was made from interviews with six different preschool teachers from different preschools.

Uppsatsen bygger på en analys av en exit-nod i Tor-nätverket i syfte att efterlikna ett tidigare experiment från 2007. Experimentet går ut på att analysera den information som kommer genom nätverket för att leta efter okrypterade lösenord. Experimentet görs i syfte att påvisa de brister som finns i nätverket och i användarnas säkerhetsmedvetande. Arbetet utgår från frågeställningarna:Går det att utvinna känslig information från en exit-nod i Tor-nätverket.-       Går det att utvinna okrypterade lösenord från en exit-nod i nätverket?-       Vilka typer av tjänster tillhör lösenorden som uppkommer i analysen av den insamlade data?För att kunna besvara mina tre frågeställningar har jag valt att göra ett experimentellt arbete för att ta reda på om användarna skickar okrypterade lösenord, och till vilka tjänster lösenorden tillhör.
