Denna uppgift är något som den svenska försvarsmaktens amfibiekår ej har förmåga till att lösa ut inom ramen för vår organisation. I framtiden ställs det krav på att den svenska amfibiekåren skall kunna vara delaktig i en multinationell expeditionär landstigningsstyrka. Sverige saknar dock doktriner och en militärteoretisk grund för amfibieoperationer. För att tillhandahålla en sådan teoretisk grund avser författaren att använda sig av den brittiska militärteorin för vad en amfibieoperation kräver.

The first vampire film I ever saw was Interview with a vampire. ?I haven?t been human for two hundred years?, opened up not only the film, but a whole new world I knew nothing about. Through an internship at a nonprofit organization called ATSUB[1], specialized at giving support to non-offending parents to sexually abused children, one of the authors to this study found that there was a lack of care for the parents by governmental operations. While studying the previous research we found a great deficiency when it came to non-offending parents and far most about non-offending fathers. We found studies proving that the child?s non-offending parents are the best support for the child during their healing process. Considering that the current technology is constantly improving, it becomes increasingly important to have an efficient logistics in a company to maintain profitability while achieving a competitive business. Efficient logistics may be accomplished by improving the internal materials handling. In this thesis the internal material handling of steel frames has been studied at a factory in Vaggeryd. The goal of this study is to investigate the problems that exist with the current production flow of products and provide suggestions on how it can be developed to reduce unnecessary handling and movement.The study has a deductive approach where the authors has been using literature studies parallel with empirical analyzes conducted at a company to achieve the purpose of the study. Documentation from the company and interviews with staff and observations form the basis for the data collection carried out.

This study examines how Sweden?s four biggest newspapers deal with the attacks in Oslo and on Utøya the 22nd of July 2011. This date, where the ethnic Norwegian Anders Behring Breivik, bombed the goverment headquarter and killed 69 people at a political camp, will be remembered for a long period of time.  With its critical perspective, this study examines a total of thirteen news articles published within eight days after the attacks in Oslo and on Utøya, to see in what way the Swedish news papers constructs Breivik as a person. Furthermore the study examines in what way the Swedish newspapers makes connections to Sweden and to what extent speculation is used in the news articles. The theoretical premises for the study are the critical discourse analysis, and key elements within it that is used are ideology, discourse and micro- and macro analysis. The conclusion shows that Swedish newspapers are disposed to construct Breivik as a unique individual who falls outside the normative scopes in their explanations of a murderer or a terrorist.

Uppsatsen studerar de etablerade flygbolagens val av utbud i samband med att lågkostnadsflygbolag trädde in på den svenska inrikesmarknaden. Fokus ligger på det strategiska perspektiv som Spence-Dixit-modellen ger. Det dominerande flygbolaget SAS har i nästan samtliga fall då de mött konkurrens under 90-talet svarat med ett oförändrat utbud. Denna strategi resulterade då i överkapacitet, förluster och även utslagning av konkurrensen. Den svenska inrikesmarknaden kännetecknas idag av överkapacitet, prispress och förlusttyngda flygbolag, en situation som till viss del påminner om den på 90-talet.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the variation in the maximal discrimination of the interaction between cognate and a non-cognate codon and anti-codon (also called the d-value). The variation was analyzed with a multiple regression model with the d-value as the dependent variable and with the codon position and the different mRNA and tRNA bases as independent variables. The result of the analysis not only confirmed earlier studies that the maximal accuracy was highest in the second codon position and lowest in the third codon position but we also found significant relationships and interaction effects..

Detta är nästintill oundvikligt. Det som dock är hanterbart är kommunikation kring dessa situationer. Vintern 2010 sattes Polismyndighetens kommunikation på prov i och med ett terrorattentat där en självmordsbombare sprängde sig i centrala Stockholm.Denna uppsats tar sikte på att studera och undersöka polisens interna kommunikation under denna händelse.

This thesis examines the reasons to why railway projects conducted by Banverket (Swedish National Rail Administration) could be expected to cause significant effects on the environment, on which grounds the County Administrative Board and Swedish National Rail Administration base their decisions/assumptions and highlight regional differences between the different Swedish national rail administrations regions. Total 24 railway projects, conducted or being conducted, during the time period 2001 - January 2010 have been analyzed and studied. These projects represent eight different measures/activities which are dispersed throughout all five of the Swedish National Rail Administration´s different regions. Swedish legislations demands that the planner of a new railway project shall first conduct a pre-study and then conduct a public consultation which provides the participants an opportunity to provide input. The County Administrative Board shall then decide if the project could cause significant effects on the environment.

Efficiency has become an important objective for many providers of welfare services.
