Vägsaltets effekter på växter i urban- och offentligmiljö : ett växande problem
Through previous studies during my education, I have experienced that chemical deicing road salt is a known problem, mainly in southern Sweden. Road salt causes damage to the environment and also damage to vehicles and structures such as bridges, etc. Road salt causes vehicles and steel constructions to rust, leading to increased costs for repairs of damage to structures. Road salt also causes damage to the plants and the economy to suffer, when plant material and soil needs to be replaced. In order to get closer to a solution, I put up three questions.

Cnior Mobile AB i Lindesberg utvecklar en mobil trygghetstelefon för äldre. Detta examensarbete går ut på att utforma en handsfree-enhet för denna. Handsfree-enheten ska integreras i larmknappen, som bärs av användaren runt handleden, och har kontakt med telefonen via blåtandsradio. I examensarbetet ingår att välja ut lämplig högtalare och mikrofon, hitta lösningar för smuts- och vattentålighet samt att lösa problem med ekon och bakgrundsstörningar.En högtalare hittades som uppfyllde kraven för smuts- och vattentålighet samtidigt som den hade utmärkt frekvensgång för återgivning av tydligt tal. Vattenavrinning från högtalaren löstes genom att ett sinussvep sänds ut från högtalaren varje gång ett samtal ska kopplas upp.

Many participants in the Swedish timber market procure raw material from private forest owners. They often also offer forest services to ensure reforestation after final felling. Selling silviculture services can be a part of creating a long term relationship with the landowner for future timber purchases. The Swedish Forest Agency monitors forest rejuvenation results in the entire country. In the latest survey (2006 - 2008) the proportion of approved regeneration area was 78%.
The French market and customers? perceptions of Nordic softwood offerings
The study of the French market for softwood has been done in collaboration with VIDA AB. The aim of the study was to investigate important product quality and service quality dimensions, the customers? perception of the offering and generally describe the French market and present actors.
The market for softwood around the world changes over time and new markets can mean opportunities for the sawmilling industry. The French market is the second biggest European market for softwood, has had presence of actors with sourcing of raw material from the Nordic countries for decades and there is a growing interest for building with wood.
Theory being used is about the different dimensions that make up the total quality of softwood, together with intangible dimensions making up the total offering that helps the sawmilling industry to create positive perceived value for the customers.
Methodological approach in the study was a case study research design, aimed at providing knowledge about one specific subject in one context. The general description was mostly carried out by literature studies and data from various statistics sources.

The price of farmland has risen sharply in the last 20 years. This has led to discussions about what creates the value of farmland. The aim in this study was to try and find what factors are affecting the price on farmland. The area that is studied is the counties around Mälardalen during the period 2005 to 2009.The method chosen to achieve the objective is the hedonic price model. The variables are chosen after a preliminary study where a literature search has been made and a number of interviews with people in the industry.

SUMMARYThere was no previous study in what high level dressage riders had for ideas of how to best prepare for their training sessions with an instructor. Neither any study of how high level dressage riders seemed to be more or less susceptible to the instructions from their instructor during their training sessions. If the sport had more knowledge about this, it might result in more riders on a higher level. The purpose of this study was to find out how high level dressage riders are preparing themselves for the best result for an instructor led training session and how they could bring as much as possible instructions from the coach. The two questions of the study were: How are high level dressage riders preparing themselves for a training session with an instructor, practically and mentally, and how can they affect their susceptibility to instructions?The study was carried out both by reviewing existing literature and studies in general education and pedagogy in the riding education, and by a qualitative interview study of six dressage riders who rode on a difficult level at the competitions, during the year of 2009.

