Vi vill öka kunskapen kring vilka attribut som påverkar studenters attityder till tjänsten hemförsäkring. En undersökning har gjorts på komponenten ?Attityd till ett beteende? som är en del av ?Theory of Reasoned Action? och ?Theory of Planned Behaviour?. Data är insamlad från två mindre fokusgrupper som är förstaårsstudenter vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Vi har identifierat vilka attribut dessa studenter anser som viktigast hos tjänsten hemförsäkring, vilka är pris, innehåll, varumärke och service.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze texts written by pupils during the national test in the subject Swedish for grade 9 in order to identify and illustrate how they have met the instructions for the writing task including genre. The texts have been analyzed using Palmér & Östlund-Stjärnegårdh?s (2005) model for student text analysis. This model has been supplemented by studying word and sentence length, as well as indexes for level of readability (LIX) and word variation (OVIX) in order to illustrate possible differences in a gender perspective. The results of this study are in line with previous research, as the girls? texts are longer and more descriptive, while the boys? texts are shorter and show a wider range of word variation.

The last two decades have changed the society from the Industrial Age to the Information Age. The technological development, especially in IT, has caused a ?Revolution in Military Affairs?. However; how big are the changes RMA will give, or will it even change the foundation of the Art of War and if so, in what way?RMA has three cornerstones DBA, DS and PE all closely integrated in an NCW-concept.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur individer med olika roller inom en fotbollsförening för unga talanger upplever motivationsklimat. För att skapa förståelse för begreppet motivation i en fotbollsförening har följande frågeställningar använts; hur upplevs klimatet i verksamheten, vad upplevs vara tillfredsställande prestationer samt hur upplevs att tillfredsställande prestationer uppnås? I studien deltog tio manliga respondenter (m=36,4 år, Sd=16,9) med olika roller kopplade till idrottsverksamhetens talanglag. Respondenterna grupperades enligt följande: spelarrepresentanter, ledarrepresentanter och föreningsrepresentanter. Intervjuer genomfördes utifrån en semistrukturerad intervjuguide baserad på studiens syfte.

Det har visat sig att när en person motoriskt får utföra en handlingsmening (t ex ?kasta en boll?) blir minnet för den specifika meningen (subject-performed task, SPT) bättre än om personen bara kodar in meningen verbalt, t ex genom att säga meningen högt (verbal task, VT). Detta fenomen har kommit att kallas för enactmenteffekten. När orsakerna till enactmenteffekten har studerats har det tagits lite hänsyn till karakteristikan av handlingsmeningarna. Studien syftar till att undersöka betydelsen av graden av motorisk aktivitet i handlingsmeningarna som en potentiell förklaringsfaktor till enactmenteffekten.

During my one year master in pedagogic science, I was frequently given the impression that depicts the pedagogue?s profession as a rather transcendent talent or, more precisely, a matter of having ?it? or not. It seemed to me, as if the communicative part of the teacher?s specialised skill was more or less undefined in the description of what makes the pedagogue a professional pedagogue. On those premisses, I was led to the aim of this study, which is pursuing the very essence of the profession by discussing how five teachers validate their daily work from a habermasian perspective on communication, society and pedagogy.

The purpose of the set of regulations as regards to accounting and auditing within the Union, is primarily to ensure a high quality of the large public companies financial reporting and hence protect the capital market investors. As the set of regulations also applies to the small companies, these are burdened by administrative costs that are disproportionate. To increase the competitiveness of the European companies, the European council has stated that it is essential to reduce the companies? administrative costs. The main principle is that all companies are under an obligation to statutory audit, however Member States may make audit exemptions for small companies.

This diploma work covers an investigation over the heat - and hot water systems of thetenant-owner's association, Bogården. The heat - and hot water needs of Bogården aresatisfied by both district heating as well as three heat pumps. Implemented investigationshows that the heat pumps are not used in a profitable way. Apart from that, the reservepossibilities are small. There is also a risk of the growth of Legionella bacterium in thehot water system.Since the heat pumps are already installed, HSB-Gävleborg (responsible for Bogården)has a wish to investigate possible proposed actions for optimization of existing plant.After completed investigation, a new proposed action is presented.

Allt fler verksamheter väljer att investera i IT lösningar, med avsikt att skapa konkurrensfördelar gentemot organisationer i samma bransch. ERP system är en av dessa IT lösningar, och det har framkommit att dessa system inte alltid fungerar på ett tillfredsställande sätt. Därför är dessa system att betrakta som mindre dugliga ur ett användbarhetsperspektiv. Avsikten är att utveckla vår modell (TTF/A) som studerar hur en matchning mellan systemkaraktäristiska drag och karaktäristiska drag hos arbetsuppgifter påverkar systemets användbarhet. Modellen betraktar även hur erfarenhet av teknologianvändning och erfarenhet av att utföra arbetsuppgiften påverkar matchningen.

Återanvändning av programkod inom programutvecklingen idag finns i många olika nivåer och hjälper till att skapa en bred programutveckling. Med hjälp av objekt-orientering och arv skapas möjligheten att dela information mellan olika projekt och applikationer för att minimera risken att samma kod skrivs flera gånger. Syftet med detta arbete är att utreda vilka för- och nackdelar som finns vid återanvändning av programkod vid utveckling av en mobilapplikation. Vid utvecklandet av denna applikation till Windows Phone® har ett delat kodbibliotek kallat Portable Class Library (PCL) använts. För att utreda de för- och nackdelar som kan finnas med återanvändning, kommer programkod från en applikation för Windows Store® finnas tillhands.

The present study deals with the scope of action available to a social worker when analyzing, assessing and proposing measures regarding young persons experiencing social problems. The interest in the subject area emanates from the fact that the number of youth placed in different forms of round the clock out-of-home care in Sweden increases, whereas research in the subject shows that such placement gives few positive results and sometimes even has negative consequences for their development.The study investigates how the preconditions of the social worker influence their scope of possible action, in particular as regards their place of work, the situation of the individual dealt with, and the profession itself being one based both on scientific evidence and knowledge gained by experience. Lipsky?s theory on ?street-level bureaucracy? and Hasenfelds theory on human servicing organizations form the theoretical framework of the present study. The empirical input comes from interviews with focus groups of active social workers.The analysis of the interviews shows that social workers generally feel that they have a broad scope of action as far as the regulatory framework and office management are concerned.

Detta examensarbete är en utvärdering av nätverkssäkerheten hos J BiL AB, både på social och teknisk nivå. Företaget är beroende av säkra Internet-anslutningar för att nå externa tjänster och interna servrar lokaliserade på olika geografiska platser. Företaget har ingen IT-ansvarig som aktivt underhåller och övervakar nätverket, utan konsulterar ett externt dataföretag. Syftet med examensarbetet är att utvärdera säkerheten, upptäcka brister, ge förbättringsförslag och till viss del implementera lösningar. För att undersöka säkerheten har observationer och intervjuer med personalen gjorts och ett flertal attacker mot nätverket har utförts.

In three areas in the province of Småland studies has been done to investigate how big damage the moose may do to P. abies. An inquiry examination and two different types of surveys were done to find out how big area, which volume and which financial consequences the moose debarking has had on the forest. When the volume was calculated the rot spreading was included. The area that was damaged was stipulated with the answers from the inquiry examination. 59 % of the asked forest owners answered the inquiry.
