The regulations for energy consumption are consistently getting more and morestrict. This leads to a higher customer demand for energy analysis early in the buildingdesign process. Many building planners and architects use powerful modeling softwareto visualize their projects. These digital models contain sufficient information aboutthe building?s physical characteristics for reliable energy analysis.

Alla är företeelser som kan kopplas till platta organisationer, vilket är en organisationsform som under 2000-talet blivit allt vanligare. Detta väckte ett intresse hos undersökningsgruppen där frågor angående vilka effekter ett chefslöst medarbetarskap kan ha i en organisation uppstod. I uppsatsen redogör därför författarna, med hjälp av fallföretaget Fresh AB, för dessa effekter.Undersökningen i fallföretaget genomfördes med fem fokusgrupper med deltagare från olika delar och team i fallföretaget.

A problem in the field of district heating is the oil burners needed to provide power when a peak load occurs. One possible way of reducing the needed amount of oil is to reduce the power demand for space heating in the district-heating substations when the need for district heating water exceeds a certain limit. This can be done by use of a locally working controller function.In this Thesis the options concerning load priority are evaluated. To evaluate the potential for using controller functions concerning peak load priority an experiment was brought out in a chosen district-heating substation. The impact on the indoor thermal comfort during a heat reduction was also taken into account.

This diploma work on D-level is made in cooperation with Varnäsföretagen AB in Eskilstuna. The company performs contract manufactured aluminium goods. This work is a continuation on earlier diploma work in Varnäsföretagen AB. Even if the industry process consumes much energy for melting the aluminium goods, they consume a great amount of oil to warm up the building. The purpose of this work is to examine some places in the building and the process to see how much energy it is possible to recycles to the heating system and reduce the costs for heating.

This thesis has been done in collaboration with Peab Stockholm Building 3, which is a region within the Peab Sverige AB. The report is based on a survey and studies of Peab business management systems and production literature. For general information gathering has literature from well-known sources collected in libraries and through the Internet. It shows through the work that Peab has routines for experience feedback in the construction process, but that these procedures work in a small scale and the practical work experience feedback does not work at all. This is also something the construction industry in general also perceived as problematic. The questions in the report are of a wide scale and concerns construction errors cost, how the employees perceive that the company takes advantage of the skills and the mental stress in production line. The goal is to find how Peab Stockholm Building 3 will work on the experience feedback to allow for better productivity. In conclusion, the report author tries to demonstrate what can lead to increased productivity and improved work experience..

Mitt mål var att skapa västra söders identitet och samlingsplats, vilken helt saknas idag. Utmaningen var också att transformera Hornsbruksgatan från en baksida till en tillgänglig plats. Högalidsparken förlängs ner till gatunivå - Hornsbruksgatan blir en blandning av park/ torg genom ett specifikt grönt plattsystem. Nya stråk och ramper binder ihop nuvarande gatu- och parknivån. Bebyggelsen är småskalig och nätt, ändå är programmet större än förslagit proram.

Syfte: Syftet är att få ökad kunskap om förändring i hälsa och sjukskrivning hos individer/patienter med stressrelaterad ohälsa som bedömts av ett multidisciplinärt team. Ohälsa avser depression, ångest och utmattningssymptom samt hälsorelaterad livskvalitetUndersökt grupp: Personal med stressrelaterade problem anställd inom Västra Götalandsregionen och Försäkringskassan i Västra Götalands Län.Metoder: Jämförelse av sjukskrivningsgrad och hälsoläge vid, och 6 månader efter bedömning av ett multidisciplinärt team inriktat på stress och utmattningssymptom. Instrumenten för att mäta förändring i psykisk ohälsa är 3 självskattningsformulär, Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale; HAD, Psychologic General Well-Being; PGWB och Shirom-Melamed Burnot Questionaire; SMBQ.Självskattningsformuläret fylldes i innan första kontakten med företagssköterskan i teamet samt vid uppföljning efter 6 månader.Uppföljningen bestod i en kort telefonintervju med frågor om sjukskrivningsgrad och hälsoläget.Resultat: Sjukskrivningsgraden minskade hos 45 %, endast en hade ökat. Hälsoläget förbättrades hos mer än 50 % 6 månader efter mötet med teametAntalet personer med depression enligt HAD hade minskat från fem till en och de med ångest enligt HAD från åtta till tre.Tolv personer har minskat och fem har ökat sitt poängmedelvärde på SMBQ Globalskalan.Välbefinnandet enligt PGWB-skalan ökade. Antalet med poäng över 100 ökade från tre till åtta och de med poäng 95 eller lägre minskade från fjorton till tio.Slutsats.

