By studying the forms of work and methods teachers choose for their teaching on the Business and Administration Programme and by examining the experiences gained by these teachers, I hope to gain a clearer insight into how the demands of national policy/governing documents are met in the actual teaching of the courses within the programme. In my qualitative study,teachers in a team from a Business and Administrative Programme have been my informants. The team combines multiple forms of work and methods in line with the intentions of the national policy/governing documents. Students usually have an unbroken school day with block teaching where they work with case studies and interdisciplinary  work. Morals and ethics are integrated in class.

Teamarbete blir vanligare och vanligare inom våden och som sjukgymnast påverkas ofta ens arbetet av andra professioners arbete. Det finns dock mycket lite forskning om hur sjukgymnaster upplever sin roll i teamet. Ansvarfördelningen inom teamet kan variera mycket mellan olika team och detta beror bland annat på de olika individer som ingår. Sex sjukgymnaster intervjuades genom personliga besök eller via telefon. Svaren transkriberades och analyserades därefter enligt Burnard (1991).

Since Sweden can be considered to be a secular society it is interesting to investigate how different actors experience swimming education in the course syllabus of sports and health education, for practicing Muslim girls in middle and high schools. The investigation is based on qualitative interviews with sports teachers, practicing Muslim girls and the staff of the public swimming center in Växjö. The result shows that swimming education can be somewhat problematic, since the Muslim girls only want to attend lessons that are gender separated. In the public swimming center, there are no pools exclusively intended for women, and there are only a few times available for women every week. However, the teachers stress opportunities instead of obstacles, and the students? experience that their teachers are trying to create possibilities for them to have a gender separated swimming education.

The purpose of this study is from a teacher?s perspective to examine how schoolteachers experience the possibilities of learning from each other within their work team and to shed some light on how teachers believe that cooperation affects their ability to learn and improve on a daily basis. My research questions are: What is the general discussion among the teachers concerning daily capacity building from enhanced teamwork? How important is well-functioning cooperation between co-workers for learning and daily capacity building? What are the prerequisites for a well-functioning learning situation within the work team?The study is based on five qualitative interviews with teachers within the same school but from different teaching backgrounds based on what grade they teach, what subjects they teach, and they belong to different work teams within the school. The interviews are semi-structured.The results have been analysed from a perspective based on the theories of organisational pedagogy and learning organisations.The results implies that the work teams does not function as a forum for exchanging experiences and learning from each other.

AimThe purpose with this study is to evaluate the selectationprocess and what happened with Swedish basketball players born 1986-89, that were selected to participate in Miki Herkel Cup (MHC), which is a camp for the 60 most talented players in Sweden.Metod  Together with the Swedish basketball federation, we decided to survey those who attended MHC as well as the players playing in the senior national team 2009.  The data collection has been made through a survey, with multiple choice questions in order to get as good as possible view of what factors that had influenced their development as basketball players. The survey was sent out to all players born 1986-89 that attended MHC and the senior national team of 2009. We used an electronic survey tool called questback which is an internetsurvey and sent out the survey to 320 players. To collect information we´ve searched within literature and databases.Result  18 % of the players answered the survey, which decreases the research validity.

The aim of this study was to study how Swedish youth national football players handle stressful events in sports. A longitudinal questionnaire diary was constructed from a revised version of Nicholls and Polmans (2007) design with the intention of recording in-sport and psychosocial stress, choice of coping strategy and coping effectiveness. The participants were 59 Swedish youth national football players born 1992 observed during a four day national training camp held by the Swedish Football Association. Data were drawn from a quantifying analyzing method. The main result showed that the most common stressors reported were, physical injury or pain, experiencing teammates or opponents to perform better and feeling generally insecure during training camp.

The inventory is based on material gathered from Sandviken Municipality archives and from Göransson Arenas' own archives. The archives consist of such things as board meeting protocols, annual reports, bookkeeping, drawings, photographs and more. The method is based on Foucault's discourse analysis, focusing on his archaeological period.Results & conclusion: The archives show how business ideas, theories, and expressions can be seen in the two arenas. The results show how the concepts of customer, company and association are present in the design of the two arenas in different ways.

In 2009, the Swedish Basketball Federation started a Region U15 development project in order to change the structure of the regional organization to get into a more transparent and similar operations throughout the country. My purpose is to study the attitudes to the change among the region leaders in the regional operations and evaluate the change from an organizational perspective. The study is primarily based on the following questions: What are the experiences of the change process among the region leaders in the regional organization? How involved have region leaders been in the changing process? Which are the positive and negative aspects with the regional operation today? What can be done further to develop the regional operation and to what extent do the organizational change follow general organizational theories? In my study, a qualitative method was used in terms of interviews with 8 regional leaders to understand their attitude to the project and the changing process. To analyze the results of the region leaders ?responses, a transcription have been made.

Patienter med långvarig smärta har svårt att få adekvat behandling och att leva med smärta är belastande psykiskt varför det är viktigt att se till både det fysiska och det psykiska. Omhändertagande av ett multidiciplinärt team innebär att hela människan ses. Syftet med studien var att beskriva smärtpatienters upplevelser av sin smärthantering i efterskedet av en smärtrehabilitering där ett kognitivt förhållningssätt tillämpats. Kvalitativ metodik användes genom att intervjua sex informanter, ett år efter genomgången smärtkurs på ett rehabiliteringscenter i Norrbotten.

Ny teknik har både möjliggjort att videoreportrar som yrkesgrupp finns, men också för nya typer av innehåll och berättande (Nygren 2013, Jönsson & Strömbäck 2007). Videoreportern nämns ofta i studier som tar upp ny journalistik i den digitala världen, men har inte varit i fokus i någon större undersökning.Syftet i denna studie är att ta fram och klargöra vad för slags nyhetsinslag en videoreporter producerar, samt hur formen av videoreporters inslag skiljer sig från andra teams inslag (exempelvis team som består av en reporter och en fotograf/redigerare). Utifrån detta har en kvantitativ innehållsanalys gjorts som har besvarat hur vanligt det är att videoreportern producerar inslag, hur könsfördelningen inom arbetsrollen videoreporter ser ut, samt hur innehåll och form skiljer sig i inslag producerat av en videoreporter jämfört med övriga team.Då videoreportern är vanligast inom lokala nyhetssändningar har de analysenheter som valts ut varit: SVT Sydnytt, SVT Gävleborg, TV4 Jönköping och TV4 Stockholm. Enheterna representerar endast lokala nyhetssändningar och både storstad och större tätort. Resultatet visar på att videoreportrar är den näst vanligaste arbetsrollen. Videoreportern producerar 13 % av alla inslag som sänds i de lokala nyhetssändningarna.

Det krävs som regel något slags samarbete, ofta i form av arbete i grupp eller arbetslag. I denna rapport har jag undersökt hur teamarbete uppfattas på arbetsplatsen, samt vilka förväntningar medarbetarna har över teamet och om dessa har uppfyllts. För att ta reda på min frågeställning har använt mig av en kvalitativ metod eftersom jag vill undersöka individers personliga förväntningar och uppfattningar om begreppet team. En fallstudie på tre olika företag har genomförts i form av intervjuer med produktionschef och teammedarbetare på respektive företag.

With a strong company culture an organisation has relationships with their clients on an organizational level rather than on an individual. This simplifies the ability to change team members in order to enforce creativity and keep clients on a long-term basis. In turn the final product/service improves, which creates long-term relationships. Additionally, relationships on a personal level due to social activities helps Solberg detect early warnings-signs of eventual dissatisfaction from the client?s point of view.
