Ordet workshop är något som växt sig mer och mer välkänt under det senaste årtiondet. Det har blivit ett allt mer använt, såväl som omtyckt arbetssätt. Detta har medfört att bra workshopmetoder är något som är av stort intresse för företag. En form av workshop som används är idégenereringsworkshops, något som kan vara önskvärt vid dessa är att samtliga deltagare har en gemensam målbild, vilket kan vara problematiskt att uppnå.Målet med denna fallstudie var att skapa en workshopmetodik som är anpassad för arbete med mobila applikationer. Workshopen genomsyras också av ett fokus på att skapa en gemensam målbild hos deltagarna, samt ett synsätt som utgår från den potentiella mobilapplikationens slutanvändare.Genom att utnyttja information från en litteraturstudie, ett antal intervjuer samt önskemål och erfarenheter från företaget Sogeti inom ämnet, skapades en mängd kriterier.

In total 249 horses surgically treated for colic in Sweden during 2002 until 2005 were studied. The horses was identified by the animal insurance company Agria. Survival was studied with respect to age, gender, breed, diagnosis (small intestinal problems, caecal problems, large intestinal problems, incarceration in nephrosplenic ligament, unspecific colic and other colic problems) and treating hospital. Different survivals were calculated. For short-term survival proportions was used and for long-term it was done using Kaplan-Meier Technique and log-rank testing.

Surdegsbrödet har förekommit i den mänskliga historien sedan 7000 år tillbaka. Populariteten har varierat men brödet har de senaste åren frekvent synts såväl i media som i bagerier. Brödindustrin har uppmärksammat trenden och resultatet av den dynamiska produktutvecklingen kan ses i livsmedelsbutikernas utbud. Produktutvecklingen är idag konsumentinriktad och endast ett fåtal av nylanserade livsmedelsprodukter överlever på den tuffa marknaden. För att produkten ska sälja är det enligt flera forskare av största vikt att involvera konsumentens tankar och uppfattningar tidigt i produktutvecklingen Ett pågående forskningsprojekt är en del av statens och livsmedelsbranschens storsatsning på livsmedelsforskning.

Den här studien beskriver kritiska händelser och vad som påverkat läroprocessen i en reflektionsgrupp för ledarstöd, ett samverkansprojekt mellan två olika förvaltningar och landstinget i en medelstor svensk stad. Åtta erfarna chefer från olika arbetsplatser träffades vid sju tillfällen under perioden nov 2004 ? juni 2005 under ledning av en processledare. Det övergripande syftet med studien är att ur deltagarperspektiv belysa och analysera processen i kompetensutvecklingsinsatsen och söka svar på vilka brytpunkter deltagarna upplevt i termer av stödjande och hindrande händelser under läroprocessens gång samt vilka effekter av kompetensutvecklingen deltagarna själv ser i sin profession som ledare i den dagliga praktiken.Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och kritiska-händelse-metoden, CIT (Critical Incident Technique) har använts för att samla in och analysera data. Åtta djupintervjuer med samtliga deltagare och en djupintervju med processledaren har legat till grund för analysen, som resulterade i sju kategorier; Engagemanget och motivationen, Tryggheten, Kommunikationen och interaktionen, Perspektivvidgandet, Samhörighetskänslan, Energitappet och Självkänslan.Följande slutsatser mynnar i studien ut i en diskussion mot bakgrund av teorier om lärande och då i synnerhet vuxnas lärande;? Den strategiska styrningen av kompetensutvecklingsprogrammet har öppnat lärandeporten och lagt grunden för deltagarnas motivation? Det operativa ledarskapet har haft mycket stor betydelse för lärprocessen och skapat förutsättningar för kommunikationen, kunskapsutbytet och därmed kunskapsbildningen.? De respektfulla relationerna i gruppen har gett en känsla av samhörighet, som i sin tur legat till grund för det viktiga erfarenhetsutbytet i kunskapsbildningen? Reflektionsgruppen har bidragit till autonomi.

Flavor and consistency differ between the traditional kind, made out of buffalo?s milk, and the industrially made kind, made out of cow?s milk.

Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är att undersöka hur användningen av det vidgade textbegreppet ser ut i praktiken hos några aktiva lärare som arbetat i skolan cirka 20 år. Jag fann det vara av intresse att undersöka hur mer erfarna lärare hanterat de nya medierna i sin pedagogiska verksamhet. I litteraturgenomgången presenteras ett antal artiklar och undersökningar om nya medier och det vidgade textbegreppets relevans för att motivera eleverna i skolarbetet. Följande frågeställningar har varit ledande i undersökningen: Vilka olika medier använder lärarna i sin undervisning; i vilket syfte använder de olika medier; hur tycker pedagogerna att eleverna reagerar när lärarna och de själva använder olika medier i undervisningen? Jag har intervjuat tre pedagoger som undervisar i svenska på högstadiet och gymnasiet.

AimThe aim of the study is to gain insight into how physical education teachers reflect on peerassessment in Physical Education (PE). The study was limited to investigate teachers? conception of peer assessment. The study also examines whether teachers can describe anymethods of peer assessment that they use or have used in their teaching, and what strategic choices they talk about when they describe their methods.MethodQualitative interviews were used to collect data. The interviews can be referred to as in-depthinterviews with a particular focus on concepts.

The main objective of this thesis is to study how the structures of a sell dialog, via a web shop, should be designed in order to support and inspire the customer. To get the answer to this question I use a qualitative and quantitative method. The qualitative method is applied in connection with different interviews. The quantitative method is used to analyze different answers given from those who are interviewed. I also use the deductive method due to my interest of studying how reality can relate to the theories with the choice of the subject.Moreover, this thesis is structured by three main perspectives; company, customers and Techniques.

The purpose of this bachelor´s report is to expand the knowledge about heat supply of a small house in Malmö. The heat supply will be provided from solar panels in combination to two accumulator tanks which will storage the up heated water and a pellet boiler.The Technique used here is warmth storage in water over seasons, which will provide the total need of heating for the house. Accumulator tanks in combination to solar panels gets more and more common in Sweden but this far it´s unusual to use it for storage over seasons. This report will highlight many of the difficulties associated whit heat storage and give information about a system's possible design and function.The design of this system is decided early on. An accumulator tank is placed 2 meters down in the earth on the backside of the house.

This paper used a qualitative Technique from a social scientific perspective, a model based on Hewitt and his theory of the self-concept. The purpose of this study was to investigate why some elite athletes experience troublesome periods after their career ending. Interviews were performed with five elite athletes with varying experiences after career ending. The length of the elite athlete careers vary between 7 to 17 years. Two groups were made based upon experiences after career ending.

In this essay, the phenomenon and the concept "meditation" are treated. Meditation is a mental training Technique where one develops the ability to choose where to put attention and ability to focus. Techniques for meditation is used individually of people who wants to develop themselves as persons and in therapeutic aims of professional within the field of psychology in order to help people to find solutions of problems within themselves. The aim with this essay were to do a qualitative study in order to see how possible effects of meditation influences daily life of contributory practisian's. Issue has been as follows; which effects have one regularly conducting of meditation on people and their lives? Interviews with four experienced meditators were done in India and the material were analyzed afterwards with the aid of thematic analysis, furthermore in order to link the results with clinical research and established theories about meditation.

Title: Care of the voice ? one part of the choir singing? The choir conductors work with children's and youths' individual voices within the choir. The purpose of this study was to examine how four different choir conductors work with children's and youths' individual voices during choir rehearsal. Further aims of this essay are to shed light upon relevant research within the topic. I used a qualitative method of researching observations with low structure and structured interviews.

The moisture content in 10 deliveries of tree parts and 10 deliveries of wood residues were measured with different methods to analyze the quality of procedure used at Dåvamyran today. At the same time a survey was made on the measure procedures used at heating plants in Sweden The majority of the heating plants in Sweden use weight and moisture content as base for payment but at some plants only volume. The moisture content is usually estimated by drying wood chips in an oven but few plants a visual estimation is used. At few plants moisture content is estimated spectroscopicily. The Techniques using near infra read light and other electromagnetic are still at a test stage. The methods of measurement used today are quit unreliable for the individual deliveries and there is a risk for systematic mistakes.
