In this project, an area in the small town Tungelsta south of Stockholm, is in focus. Tungelsta is placed in the municipality of Haninge and it is for the planning department on the municipality, this project is made. The task is to compose an arrengement of buildings and open spaces for a 50 hektar area. Today the area is consists of agriculture fields and forests. The area is placed near the railway station, in the city centre of Tungelsta, which makes it interesting and important to work with. There are different opinions about the future plans for the area.

Title: Merkel with NSA on the telephoneThe aim of this essay is to study how Angela Merkel is being portrayed in context of NSAs surveillance in the Swedish newspapers Dagens Nyheter and Aftonbladet. The time period for the study is from the 24th of October to the 7th of November in the autumn of 2013. To concretize the aim three questions was formulated, how Angela Merkel was being portrayed in the material, how NSAs surveillance of Angela Merkel was being portrayed in the material and how different statements for various individuals in the material could affect the truth about the surveillance. The method chosen to study these questions was a discourse analysis, which also would contain parts of a linguistic analysis. The theories to support the method were Laclau & Mouffes discourse theory and Michel Foucault?s genealogical discourse analysis.

Konflikter på jobbet - ett problem för chefer. Vårdenhetschefers hantering av interpersonella konflikter

IntroduktionInterpersonella konflikter är vanligt på arbetsplatser, vilket har en negativ påverkan på arbetsklimat och trivsel. Även patienternas omvårdnad kan beröras av konflikter i personalgruppen. Chefen är den som förväntas ingripa för att lösa sådana problem, men för chefer är konflikthantering ett område som upplevs svårt, som tar mycket tid och där man saknar kunskap.SyfteAtt undersöka vilka konflikthanteringsstrategier vårdenhetschefer använder vid interpersonella kon-flikter, och vad som påverkar valet av konflikthanteringsstrategi.MetodStudien är en litteraturstudie i vilken 7 vetenskapliga studier/artiklar ingår. Ingående artiklar hämtades från databaserna PubMed, CINAHL och Scopus, samt med manuell sökning i tidskrifterna Journal of Nursing Management och Journal of Advanced Nursing. Artiklarna var publicerade mellan 1991 och 2008.ResultatStudierna visade att vårdenhetschefer ofta använder konflikthanteringsstrategier som endast ger kort-variga lösningar, och som inte är effektiva.

Et blikk på dirigentens prøveteknikk

I masteroppgaven Et blikk på dirigentens prøveteknikk ser jeg på hvordan en dirigent danner sin egen prøveteknikk gjennom tre ulike produksjoner. For å skape en god prøveteknikk er det viktig å tenke på flere parametre når man arbeider med ensemblene man dirigerer. Repertoarvalg, tidsrammer og besetning påvirker hvordan man som dirigent velger å forberede seg og gjennomføre prøver med profesjonelle ensembler. I tillegg skal prøveteknikken hjelpe dirigenten å nå sine kunstneriske ambisjoner og mål.Grunnlaget for denne oppgaven er tre kunstneriske produksjoner hvor jeg har dirigert ensemblene Gävle Symfoniorkester, Norrbotten Neo og Musikkhøgskolens Blåseorkester. Dette er utdrag fra den kunstneriske praksisen jeg har hatt gjennom mastergradsstudiet i dirigering ved Musikkhøgskolen i Piteå, Luleå tekniska universitet.

This has resulted in more machinery and heavy machinery driving in the clear felled area, this increases the risk of soil damage that will occur in the form of soil compacting and rutting in the clearings. This affecting on the nature in a negative way and especially in rivers and lakes that are affected by siltation and acidification leading to increased levels of heavy metals and methyl mercury. The purpose of this study was to investigate why there is damage to the ground when working with the slash in forest management from the forest officer point of view. A self-designed questionnaire was used and 45 questionnaires were sent out to various companies all over Sweden.

In the 1940s the Swedish town planning was inspired by the English city development with the concepts of neighbourhood and community planning. In order to promote democratic development and solidarity the ideal would be to create community centers with full service. Community centers are part of the building of the suburbs during the postwar period. The buildings in Sweden from 1940 - and -50s were built with the intentions to be good homes for all regardless of income, class and status. Collective solutions to individual problems were characteristic of the Swedish policy during this time.

A large amount of our time is spent indoors in an artificial climate. To make the experience pleasant there are requirements on the ventilation and the heating system. At the present time the most common form of heating is a radiator system complemented with a ventilation system. A ceiling heating system with combined heating and ventilation can replace the two separated systems. The benefit with a ceiling heating solution is that it saves space since the radiator system is no longer needed.

I have always lived around mines and around people work­ing with mines. They are a natural part of my life and, inev­itably, a great interest of mine. When time came to make a decision for a degree project, focusing on the mine context felt as natural as breathing.In LKABs underground mines, safety in fire accidents is a great priority. Of outmost importance for the escape is to have a personal gas filter for filtration of smoke and/or gas. My design project resulted in a concept which is aimed at shortening the user journey from the start of the accident until the user has applied the personal safety solution and is ready to escape.Throughout the project I?ve been working with a context which is heavily regulated, and all problems are serious, important ones.

In this study, I intend to examine some aspects of the activities of cultural companies in the town of Arvika. The study is qualitative in nature and based on in-depth interviews with self-employed cultural workers, as well as representatives from Arvika municipality. Cultural policy documents have been studied to clarify the self-employed status in the cultural sector and thus their importance to the cultural life in Arvika overall.My hope is to get a glimpse of what it means to work as a self-employed within the cultural sector in Arvika and the conditions that exist, in order to successfully run and develop their businesses.There is a shift in cultural policy, which has led to permanent forms of employment becoming fewer and self-employment to grow ( Karlsson & Lekvall, 6 ). One can say that the cultural sector has moved in the direction from a public matter, to the more privatized ( Köping , Lantz & Stenström, 3 ). The problem with this is that the policy of self-employment has not progressed at the same rate as the amount of business.

Summary:The Clinical Training Center at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala uses new methods for educating and training veterinary students. Among these methods are computer programs. The aim of this study was to create an interactive application based on data from horses CT-scanned at the Center for Medical Image and Visualization at Linköping University Hospital. The purpose of this application is for veterinary students to be able to use multidimensional visualization to study equine anatomy. The resulting application named "EQUINE VIRTUAL ANATOMY - Flash in the Tunnel" consists of data from six heads, one left foreleg and a wooden dalahorse.

The material is analyzed with a hermeneuticsapproach, which means that we have assumed facts and then built our work on trying to findan understanding and to draw our own conclusions based on the perspective that we found.Result & Conclusions:The results of this study show that the company needs to work on itscorporate culture. We have found a few points we would like to improve in the company weexamined. We believe that it is the company's reputation and it begins already in thecompany's own recruitment process it is the main finding from our study.Suggestions for future research:Interesting would be to seek employment with thecompany you want to investigate to see how the whole recruitment process goes on toperform deeper analysis, another idea would be to ask the employees that enjoy to work thereagainst those who does not enjoy to work at the company to find the basic building blocks ofcorporate culture to this particular company.
