Listeffekter är effekter som uppstår i samband med att företag förflyttas från en lista till en annan lista på en börs. Genom åren har det tagits fram möjliga förklarande teoretiska hypoteser till listeffekter, vilka är Efficient Market Hypothesis, Information Signaling Hypothesis, Price Pressure Hypothesis, Imperfect Substitution Hypothesis, Investor Awareness Hypothesis och Liquidity Hypothesis. Olika börser har olika regler för listindelning av företag och indelningen kan ha betydelse för aktiens förutsättningar. För att studera listeffekter genom listförändringar är det en fördel om listeffekten kan studeras i en miljö där det går att kontrollera för ny information.

Researches that have been executed show the diversities in development between different countries. There are fairly strong indications that the ethical clothing market is more advanced in the United Kingdom than in Sweden and therefore these two countries are objects of this research. The aim with this thesis is to describe and explain what have affected the development of the ethical clothing market in the United Kingdom compared to Sweden. For that reason a qualitative approach has mainly been used, where deep interviews with people within the ethical clothing industry have contributed to most of the empirical part. As a complement secondary data such as statistics of the two countries have been used in order to investigate our area. One useful tool, among others, to investigate the macro environment is the SLEPT model.

The work with credit scoring does not get influenced by Basel II if the Standardised Approach is chosen.? Banks that?ve early implemented high technological systems in the organization, that small banks normally do, have gotten an easier transition to Basel II.? Basel II will result in a risk adjusted pricing and a more fair credit market.? Internal Ratings-based Approaches is very demanding to develop, but at the same time it?s a more risk sensitive approach.? Pillar 2 results in a more sophisticated work for the small banks.?
