Introduction: A big part of the patients that recently has gone through operation at surgical units experiences pain in different scales after their operation. Untreated postoperative pain has been proved in different studies to increase to risk medical complications, longer rehabilitation, more days at the hospital and higher expenses for the hospital. One of the nurses? main tasks is to notice and relieve the pain of the patients. To engage the patients more in the medical process and make the nurses´ work more person-centered could make an impact on the postoperative pain and contribute to a better pain relief.

Jag tycker många skådespelare resonerar felaktig när dom anser att man inte är tillräckligt serös som skådespelare om man kan stunt, vilket jag tycker är helt absurt! Jag skulle säga att man som skådespelare är mer seriös ju allsidigare man är. En skådespelare borde ju ha ett intresse av att kunna gestalta en mångfald av olika karaktärer beroende på vad en föreställning och scen kräver, och inte nöja sig med att spela samma person i föreställning efter föreställning utan någon som helst tanke på vad för roll dom gestaltar, och förlita sig på att dom kommer undan kritik med att vara duktiga på att höja och sänka rösten, samt flitigt använda sig av kortare eller längre processer. När det gäller stunt så tror jag många skådespelare är kritiska för att dom inte vet vad ett stunt är eller för att dom själva inte kan utföra ett stuntmoment och är för lata för att lära sig. Redan Konstantin Stanislavskij frågade hur det kom sig att inte skådespelarna tränade sitt instrument lika mycket som en dansare tränar sin kropp eller en sångare tränar sin röst? Jag tror många skådespelare av någon konstig anledning inte tror sig behöva träna sitt instrument, dom förlitar sig på att det räcker med att visa sitt kända ansikte för en publik och använda sig av stora känslor och gester på en scen för att få folk att tycka man är duktig.

Hypertension is one of the most common reasons for visiting primary care. It is one of the most important modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular disease, suffering and death. Lifestyle change, such as increased physical activity is the foundation of treatment of hypertension. Lifestyle change starts as a process in which patients can be helped by a nurse through conscious communication, educate and support increased physical exercise.AimThe aim of this study was to investigate the district nurse´s experiences of interacting with patients with hypertension about physical activity.MethodIndividual qualitative study. Ten nurses from health center were interviewed.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur den amerikanska ockupationen påverkade den japanska filmen i allmänhet, och Akira Kurosawas (1910-1998) produktion under denna tidsperiod i synnerhet. För att uppnå detta skisserar jag en översiktlig och lättillgänglig bild av den japanska filmhistorien, från dess tidigaste skede fram till 1952, vilken jag hoppas kan fungera som en historisk fond. Vad gäller ockupationstiden, ger jag inledningsvis en kortare historisk överblick, för att sedan begränsa perspektivet och fokusera på Akira Kurosawas filmproduktion under denna tid. Jag har vidare valt att begränsa valet av filmer - ur Kurosawas repertoar under åren 1945-52 - till följande alster: The Men Who Tread on the Tiger's Tail (1945), No Regrets for Our Youth (1946), One Wonderful Sunday (1947), Drunken Angel (1948) och Stray Dog (1949). Jag har valt dessa filmer, främst därför att de alla innehåller material som i mångt och mycket exemplifierar den påverkan som den amerikanska ockupationsmakten hade på Kurosawas produktioner - och japansk film - under ockupationen.

The purpose of the study was to discover how nurses can maintain a good quality of life for cancerpatients at the end of life. We examined seven scientific articles in accordance with Polit, Beck & Hungler (2001) criteria for scientific validity. People with dementia often have difficulties expressing their needs. Untreated pain within this group can be manifested as depression, agitation or loss in appetite. While the technological infrastructure that enables collaboration between municipalities, counties and private health care providers improves, so does the need for health-care providers to gain access to the right patient journal at the right time. For doctors, nurses and other health-care organization employees this goal is achieved by NPÖ, National Patient Summary. NPÖ effectively enables health-care records to be shared across organizational boundaries. This thesis is based on a demand by a mobile application that can give district nurses access to health-care records wherever they are.This thesis describes the development of a prototype of a mobile application aimed for NPÖ. De har därför en viktig funktion när det gäller att upptäcka och rapportera barn som far illa. Trots anmälningsplikt är anmälningsfrekvensen låg. Det råder brist på studier kring hur det blir för BVC-sjuksköterskor efter att de har gjort en anmälan.Syfte: Att ur ett etiskt perspektiv undersöka BVC-sjuksköterskors upplevelser och erfarenheter efter att de har anmält till socialtjänsten att barn far illa.Metod: Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med sex BVC-sjuksköterskor. Intervjuerna analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys på manifest nivå enligt Graneheim och Lundman.Resultat: BVC-sjuksköterskornas erfarenheter av samarbetet med socialtjänsten varierade.
