Personlig försäljning är idag en viktig faktor för en butik som vill kunna konkurrera på marknaden och för de butiker som vill skapa det lilla extra i köpupplevelsen. Som läsare av denna uppsats kommer ni att få läsa om hur den personliga försäljningen skiljer sig mellan privatägda respektive kedjeanslutna butiker.Uppsatsens syfte är att genom intervjuer och observationer i privatägda respektive kedjeanslutna butiker inom klädbranschen, se skillnaden mellan personalens arbete med den personliga försäljningen. Vi vill se hur de olika butikerna differentierar sig i den personliga försäljningen samt se om det finns eventuella likheter mellan dem. Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva hur de olika butikerna använder sig utav den personliga försäljningen och se om det är en viktig faktor för butikerna.Uppsatsens undersökning bygger på intervjuer med tre butikschefer från tre kedjeanslutna butiker samt tre butikschefer från tre privatägda butiker. Vi har intervjuat dessa för att få reda på hur de arbetar med personlig försäljning och se om det är något de lägger stort fokus på.

Our study examining how well the guidelines, from Skolverket (School Department), aboutgrades in the course "Samhällskunskap A" are implemented in the Swedish Upper SecondarySchool. The study focus on both teachers and students. To discover which knowledge the bothgroups have, we have used two different methods. The students have answered a survey,which was based on the phrases from the course plan "Samhällskunskap A" about grades. Thesurvey wanted to see how well the students could match the correct phrases with the gradesteps (the Swedish school uses three grade steps).

This essay describes social workers view on the action contact person. The study was qualitative and six social workers were interviewed on the topic. The effort contact person were chosen as the object for this study since it is the most common action given to young people, despite the lack of research about this subject. The result was analyzed out of conduct action theory and the theory of street level bureaucrats as well as scientific research in this area. The result of this study shows that most of the social workers consider the action as positive.

Under sjuksköterskeutbildning har diskussioner kring familjen och dess roll inom vården förts. Familjen har dock för oss förblivit ett diffust begrepp eftersom vi saknat en tydlig definition på vad en familj är. Vårt syfte blev därför att klargöra begreppet familj och dess komplexitet ur ett omvårdnadsperspektiv samt att studera familjebegreppet inom barnsjukvården. Inriktningen mot barnsjukvård gjordes då vi uppfattat familjen som central där. För att uppnå vårt syfte valdes en begreppsanalysmodell av Walker och Avant.

My purpose is to describe and analyse how care managers experience their position as middle managers in the public sector. I have used a qualitative interview method to answer this question and also to capture my six interview persons opinion and understanding of their own position as middle managers. From my six interviews I noticed some difference in their opinions about how it is being a care manger. The results show that the role as care managers have challenges such as to intertwine their own notion how the caring of the elder should be with strict politic decisions. Other challenges are the limitation of economic recourses and reorganisations.

This master thesis is about the production of the record ?Brutus? with the band ?Trilobit?. Trilobit consists of the three musicians, myself, Stina Hellberg Agback on pedal harp, Simon Sva?rd on guitar and Karl Jansson on drums.During the production, I have analyzed different aspects of my own musicality and also the role of the pedal harp in jazz. I have found techniques that have simplified chromatic movements on the pedal harp, and also techniques that has developed the rhythmical aspect of my improvisation.I have also looked into my process in improvising and composing and developed new aspects, many thanks to the close collaboration with Simon Sva?rd..

Syftet med denna studie var att få en djupare förståelse kring ungdomars attityder och deras upplevda livsvärld inför en möjlig legalisering av cannabis i Sverige. För att besvara syftet formulerade vi en frågeställning: Vilka tidigare kunskaper och erfarenheter formar ungdomarnas attityder till droger och hur ser deras attityder ut gentemot cannabis idag? Detta undersökte vi genom kvalitativa intervjuer med ungdomar mellan 15-20 år på ett kulturhus i en mellanstor stad i södra Sverige. Vi ville undersöka vad det är som påverkar ungdomarna i deras formande av attityder gentemot cannabis och en legalisering av cannabis i Sverige samt hur dessa attityder ser ut idag. För att få en så djup förståelse för individernas upplevda livsvärld som möjligt genomförde vi enskilda intervjuer med tio ungdomar som alla har olika erfarenheter och kunskaper.

