Som en fallstudie används en operatörsmanual och en instruktions- och reservdelsmanual för en fyllare NM-602 åt Norden Machinery AB. Norden Machinery AB är världsledande inom tubhantering och tillverkar omkring 150 tubfyllarsystem per år. Maskinen som manualerna tillhör är en medelstor maskin som fyller 60 tuber/minut och är såld till Sirius Machinery Inc. i USA som är ett syskonbolag till Norden Machinery AB.

In the future the Swedish pension system will face major problems. With an increasing aging population combined with a decreasing share of working population the financing of the pension system is becoming a bigger problem than previously predicted. This means the individual himself will have a bigger responsibility to invest money for their future retirement. It has been shown that a large proportion of the people who invests for their future pension have neither the interest nor the time to actively invest their pension capital. To make it easier for those who invest for their retirement, some Swedish banks have created so-called generation funds.

Mapping a process enables a greater understanding of the work, and is standard to evaluate and improve a process. This thesis is conducted at Test Bed Mechanical Design at Scania in Södertälje. Test Bed Construction is a complex process, characterized by a large amount of creative work, technical challenges and coordination between different people and different organizational functions.The aim of the thesis was to identify the Test Bed Construction Process and to develop a visual model of the workflow that also served as support for the engineers in their daily work. During the mapping process, comparisons were made with previous research in lean product development to identify process improvement.A literature review on process mapping and process visualisation resulted in a method for process mapping. The study showed that research on process visualisation is neither structured nor well defined.

Background: Companies and organizations of today spend large amounts of money on IT-based business solutions. Such business solutions normally include business- consulting and software-creation (IT-related services). Due to the rapid development of the technology within this field of business the IT-customers find it difficult to select among potential suppliers on objective grounds.Purpose: To increase the understanding for the professionl approach of the people involved in the sales- and purchase process of IT-related services in a business-to-business context. Syftet med studien var att undersöka behovet av stöd hos högstadieelever med hörselnedsättning som går integrerat i den ordinarie grundskolan. Jag har använt mig utav en kvantitativ enkätmetod samt en kvalitativ intervjumetod, där jag har genomfört tre telefonintervjuer innan utformningen av enkäten påbörjades. Resultatet av studien grundar sig på 18 enkätsvar, av 54 utskickade, samt tre telefonintervjuer med personer som har en hörselnedsättning och tidigare har gått integrerat i den ordinarie grundskolan. Resultatet visar att eleverna har ansträngande skoldagar till följd av att det krävs full koncentration för att höra vad klasskamraterna säger. För att de ska ha en chans att följa med i samtalen i klassrummen krävs en bra ljudmiljö, det är fyra elever som har uppgett att de inte kan följa med i samtalen.

Utmaningarna med att balansera naturv?rd med turismutveckling studeras utifr?n milj?p?verkan och intressekonflikter.

Syftet med undersökningen är att utveckla en förståelse av vad som krävs för en framgångsrik implementering av digitala lärresurser i samhällskunskapen på gymnasiet. Syftet undersöks genom fyra frågeställningar som riktas mot skolors tekniska förutsättningar, lärares digitala kompetens, hur och när digitala lärresurser används samt hur eleverna påverkar lärarnas användning. Undersökningen har en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi som genomförts genom semistruturarade intervjer med sju samhällslärare på tre gymnasieskolor i Malmö. Undersökningen utgår ifrån Mishra och Kohlers teori om TPCK (technical, pedagogical and content knowledge) syftar till att medvetandegöra teknikens dynamiska samband med pedagogiken och ämneskunskapen. Undersökningens resultat visar att samhällslärarna använder digitala lärresurser för att aktualisera och konkretisera sin undervisning samt för att motivera eleverna. De digitala lärresurserna används främst som ett komplemet till tradtionella läromedel i form av sekundärt digitalt material. Användningen påverkas starkt av IT-infrastruktur och lärarkompetens. Lärarna ställer sig postivt till en ökad användning av digitala lärrserser men efterlyser en större pedagogisk vision och utbildning i hur digitala lärresurser kan användas pedagogiskt i undervisiningen.

The aim of this Masters thesis is to analyse school librarians and teachers perspective of childrens reading and reading progress, the impact of informational texts on childrens reading and how school librarians and teachers work/teach to improve their students understanding of informational texts. We also intend to study what consequences school librarians and teachers believe that childrens reduced understanding of informational texts can have in the long run and how this could be improved. The theories applied encompass different literature-pedagogical strategies, theories about reading purpose and direction of the reading process together with a theory that shows the school librarys function in the education. The empirical material has been collected through interviews with one school librarian and one teacher at three different schools. The material has then been analysed and interpreted from theories and earlier research.

Today, the definition of literature has changed. Walter J. Ong talks about the secondary spoken language that has surfaced as a result of new technical innovations to our writing tools. This also transforms our attitude towards literature and we can see a return to literature based on verbal characteristics. According to Hans Hertel the verbal renaissance reflects a modern man need to come closer to each other and create togetherness.

How a speaker can use their posture, gesture, facial expression and voice to create a strong ethos, pistis and sense of trustworthiness is, in this paper, associated with charisma (the power of leadership or authority).Verbal and nonverbal expressions from three particular speeches by Martin Luther King, John F Kennedy and Bill Clinton have been analyzed in depth. The results show that patos as well as strong nonverbal expression are factors in inspiring devotion or creating enthusiasm. Personal magnetism and radiance is also found to develop through figures of speech and rhetorical devices, including metaphors. Results show that facial expressions, pitch and other prosodic information are not always consciously taken in. Nevertheless, it is questioned whether such information can affect the ethos and pistis developed.

Uppsatsen behandlar förslaget från den socialistiska regeringen år 2005 om att införa en flygskatt på transporterade passagerare. Ämnet berördes mycket i media under våren 2006 och kom att skapa reaktioner från olika håll. Skatten är till för att minska antalet flygresenärer samt som ett incitament till att använda mer miljövänligare alternativ för att minska utsläpp från flyget. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vilka attityder och föreställningar som finns hos aktörer inom turismbranschen samt hos potentiella resenärer angående flygskatten? Ett problem idag är att motivations- samt belöningssystem inte är tillräckligt anpassade till hospitalitybranschen dit hotell tillhör. The overall market they are concentrated on is to different institution such as schools, hospitals etc.The purpose of this work is to investigate possibilities to improvement of material- and production control at JELD-WEN. The report will handle the master production schedule to and from the production divisions within manufacturing industry. Focus will be on the way for information- and material flows from arrival, transport within the company and further on to customers.Further a map of the flow was performed which gave a clearer picture of the connection between the flow of information- and material for the manufacturing process. On the basis of the mapping of the flow, the group discovered that the flow of material had some improvement potential.

Trading financial securities at stock exchanges and other authorized market places is today a particularly important socioeconomic phenomenon in many industrialized countries. A well functioning securities market is crucial for the economic development in these countries. The modern trading with stocks and other financial securities is characterized by the fact that the majority of the transactions at the stock exchanges are carried out through various intermediaries. The ultimate counterparties that are involved in a securities transaction (the seller and the buyer) are often unknown to each other. The anonymity in the securities trading implies several interesting legal problems.
