Målsättningen med kursen management är enligt kursbeskrivningen att utveckla en helhetssyn på företag samt ledning och styrning av företag. Avsikten är att studenterna ska få insikt i managementaspekter genom praktiskt arbete och genom aktivt deltagande vid olika kursmoment. : - Ökad självinsikt ger större förståelse för det egna beteendet och för andra människors beteenden. Genom ökad självkännedom kan ledning och medarbetare bättre utnyttja ett företags resurser.- I arbetslivet är öppen kommunikation och väl fungerande feedback viktiga element för att hålla samman en organisation och team inom denna.- Motivation är en viktig drivkraft i allt arbete. Faktorer som påverkar motivation är exempelvis ansvar, förtroende och stöd samt rättvisa.- Uppställning av vision och mål är viktigt för att driva arbetet framåt i rätt riktning i en organisation eller i ett team.- Det är viktigt att ha en öppen dialog för att undvika konflikter.

Sammanfattning: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur arbetsterapeuter upplever teamarbete och vad de upplever påverkar teamarbetet. Syftet är även att undersöka hur arbetsterapeuter upplever sin roll och betydelse av den i teamarbete samt hur de upplever att andra professioner i teamet uppfattar arbetsterapeutens roll. Det finns olika typer av team och det talas allt mer om det interprofessionella teamets värde och vinsterna med detta. Teamarbete är komplext och påverkas av flera olika faktorer. Tidigare forskning har visat att arbetsterapeuter har svårt att definiera sin roll och kan bli missförstådda av andra professioner i teamet.    Metod: Studien hade en kvalitativ ansats.

There are many factors in a building project that has to collaborate with one another in order to reach the desired end result, how you work with moisture issues in timber is a very important one. While constructing Varbergs Hospital, the building company Skanska came in contact with the issue of extra high demands on the moisture content in timber. What they requested from us was a moisture program in which you clearly could follow the routines regarding work with moisture in timber. The aim is to use this program as a help during the work, in order to achieve a good result.We have developed this study in addition to the moisture program. The aim is that this study will give you a deeper understanding of the important factors to consider.

AbstractDelta Terminal owns an outdated industrial building which they now rent out to businesses. This property currently has a high energy con-sumption and therfore it is desirable to improve the efficiency. In ordet to reduce the energy consumption within the industrial building enve-lope, the heating systems and lighting are being investegated. A good building envelope emits less heat and thus reduces the energy consump-tion. An energy audit is a tool used to determine the energy loss.

Vi har fått ett flertal viktiga insikter och lärdomar om nödvändiga ingredienser i god management. Först och främst en förståelse för hur viktigt det är med ökad självinsikt. Därigenom ökar förståelsen för andra personers beteende. Även det omvända gäller; genom andras beteende kan självinsikten öka. Lärdomen har implikationer på alla nivåer av management då en organisation grundar sig på samspelet mellan människor.

Uppsatsens syfte är att studera hur fem individer, på en specifik arbetsplats, upplever att arbeta tillsammans i ett team samt vilken effekt teambuilding har på relationerna i gruppen. Studien är gjord med en kvalitativ ansats, där intervjuer och observationer har utgjort det inhämtade materialet. Efter att teamet varit iväg på en ?kick-off?, som kan liknas till ett teambuilding event, och tagit del av motivations och inspirations samtal, upplevde respondenterna att de förstärkt teamet och förde dem samman. At the plant of Sandvik do Brasil in São Paulo there is a need for improving the transport of inserts between the plant building and the stock building. The idea is to install a system with an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) to take care of this transportation. The purpose of this report is to present which demands there are on the system and to find the best solution according to the demands.To conclude this work a study was made of the plant and the AGV technology was examined. Several providers of AGV solutions were contacted to get information about prices and detailed solutions.The conclusion was that the most suitable system for this application is a small unit load vehicle using inductive wire as guiding system..

During our education to become lighting designers at Jönköping University, the artificial lighting has been in focus. Therefore we wanted to learn more about daylight. We chose to do this from a visual approach in open plan offices. Since daylight is part of the architects´ responsibility to master, we wanted to examine what architects think of when they plan daylight environments in open plan offices and how this is expressed in the buildings with focus on the visual factors.Our questions at issue are:What knowledge do architects have concerning daylight planning, and how do they use this knowledge in their practice?How well do the chosen daylight environments meet the end-users need of a good visual environment? The study consists of three case studies, carried out in the same way.

The purpose of this thesis is to discuss how a Swedish public library approaches their costumers. I will show how a library interacts with their costumers compared to a business, which has a different economic work frame, a building materials supplier. My aim is to pinpoint differences and explore new methods for the library in order to improve their service.The theoretical frame of the thesis is based on Richard Norman's notion the Moment of truth. The moment of truth is the moment when a business has to convince their customer that they offer both the product, proficiency and service that the customer needs. Service encounters at two organizations have been observed and their differences and similarities compared.

Jag skulle åt Team Tejbrant ta fram ett mellanting mellan cykelställ och cykelgarage. Team Tejbrant har en rad olika cykelställ och garage och det är meningen att det cykelställ jag ska göra ska komplettera deras sortiment. Jag började med att göra en research om cykelställets historia samt undersöka dagens utbud. Efter det skrev jag en enkät som distribuerades till så många som möjligt, för att få information och inspiration till projektet. När det var klart och jag sammanställt enkäten gjorde jag en enkel intervju med företagets konstruktör om vad han tror är genomförbart.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between locus of control and behavior in a work group. The investigation was performed using two methods, self-report and observation, which were used in order to provide a description of how the individuals experienced their own behavior in a group context as well as of how they actually could be observed to behave. The 31 participants were divided into five groups. During the procedure each group received a task, which was to be discussed and solved by the group members together. Observations were carried out using IPA.

One issue was to see if there was any distinction between which leader traits and behaviors the players and the coaches regarded as essential. Another issue was to see if the coaches? behaviors differed whether he was coaching men or women.