By steeping or fermentation the digestibility of the feed is improved for the animals with a natural process in the wet feeding system Steeping means that the feed is soaked some hours before feeding. This process activatesenzymes and improves the digestibility of for example phosphorus in the feed and make it more accessible to the animal. Wet feeding can be fermented or not. Fermentationmeans that the feed has been soaked for a certain length of time so that a biological process is started.
"When POP sucks the tits of ART" : Warhol och Gaga - mötet mellan konsten och populärkulturen
I uppsatsen undersöks utbytet mellan populärkultur och konst genom en jämförande analys av Andy Warhols Marilyn Diptych från 1962 och en stillbild från Lady Gagas musikvideo Telephone från 2010, i vilken hon refererar till Warhol. Lady Gaga har flera gånger refererat till konstvärlden genom kostym och sceniskt uttryck vilket hos mig väckte associationer kring hur Andy Warhol och popkonstnärerna influerades av populärkulturen. Warhols användning av populärkulturens bilder är idag välkänd som ett sätt att bryta mot konstvärldens normer.Detta utbyte undersöks och diskuteras i relation till hur Lawrence Alloway, John A. Walker och Richard Hamilton definierar populärkultur, massmedia och popkonst. De visar på en upplösning mellan populärkultur och konst som olika kategorier, något som Theodor Adorno och Clement Greenberg vänder sig emot.

ABSTRACT Introduction: During the past 40 years the ambulance service in Sweden has evolved from mainly being a source of transport to today?s high-tech caring facilities that enable qualified care to start already in the patient?s home. This first level of care is now provided by registered nurses and registered nurses with specialist training in pre hospital care.At the same time as the care provided is becoming more advanced, results from studies demonstrate that the amount of dispatches to patients that lack the need for ambulance care and transport is increasing. Nurses in pre-hospital care possess the knowledge, training and authority to perform an initial assessment of patients and also treat patients according to local and national guidelines. After the treatment it would sometimes be possible for the patients to remain at home without having to use ambulance transport to an emergency department or in other cases find other means of transport to hospital.

SammanfattningIntroduktion: Patienter i sjukvården som inte behärskar svenska språket får hjälp av kontakttolkar i sin kontakt med vården. Det saknas idag vetenskaplig kunskap om hur den enskilda patienten upplever detta. Det behövs en ökad förståelse för dessa patienters uppfattningar av att samtala med sjuksköterska eller barnmorska via kontakttolk. Det vårdvetenskapliga perspektivet handlar om kommunikation, delaktighet och bemötande. En förbättrad kunskap, både teoretiskt och praktiskt, kan ge sjuksköterskor stöd i omvårdnadsarbetet med tolkmedierad kommunikation.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva patienters uppfattningar av tolkmedierat samtal via telefontolk respektive via närvarande tolk.Metod: Fjorton kvinnor (21-50 år) med somaliskt ursprung, vilka var i behov av kontakttolk, tillfrågades om deltagande i studien.

SAMMANFATTNINGSyfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att beskriva och analysera några väsentliga faktorer som kan underlätta respektive hindra organisationer, i meningen företag, att få fram produkt-innovationer. Metod: Studiens angreppssätt är hermeneutiskt abduktivt och dess metod kvalitativ. In-samling av primär- och sekundärdata har således skett i en växelverkande process mellan empiri och teori, med löpande kontextuell analys. Teoretiska perspektiv: Teoriavsnittets primära delar avhandlar förutsättningar för produktinnovationer i organisationer. Här fokuseras organisationsinterna och -externa för-hållanden, som enligt olika teorier främjar, respektive hämmar, inno-vationsprocessen.

In recent years, there has been an extreme focus on price on the food market. As there are only a few big wholesalers and also very few food retail chains, these have a great impact on the producers. The pressure from prominent vegetable-producing countries, providing low price products, such as the Netherlands and Spain is strong.

We describe in this work - how the commercial real-estate companies build relationships with their tenants. We describe also how the tenants experience these relationships with the real-estate companies. This work acts about relationships and its build-upp and conserving. The literature about the working ways with relationships in the commercial real estate sector is not so extensive, despite an increased popularity of relationship-marketing since beginning of 1990s. We choosed to examine how the relationships functions nowadays with help of interviews targeted to contacts in five of us selected real-estate companies.
