Bakgrund: Sjukdom och ohälsa kan orsaka påfrestningar och innebära en omställning för hela familjen, detta blir tydligt då en familjemedlem genomgår återupplivningsförsök. Antalet närstående som önskar närvara vid återupplivningsförsök har ökat, det är därför av stor vikt att möta familjers behov vid återupplivningsförsöket. Samtidigt upplever sjuksköterskor att de inte har kompetens nog eller adekvat utbildning för att göra det. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva upplevelser av närståendes närvaro vid återupplivningsförsök ur dels sjukvårdspersonals och dels närståendes perspektiv. Metod: En litteraturstudie gjordes på 15 vetenskapliga studier med kvalitativ, kvantitativ och mixad ansats.

The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of how teachers and other people working with mathematics in a school context perceive inclusion in terms of education. In addition,the purpose is to describe their experiences of inclusive education in mathematics and to identify factors of importance for an inclusive approach to teaching mathematics. The starting point was the significance of inclusive education as regards the education system and research on the implementation of inclusive education internationally and in Sweden. The theoretical approach is founded in a special education perspective on teaching and the theory of optimal experience. The people interviewed for this study are directly or indirectly involved in the teaching of mathematicsat a school that explicitly works from an inclusive perspective.

Many of today?s societies are built on established financial structures that are controlled by states and central banks. These structures are built on a clear perception of economic systems as established but invisible institutionalised concepts that are operated by millions of organizations worldwide. Purpose: The objective of this study is to illustrate how participants in leaderless based projects communicate with each other. Several studies have focused on technology-supported projects, such as open source projects, with an established project manager and goal. There is a lack, to the best of our knowledge, in studies that deal with the communication pattern in a leaderless computer supported collaborative project.Method: We have chosen to use a quantitative method where we systematically group several messages according to their content. This method was used in a similar study to illustrate the communication between participants involved in an open source project. We have taken the same Kripendorff based method and adapted it to our study by adding more descriptive variables.Theoretical perspectives: Manuel Castell discusses the aspects of a new communication power that is rooted in the individual as part of a larger creative audience.

Introduction : Structural cardiac malformations affects 0.8-1% of children born worldwide, in Sweden 800-1000 children per year. Most children with congenital heart disease and their families will have frequent and lifelong contact with highly specialized care. Awareness of the parents experience is crucial in order to improve the nursing care. These experiences will be illustrated using a theoretical model of family-based nursing. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe experiences of being a parent to a child with a congenital heart disease.

Francisella tularensis, the causative agent of the zoonotic disease tularaemia, is highly contagious and potentially fatal for a wide range of wildlife species of the northern hemisphere, also humans. Although recognized as a pathogen for over 100 years, much still remains to be elucidated concerning the ecology and transmission of the bacterium, hence this literature overview aims at compiling data regarding the aquatic association and the role of mosquitoes in transmission of Francisella tularensis subspecies holartica, the sole subspecies in Sweden. While a linkage between the bacterium and natural waters stands beyond dispute, there is no consensus in the literature concerning its potential as a reservoir. However, two prevailing theories can be distinguished; one proposes the water association being mammaldependent and thus merely the result of contamination from semi-aquatic mammals living in close vicinity to the water source. The other, quite contrary, suggests mammal-independence and hence that water, possibly in association with protozoa, serves as an environmental reservoir for the bacterium.

Många med svår sjukdom önskar att få vård i hemmet vid livets slutskede. När en person vårdas i hemmet är det ofta den närstående som tar vårdarrollen i hemmet och tar ansvaret över sin anhöriges vård. Närståendes engagemang i vården av deras anhörig kan påverka dem fysisk och psykiskt.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva närståendes upplevelser av att vårda en anhörig i livets slutskede i hemmet.Metod: Metoden var en litteraturöversikt som baserades på elva vetenskapliga artiklar med kvalitativ ansats.

In my essay, I write about the work at a pre-school in a segregated suburb. I begin my essay with examples from my workday. In one case, it is about Sara, playing games where other children are excluded and she also exhibits a power game towards me. In the second example, it is about how a group of children conspire and expose both themselves and others for destructive conspiracy patterns. When I write down what happens in the group of children at my pre-school, I see patterns reminiscent of destructive gangs.

The research within the management control systems-field and more specifically performance management has been rather shallow and not much has happened the last decades besides the balanced scorecard. The researchers see a lack of studies focusing on the effects of an integrated performance management system and also how it affects the different hierarchical levels and the tasks to perform.We decided to perform an essay with case study-characteristics by looking at both the strategic and tactical level at Volvo Group, or more specifically Group Trucks. We performed three different interviews, one at the group level and two at the division level. The aim was to see what effect an integrated performance management system had on the tactical level (i.e. the divisions).Our findings and corresponding analysis suggested that Volvo was a rather centralized company in order to get the performance management system to work by enabling a ?weekly control?.

De får ta ett stort ansvar gentemot den sjuke och för vården i hemmet. Det är trots detta fortfarande sjuksköterskans uppgift att främja patientens och familjens upplevelse av livskvalitet och välbefinnande. Allas behov behöver tillgodoses för att vården i hemmet ska vara adekvat.Syfte: Att beskriva anhörigas upplevelse av att vårda en sjuk familjemedlem i hemmet.Metod: Denna litteraturöversikt baserades på tio vetenskapliga artiklar.