Projektet har gått ut på att göra ett flexibelt bord som ska kunna gå att förändra mellan högt och lågt och mellan olika storlekar på bordsskivan. Detta som en funktionell aspekt av föränderlighet men jag ville även införliva en emotionell föränderlighet. Jag vill att användaren, på ett handgripligt sätt, ska kunna uttrycka sig själv i bordet. Min intention är att man, genom att göra sitt eget unika bord, skapar ett starkare band mellan artefakt och dess användare. Detta som ett led i en hållbar utveckling så att produkterna vi äger kan brukas längre och motverka den ohållbara så kallade slit-och-slängkulturen..

This is a 20 credit Master thesis within the landscape architecture education at the Institute for Landscape Planning at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences at Alnarp. Norränga is situated on the fringe of the city of Lund, east of the existing district of Linero.The city planning office of Lund municipality has come up with a ?in-depth comprehensive plan? for the exploatation of the eastern area of Lund. The plan concerns an area of 1035 square kilometre which contains at least 1500 nya buildings, two schools, primaryschools, stores and bus station for local bus traffic and the new bus line - Lundalänken. The townplan is inspired from the historical Square block city with defined street system. The municipality has visions of what the green areas should consist of.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur anställda i offentlig sektor och chefer i privat sektor uppfattar sitt handlingsutrymme. Jag vill även undersöka om det fanns skillnader respektive likheter i verksamheterna. Och om det finns skillnader i handlingsutrymmet mellan anställda och cheferna. För att ta reda på detta använder jag mig av fem stycken semi-strukturerade intervjuer. Michael Lipskys teori: Street-level bureaucracy eller som den heter på svenska: Tjänsteman används eftersom den berör handlingsutrymme och är en omdebatterad teori.

Thanks to modern technologies teenagers of today have become used to downloading music illegally from theInternet. Even though legal alternatives, such as Spotify, have become popular, the behavior of illegal download of music still persists. What do record companies do to prevent this phenomenon and why do they go to such length to stop this widespread movement? The question is, why is illegal download of music a problem ? and for whom? To investigate this I?ve read books about the subject, analyzed web pages of alternative record companies and interviewed a drummer in a local band.

Den ökade psykiska ohälsan bland ungdomar ställer krav på behandlare att effektivisera olika typer av behandlingar, t.ex. samtal. Samtidigt anses det svårt att behandla ungdomar, och det finns få empiriska studier som belyser vilka aspekter som ökar möjligheten att få ett positivt resultat av samtalsbehandling (Bolton Oetzel & Scherer, 2003). Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur ungdomar, med erfarenhet av samtalsbehandling, tycker att en samtalsbehandlare ska vara. En retrospektiv intervjustudie genomfördes med 10 informanter i åldern 19?22 år som hade erfarenheter av samtalsbehandling under tonårstiden.

The aim of this study was to get a greater comprehension of social welfare secretaries? notion of "good parenting" and furthermore how this is expressed in evaluations of investigations regarding care of children. The empirics in this qualitative study were collected with the help of a vignette containing relevant questions. Moreover interview questions were answered at seven occasions. The interviewees were social welfare secretaries that worked with evaluations of care of children.

This study is based on the public eldercare assistances administrators and unit managers perspective. The purpose of this study is to describe and understand how the assistance administrator and unit manager approach elderly needs, who can be harder to accommodate as well as alternative providers that also can meet the needs of the elderly. It is important to gain more knowledge about how assistance administrators and unit managers look at these aspects, what their attitude and approach is towards them. This is important to learn more about because the assistance administrators and unit managers have discretion in their work and the power to change and affect the elderlys situation in a significant way. They decide on actions and design implementation to meet the needs of the elderly and enable them a reasonable standard of living.The choice of method used in this study was qualitative through semi-structured interviews, conducted with assistance officers and unit managers.

The aim of this study was to investigate the production of knowledge that can emerge in the use of Practice Research by Mirror method. This by finding out what it is in the practical work that leads to the production of knowledge and how knowledge production takes form. The empirical data that form the basis for this study is recorded group within the Mirror method discussions and a focus group interview with social workers who participated in the discussions. Those who have participated are social workers with experience from working with financial aid support and only real cases have been used in the discussions. The results have been analyzed according to Lipsky's theory of street-level bureaucracy and their discretion and Fook and Gardner´s theory of critical reflection.
