This master's thesis deals with how a school class of 19 students that are 12 years old,perceive the conception of the library and its activities, and how this can be studied by usingfour different approaches: analysis of the children's drawings, analysis of the children'sessays and analysis of their answers to questions in an inquiry and in interviews. Theories ofhow children learn, develop and perceive the world are briefly presented, as we11 as theorynecessary for the analysis.The four different techniques produced in general the same result; the children displayed thesame thoughts, knowledge and values in the drawings, in the essays, in the inquiry andduring the interviews. Även om exemplen är hämtade från matematikdidaktiken rör sig diskussionen huvudsakligen på en mer generell nivå än detta specifika ämne. På många sätt handlar essän lika mycket om lärande i allmänhet som om matematikdidaktik.Utifrån den fenomenologiska undersökningen rör sig diskussionen mellan mina personliga erfarenheter och den filosofiska teorin. Jag använder mig av tankar från Aristoteles, Hans-­?Georg Gadamer och John Dewey och låter dem möta några av de svenska forskare som under de senaste åren bidragit till det aktuella fältet eller till angränsande fält.Jag hoppas i denna essä kunna synliggo?ra olika aspekter av erfarenhetsbaserad undervisning och lärande likväl som de problem och möjligheter som finns i fenomenet estetiska lärprocesser ? förhoppningsvis kan mina iakttagelser och reflektioner vara av värde vid en utveckling av såväl matematikdidaktiken som av andra ämnen på lärarutbildningen .

Intensivvårds- och Anestesikliniken på ett sjukhus i södra Sverige införde år 2005 respektive 2007 ett vårdutvecklingsprojekt, Tool for interactive learning and daily assistance (TILDA), inom ramen för nätbaserat lärande. Via TILDA kan medarbetare erhålla kompetenskort för medicinteknisk apparatur. Syftet med aktuell studie var att kartlägga olika faktorer som påverkar varför sjuksköterskor tar respektive inte tar medicintekniska kompetenskort via TILDA samt att undersöka sjuksköterskornas inställning till att arbeta med medicintekniska kompetenskort via TILDA. Studien var en deskriptiv tvärsnittstudie och mätinstrumenten var enkäter. Dataanalys utfördes med hjälp av statistik programmet SPSS och kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

The aim of this essay is to analyze how students are constituted as subjects in local curricula. The theoretical perspective is grounded in Michel Foucault?s notion of governmentality and power/knowledge and his critique of a sovereign subject. From this theoretical perspective I use Foucault?s concept of formation of objects and Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe?s idea of subject positioning as tools for a discourse analysis.

Denna undersökning omfattar kamerans inverkan på narrativet i visuella medium. Syftet är att få en insikt i hur kunskap om kameratekniker och ?vinklar påverkar hur åskådaren uppfattar vad regissören vill förmedla, och undvika att fokus sätts på element i filmscener som riskerar att förvirra åskådaren. För att undersöka detta problemområde har litteratur om filmhistoria och kamerateknik använts för att sammanfatta kunskap om hur kameran skall användas, för att förmedla relevant information och bygga upp den effekt som regissören strävar efter. Informationen utifrån detta har därefter tjänat som utgångspunkt för att skapa en kort animerad film med rymdtema där kameran eftersträvar att leverera en konkret visuell upplevelse där vinklar används för att understryka vad varje scen vill förmedla.

A method for equine intra oral radiology has been tested. In the study, both a digital system with an intraoral sensor connected to a laptop and a system utilizing image plates and digital developing was tested, initially on cadaver sculls and finally on sedated horses. The digital sensor was not considered viable for this purpose, while the system with image plates and digital developing worked very well. Two different techniques, i.e. parallel and bisectris, are suggested for the best visualization of different parts of the teeth. Intra carious injections of Mixobar oesophaghus contrast fluid was found useful when evaluating the extent of carious lesions. Compared to extra oral radiology, the new method had several advantages and can be used both in clinic and field practices..

With examples from a single classroom situation, several educational moments show what goes on between the teacher and the student. The teacher?s responsibility in the learning process is, with a gesture frozen in the air of the moment, to lead and follow the student in her tentative efforts at seeking knowledge. Initially, it is an attempt to shed light upon the "not yet seen" with a certainty that the student herself possesses the capacity and the aptitude to reach greater insight and clarity in her understanding. In 2011, the new upper secondary school curriculum Lgy 11 set out to distinguish the characteristics of the two subjects Swedish and Swedish as a second language. This thesis analyzes the consequences, or rather the underlying premises for such a characterization with the contradictory ideologies of the multicultural society as a point of departure. Using theories of cultural and linguistic hegemony, the thesis applies an ideological critique to the comparative text analysis of the two curriculums. The aim is to reveal the underlying assumptions of the two student bases as representatives of the majority society and the minorities. The results show that the characterizations of the two subjects are dominantly made along the line of the multicultural experience versus linguistic and cultural heritage.

In Sweden we have the highest rate of nontraditional students among Europe. Coincidently, we also have the highest rates of drop outs among OECD. In this particular field, drop out from higher education, there is a need fore more qualitative studies that can support the "statistics". Studies about experiences of drop outs are significant for society, university and individual. The aim of this study is to describe and understand how nontraditional student experiences drop out from higher education.

Detta gav underlag för analys och diskussion. Samtliga informanter var överens om att kommunikation borde vara en röd tråd i förskolans verksamhet och har en stor betydelse för barns lärande. Pedagogerna ville se och höra varje barn och utgå från deras tankar och funderingar enligt Vygotskijs proximala utvecklingszon. Informanterna ville ge barnen goda förutsättningar för en bra lärandemiljö.

This study focuses the development on the protection of landscapes with old industries and how it nowadays is appreciated by the inhabitants. The overall aim of this study is to increase the knowledge about how the so called industrial landscape in Norrköping became a cultural heritage that the citizens want to protect. The study also aims to investigate the citizens´ knowledge about the industrial landscape in Norrköping, and what value they think that the place possesses. Data was collected by an information research and six qualitative interviews. The interviews where analysed by qualitative methods techniques.

In secondary school for individuals with learning disabilities there has been a focus on care-taking rather than on comprehension in general, and on reading comprehension in particular.The purpose of this study was to investigate whether Reciprocal Teaching would increase reading comprehension and motivation among upper secondary school for individuals with learning disabilities. The study presents how three 17-year-old pupils and their teacher, discussed expository fact texts during twelve lessons using the reciprocal method combined with power point-presentations to get the students to read more actively with interferences and reflections. The ambition was to make the structured text talks as interesting as possible with texts easy to read, technical aids, structure to make the students feel security when reading and to get committed pupils with an increased interest in reading.The results show an increase in motivation in reading, and the students were more prone to take an active part in discussions..

My objective for this project was to create a short but thrilling 2D-animation intended as promotion for an online comic book. The purpose of the project was to learn more about animation and graphics, to further my artistic skills and to learn how to work in Adobe After Effects. I also wanted to learn more about scheduling, project methods and how to handle stress. During the ten weeks of the project I have created the story, the storyboard, the character design, the backgrounds and the animation. The voice over was recorded with the help of a fellow student who also made the music and the sound effects.