The main aim of this research is to survey the general colour scheme for private dwellings inVisby, built 1860?1930. During this period the visual appearance of the town of Visby changedsubstantially, since the increased local production of lime led to the plastering of many woodenbuildings. Which colour schemes were chosen for the different building types of the historic centreof Visby, and which colours came to dominate the time period? The methods used for answeringthese questions have partly been field studies on site and sampling of selected buildings, andpartly critical reading and observation of iconographic material (paintings, drawings, aquarelles,postcards and photographs).

This thesis is ordered by Peab Sweden AB Regional Jönköping and concerns of warranty inspections.The intention is to work out a basis, which show the most common complaints is the warranty inspections, and make a small analysis on what causes them to be. The report also presents possible solutions to prevent the occurrence of defects. It also covers the issue of how the client looks at Peabs way to overcome the objections of warranty inspections. The report has the following issues:?What are the most common errors observed during the warranty inspection??What are the causes of complaints??What can be done to reduce the number of complaints??How the customer thinks that the complaints be addressed?Twenty-five Guarantee survey records from the projects Peab has done in recent years has been the starting point for the investigation.

Vårt syfte med denna studie är att utifrån en socialpsykologisk ansats ta del av elevhälsovårdens och stödverksamhetens arbete respektive samarbete på en gymnasieskola i en medelstor stad. Med hjälp av kvalitativ metod har vi utfört sex enskilda intervjuer, en parintervju samt ett experiment. Vi har använt oss av följande socialpsykologiska teorier: Gruppsykologi (Svedberg, 2007), Det potentiella rummet (Winnicott, 1993), Ungdomstidens kriser (Cullberg, 2006), Den konkreta och abstrakta socialiteten (Asplund, 1987), Benämnandets kraft (Crafoord, 2005), Emotionsteori (Scheff, 1990). Genom dessa teorier har vi försökt belysa svårigheter med, och ge en förståelse kring, hur elevens situation i skolmiljön ser ut samt hur arbetet inom, respektive samarbetet mellan, elevhälsovård och stödverksamhet mot en god elevhälsa ter sig. Vi har i föreliggande studie upptäckt att vissa typer av problem respektive svårigheter hos eleven uppmärksammas medan andra glöms bort.

Vad är ett ?Urban building??Den första tanken som slog mig var en byggnad liknande ett komplex, med en mängd olika funktioner.Därför blev det ett självklart val för mig var byggnadens footprint skulle vara, när jag såg den "övergivna" landsplätten. Jag skulle vilja kalla den för en tom lucka kanske. Vidare tänkte jag vad detta komplex av byggnad skulle vara. För mig var det viktigt att skapa en mötesplats för människor, men med det sagt, inte ett kommersiellt centrum.

This thesis explores the narrow spaces between closely built houses in the over 300-year-old wooden town center of Mariestad, Sweden, and their potential as time capsules and sources of knowledge in cultural-historical building investigations. By interpreting well-preserved carpentry work on a facade in one of these spaces, the study aims to provide an example of how these preserved spaces can serve as a source of knowledge and understanding of craftsmanship and the history of the place. The thesis also addresses the municipality of Mariestad's work with cultural heritage, as well as maps out more of these potentially interesting interstitial spaces. Old Swedish wooden towns possess a high degree of uniqueness both nationally and internationally; nevertheless, they are subjected to relatively significant threats of demolitions and substantial changes, often in the form of many smaller restorations or changes over a long period of time. The focus of the case study is a window from the 16th or 17th century and the facade's old, hand planed wooden cladding.

The topic of our thesis is Packaging Design as a Brand Building Tool and we are presenting the Scandinavian perspective. We found the topic interesting because, from a theoretical point of view, we identified a scarcity in research focusing on packaging design as a brand management tool, and from a practical point of view, we found out that businesses use packaging design at different levels in their communication efforts. Thus we wanted to provide both academia and business world with a clear picture to what extent and how businesses use packaging design in their brand-building process. Therefore the aim of our thesis is to provide practitioners and academicians alike with a better understanding of how packaging design can be used to create strong brands in the FMCG sector in the Scandinavian market. To reach the stated aim first we provided a solid theoretical background of packaging, its elements and its role in the marketing mix.

The reward systems which many corporations use today, to both keep their employees and attract new ones, is a well researched subject by scholars as well as journalists. When I got the opportunity to write this examination did I want to write about something that I both was interest in and also can use in the future. I think it?s going to be difficult to carry on the milk production with only 28 cows. I wanted to investigate the possibility to increase the herd of cows. I also wanted to compare this cost with a new cow house the cows where milked with a robot.
