I en värld där kraven på flexibilitet, säkerhet och hårdvaruoptimering är nyckelfaktorer när det kommer till att välja IT-miljöer för företag blir virtuella skrivbord mer och mer poulära. Med dessa miljöer finns det också problem när det kommer till användarupplevelsen om nätverket ifråga inte kan uppfylla de krav som ett sådant system ställer. I detta arbete undersöks implikationerna vissa nätverksvariabler kan ha för en Virtual Desktop-infrastruktur, VDI. För att belysa dessa problem har två tester utförts på en VDI miljö. Det första testet gick ut på att mäta latensen då skrivbordsmiljön renderades för klienten från virtualiseringsservern vid olika nätverksdiamterar.

The purpose of this thesis is to through the analysis of interviews with finance professionals in listed companies answer the question on what lies behind capital structure decisions, and to see how well the prevailing theories fit the answers. This article is an explorative and descriptive hypothesis creating study. We have used a qualitative method to analyse practice through theory. We have conducted telephone interviews with CFO:s and financial executives in Swedish listed companies on how they reason when they make capital structure decisions. We have then thoroughly reviewed the theory and empirical tests of the theories.

The study aims to describe and analyse the relationship between norm and practice regarding social services casework on honour-related problems. The relationship between norm and practice involves the difference between the way it is intended that social workers shall operate in these cases and how they perceive that this works in practice. We interviewed two focus groups of eight Swedish social workers, four in each group. We also held an individual interview with a social services business developer. Focus group interviews were based on two vignettes; one depicting an honour-related case and the second an "ordinary" case.

Today more and more municipalities interact across a wide range of sectors. The reasons tostart interacting are varying and for those who succeed with this form of work, there arebenefits in terms of efficiency and knowledge exchanges. But are the reasons that interactalways obvious? Behandlingsmetoderförklaras eftersom de har stor betydelse för patienterna att få kännedom omsjukdomsförloppet och beskrivs psyko-onkologiska reaktioner.Syfte:Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva omvårdnadsåtgärder inom psyko-onkologiför att därmed belysa hur sjuksköterskan kan ge omvårdnad till kvinnor mednydiagnostiserad bröstcancer.Metod:Metoden består av en litteraturstudie baserad på vetenskapliga omvårdnadsartiklar som söktspå databaserna PubMed och CINAHL.Resultat:Artiklarna belyser olika omvårdnadsåtgärder inom psyko-onkologi som kan sjuksköterskautföra för att underlätta tillvaron för kvinnor med nydiagnostiserad bröstcancer. Background: Over the past 30 years the incidence of overweight and obesity has increased. Obesity is a risk factor for many diseases, for instance type 2 Diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, many types of cancer and musculoskeletal diseases. That ready available food today is so accessible can be a reason for the public health problems of overweight and obesity.Objective: The aim was to study what possibilities and barriers there are for fast-food restaurants to sell healthy food.Methods: Information was collected by seven telephone interviews and two respondents answered by e-mail. Nine persons that were in charge of the menu at different fast-food restaurant chains in Sweden participated in the study.Results: To have a large variety was considered to be a problem for selling healthy food, also because the sale of it was low in some of the fast-food chains. Some of the informants did not find any problems with selling healthy food and it was regarded as an opportunity to get more consumers.Conclusion: The demand for healthier food has increased, and the offer and sales of it has also escalated.

<p>This explorative study examines approximately one hundred electronic library homepages. It focuses on four aspects: form, content, structure and user support. Form relates to the presentation of information and is concerned with the relationship between text and graphics. Content refers to the type of information and services that an electronic library offers. Structure is concerned with the guiding principles that have motivated the grouping of information and services on the homepages.

Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån ett föräldraperspektiv undersöka behov av och önskemål om stödsom föräldrar med diagnos inom autismspektrum beskriver i sin föräldraroll. Ett annat syfte är att bidra med ökad kunskaptill en diskussion kring utformandet av stödinsatser för dessa familjer. Studien är kvalitativ med intervjuer som gjorts ihalvstrukturerad form. Åtta föräldrar har intervjuats. Föräldrarna beskriver att deras svårigheter gör det svårt för dem isamspelet med barn och partner.

Syftet med den här undersökningen är att studera, och identifiera tillvägagångssätt för tjänsteföretag att internationalisera sig samt sälja sina produkter. För att göra det, samt att kunna kartlägga ett eventuellt mönster är det väsentligt att öka förståelsen kring hur försäljningen av tjänsten går till samt hur säljaren hanterar de kulturella skillnader som uppstår vid internationalisering. Vi har valt en kvalitativ metod, med en deduktiv ansats för undersökningen där utgångspunkt finns i teori. Den teoretiska referensramen inkluderar välkända modeller som beskriver företags processer vid en internationalisering, samt teorier riktade mot tjänsteföretag, internationell försäljning, säljarens roll samt kultur och kommunikation. Därefter har vi i det empiriska materialet, redogjort för vad de fallföretag vi har arbetat med, i praktiken har hanterat dessa fenomen i deras internationaliseringsprocesser. I analysen har vi sedan ställt empirin mot teorin för att identifiera ett mönster rörande internationalisering samt internationell försäljning av tjänsteföretag. I slutsatsen har vi till sist haft möjlighet att presentera detta mönster för internationalisering av tjänsteföretag, där vi har konstaterat att processen är baserad på drivna individer på ledningsnivå som initierar internationaliseringen.

The problem partly consists of estimating the demand at an IPO and also to accurately value the business in comparison to the market. To set the price per share is problematic, since the company carrying out the public offering wants to optimise the amount of capital at the same time as they want the share to be subscribed in full. If the IPO would not be carried out, it could cause harm to the position of the underwriters. Purpose: To investigate whether underpricing exists associated with IPO:s on the Swedish market during the period 1995-1999. Method: The collection of data has been achieved by means of: Internet, E-mail and telephone calls. Conclusions: We have reached the conclusion that oversubscribing in comparison to the return at an IPO has an average growth of 3.3 per cent the first day, on every occasion of oversubscribing. For the studied population, including 138 initial public offerings, the average market value rise is 15 per cent the first day. When we made our calculations, adjustments have been made for the general index of Affärsvärlden (AFGX).
