The current planning philosophy is based on a political utopic modernism founded during the first part of the 20th century. The focus is, in planning a defined area, to maximize the internal efficiency and to create a competitivesociety. During the latter part of the former century globalization changed the context, thus creating the need for a new way of approaching physical planning. This paper shows that the historical and philosophicalmetaphor of flow can be applied to meet the demands in the global city. It also shows how the edge, as where interaction takes place, is an important part of the content that has to be defined.

This project has been created with the assistance of Fredells. Fredells is a Stockholm based company with a focus on the retail of building products. Fredells also produces prefab- or prefabricated products which are either completely or partially ready for assembly the moment they arrive to the building site. These prefab-products are primarily delivered to customers within the Stockholm region. The building industry is a conservative market where the incentive to changes has been relatively low compared to other industries.

Familjeföretag är den dominerande formen av företag i både USA och Sverige, men endast en tredjedel av alla ?första generationen? familjeföretag förs vidare till nästa generation och endast 15 % av dessa förs vidare till tredje generation. På senare år har det blivit vanligare att företagen säljs vidare utanför familjen men det har inte forskats kring hur kulturen påverkas av ett uppköp av en extern part.Syftet med uppsatsen är att påvisa om och i så fall hur kulturen i ett familjeföretag förändrats vid uppköp av en extern part.För att uppfylla uppsatsens syfte har ett kvalitativt, hermeneutiskt tillvägagångssätt använts. Vi har genomfört fallstudier på tre företag där ett före- och efterperspektiv på kulturen har studerats genom kvalitativa intervjuer och observationer.Resultatet av forskningen visar att kulturen i tidigare familjeägda företag förändras vid uppköp av en extern part. A study of southern pudu (Pudu puda) was performed at the zoo Nordens Ark in Bohuslän, Sweden during twelve days in Mars and April 2014. Observations were performed during twilight. Time budget and enclosure use was examined, when the animals had access to the whole enclosure of 1000 m2 or a smaller part of the enclosure of 200 m2. There was almost no difference in time budget between the two enclosure sizes. At both enclosure sizes the animals spent most of the time at a place that was hidden from outside the enclosure. The hidden place was situated in the house.

This thesis describes the genus Hemerocallis, the trading with daylily from hybridizer to seller with emphasis on the Swedish market. The first part describes the daylilies biology its botany, breeding, production, pests and diseases. Also the tobacco ringspot nepovirus recently confirmed in Sweden is described. Since the breeding of daylily is mainly done in Florida topics like hardiness and influence of the climate are included. The first part is mainly based on literature studies, but also interviews with growers and breeders from Sweden, USA, Holland and Germany.

The background for this degree thesis is a need to replace the existing seal used to protect equipment containing secret or sensitive equipment used by Swedish Defence. The target design should satisfy both the need for tamper evidence and reduce Life Cycle Cost. In developing a new design for a seal, additional benefits such as improved logistics support and indication of attack methods such as heat and solvents have been considered.The lack of guiding principles for end users of seals became evident during the interviews. Major concerns for the future are education of users, information about actions if a seal is broken and user liability.The design work was divided into several phases. A feasibility study was performed including investigation of theory of labels, materials and possible technologies.

This thesis studies the subject on how disabilities are written about in Swedish politics, the programs of the seven parties in the parliament are studied. The thesis is divided into two parts; where the first part is a content analysis to see how often disability are mention in each programme.
