Förskolechefens ledarskap : En studie om fem förskolechefers syn på sitt ledarskap
The purpose of this study was to examine how five preschool managers are looking at theirleadership and what difficulties they see in their leading. To live up to my purpose I askedthe following research questions: Which parts in their mission do the five preschoolmanagers see as problematic in relation to the curriculum for preschool and the schoolsinspectorate quality investigation? How do the preschool managers describe their leader styleand leader ideals, and is their any difference between the two of them?The method of this study was qualitative interviews with five preschool managers. Theresults that I found was that the most of the preschool managers see their leadership as coproduced(like in Ludvigssons research 2009) with the teachers and that the preschoolmanagers often find other difficulties in their mission compare to the quality investigation(School inspectorate 2012). När myndigheter twittrar : Att ta fram en stil för det offentliga språket på Twitter
In November 2010, The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting) distributed a survey where 53 % of the responding municipalities declared that they use Twitter. Out of the municipalities that declared they did not use social media, 49 % answered that they were planning on using it but that they had not gotten started. The purpose with social media was primarily declared to be maintaining dialogue with citizens and a channel for information.The informal ?twittersphere? is a new environment for the conventionally formal government communication, and with it comes an entirely new set of demands on the style and content of texts, compared to other media. The purpose of my work was to present a style proposal for the public sector?s communication on Twitter, with the help of theory and empirical data.My methods consisted of text analysis and qualitative interviews.
Lärstilsmodeller : en jämförande litteraturstudie av Dunn och Dunns Learning Style Inventory och Vermunts Inventory of Learning Styles
Syftet med min studie har varit att belysa två olika lärstilsmodeller Dunn & Dunns Learning Style Inventory (LSI) och Vermunts Inventory of Learning Styles (ILS) för att urskilja deras olikheter.Detta arbete är en forskningskonsumerande uppsats som är baserad på tidigare forskning inom ämnet lärstilar. Vetenskapliga artiklar, översiktsgranskningar, rapporter och böcker har bearbetats och analyserats och kategorier har utformats för att jämföra och analysera lärstilsmodellerna i relation till varandra.I resultatet presenteras båda lärstilsmodellernas karaktäriserande drag vilka är lärstilsförfattarnas definition av termen ?lärstil? samt den specifika lärstilens uppkomst. Sedan behandlas centrala begrepp och kategorier som används inom lärstilen samt lärstilens pedagogiska innebörd. Därefter presenteras mätinstrumentets namn samt själva utformningen av mätinstrumentsformuläret.

Kreativiteten i Humor : Domängenerella Mätningar av ett Domänspecifikt Område
The aim was to examine whether measurements of creativity as a domain general trait can explain possible connections between a domain general creative performance and one of the creative domain specific areas, humor. Another aim was to examine whether the maladaptive humor styles can explain possible differences in creative performances. An Internet-based survey was used on 281 students from a Swedish university. The survey was composed of three parts consisting of three separate measuring instruments ? Sense of Humor Questionnaire (SHQ-6) was used to measure the respondents? sense of humor, Humor Style Questionnaire (HSQ) measured the respondents? humor style and Alternate Uses Test (AUT) gave the respondents an opportunity to account for their creative performances.

Som 19-åring reste han till Stockholm för att påbörja sina studier i orgelklassen vid Musikkonservatoriet. Efter sin fullbordade musikdirektörsexamen några år senare utbildade han sig på egen hand till röstpedagog. Människorösten och dens användning i tal och sång var hans stora intresse och 1903 öppnade han sitt eget sånginstitut i Stockholm.

Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to get a comprehensive understanding for the thoughts behind Visby?s sustainable tourism planning. Focus will lie on how far Visby has come in their planning and implementing towards a sustainable tourism development. Methods: This study is preceded from a hermeneutical and constructive perspective. The methods used are induction and qualitative research in the form of deep interviews with four key figures working within Gotland?s municipality and tourism industry.
Varför vill ingen bli musiklärare i högstadiet?
Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om Karl Marx och Wright Mills teorier om alienation går att koppla till en högstadiemusiklärares arbetssituation och hur denna koppling i så fall ser ut. Eftersom tankarna och teorierna om alienation berör mångt och mycket så har jag valt att behrönsa teorianvändningen till två perspektiv som jag kallar det ideala arbetet(från Karl Marx) och alienation som diskrepansteori(från Wright Mills). Dessa teorier har i sin tur omformats till hypoteser för att underlätta analysen. Metoden som jag har valt för denna undersökning är samtalsintervju och jag har intervjuat fem musiklärare verksamma på högstadiet. Ur undersökningens resultat och analys framgår det att det i stora drag finns fyra orsaker till en potentiell alienering: viljan att lära känna eleverna, betygssystemet och kursmålen, de skriftliga omdömena och arbetsbördan.
