Studien beskriver de för- och nackdelar som företag upplever med affärssystem som molntjänst. De avgränsningar som gjorts är dels att jag valt att endast använda tre företag, dels att jag haft som krav att endast använda företag som har ett heltäckande affärssystem som molntjänst. Jag har använt mig av en kvalitativ metod genom att göra en fallstudie där jag intervjuat fyra personer på tre olika företag. Syftet med intervjuerna var att få en god inblick i vad de tycker att affärssystem som molntjänst har för för- och nackdelar. Frågorna till intervjuerna har valts ut med underlag från den relaterade forskningen jag samlat in genom vetenskapliga tidsskriftsartiklar, böcker och populärvetenskapliga artiklar inom ämnet samt från föreläsningar som getts på det systemvetenskapliga programmet i Göteborg.Studiens slutresultat visar att respondenterna anser att fördelarna är betydligt fler än nackdelarna.

This thesis studies settlement continuity on Gotland between approximately AD 200 and AD 1700. The method used is to calculate correlation between the geographical distribution of all known Iron Age stone-wall-houses (on Gotland known as "kämpagravar") and all farms included in the detailed taxation maps from approximately 1700. The number of remaining house foundations is between 1800 and 1900. A model to estimate the number of removed foundations is presented. It is based on the assumption that the settlement density was proportional to land use around 1700, and that the rate of removal is related to the current land use.

Stockholm Konstsim Herr har tills nyligen varit det enda manliga konstsimlag i Sverige. Och är ett av få i världen. I April 2011 vann de sitt andra guld i rad i tävlingen Men?s Cup, den enda tävlingen för manliga konstsimlag.Jag har i den här uppsatsen velat undersöka hur och i vilken mån deltagarna i laget upplever konstsimmet som meningsskapande och hur de konstruerar, gestaltar och skapar en manlig identitet i och genom konstsimmet.Jag har gått till väga så att jag har gjort några intervjuer och deltagande observationer, och i kombination med utvald teori byggt min analys på det.Centrala begrepp är maskulinitet, meningsskapande, identitet, hegemoni och tabu. .

Denna rapport beskriver arbetet med att utveckla ett API (Application Programming Interface) till Eurocons projekteringssystem SiteBase. Utvecklingen av systemet har bedrivits som ett examensarbete på uppdrag av Eurocon Consulting AB i Örnsköldsvik. Examensarbetet har bedrivits som en examinerande kurs för en högskoleingenjörsexamen med inriktning elektronik med en specialisering mot datorteknik och inbyggda system.Arbetet består av att utveckla ett API, till ett projekteringssystem baserat på WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), som är konfigurerbar så att den relativt enkelt ska kunna integreras med andra system.Syftet är att underlätta och minska den utvecklingstid det tar att integrera andra system med SiteBase, att skapa en bas att utgå ifrån för framtida integrationer.Systemet är utvecklat i C# med Visual Studio 2010 samt med Microsoft NET Framework 4.0 som ramverk. Utvecklingen av systemet har framställts i faser där delar av systemet utvecklats innan nästa del påbörjats..

BakgrundEn vårdskada är, enligt Patientsäkerhetslagen SOSFS 2010:659, 2011,?Lidande, kroppslig eller psykisk skada eller sjukdom samt dödsfall som hade kunnat undvikas om adekvata åtgärder hade vidtagits vid patientens kontakt med hälso- och sjukvården?. Den vanligaste vårdskadan är vårdrelaterad infektion. Att systematiskt förbättra rutiner vid inläggning och hantering av centralvenös kateter (CVK) har visat sig vara ett effektivt sätt att förebygga CVK- relaterade infektioner (CRI). Ett förbättringsarbete genomfördes under år 2010 på central intensivvårdsavdelning (CIVA) och neurointensivvårdsavdelning (NIVA) på Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset/Sahlgrenska Sjukhuset i Göteborg.

This report presents a thesis project conducted by two students at Mälardalens högskola. The project covers 15 points in industrial design and was conducted during April to June 2014. The principal of the thesis works at Plastic Produkter. The assignment was to develop equipment for an effective way to dose, mix silicon, fill a special designed plastic bag and then seal it. The bag is then formed into a breast model.When a customer for various reasons decides to do a breast augmentation or a breast reconstruction, there may be doubt or uncertainty about the result.

I en allt mer föränderlig omgivning utgör innovation ett nödvändigt redskap. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka om arbetskrav och arbetskontroll samt interaktionen dem emellan har en betydelse för ettgruppklimat som främjar innovation. Arbetskrav och arbetskontroll definieras i denna studie utifrån Karaseks teori om krav- och kontrollmodellen. Innovation definieras utifrån Wests teori om de fyra gruppklimatfaktorerna som främjar innovation. Resultatet baseras på en enkätundersökning med 83 respondenter fördelade på 20 arbetsgrupper inom den privata sektorn.

We investigate if the size of goodwill compared to total assets has any effect on the shareholders return on companies listed on the Swedish Stock market. We put up two different hypotheses with a foundation from previous research and later dismiss one of them. Our evidence does not show any indicators that the size of goodwill have an effect on the shareholders return, which brings us to believe that there, from a share holders point of view, isn?t any need for concern regarding the standards about accounting for goodwill as stated by IFRS. .

Purpose: To examine how a tour operator works to implement sustainability in the development of the business, as well as what significance it has to consumers in selecting a tour operator. Furthermore, the purpose is to provide recommendations on how tour operators should work to communicate their commitments.Methodology: The research strategy applied is a case study which follows an abductive approach. Qualitative and quantitative methods were applied to complement each other. A semi-structured interview with a tour operator and a consumer survey constitute the empirical foundation.Conclusion: The conclusion of the study is that consumers show a positive attitude towards CSR, but do not see it as a determinant when choosing a tour operator. Thus, CSR does not constitute a competitive advantage against competitors.

The purpose with this thesis is to illustrate companies? way of using Key Account Management in the organization. We developed the four following research questions: Why do companies choose to use Key Account Management? How do companies identify and choose their key customers? How does a key account manager work? How do the skills needed by a key account manager look like? The results showed that KAM offered several important benefits, mainly of economical characteristics. Identification of the key accounts was mainly conducted through certain economical criteria the customers had to fulfil.

Today there is no way of measuring or simulating turbulent flow in high Reynolds numberenvironments. The computational power required to simulate these conditions is not expectedto be available for several decades so instead the CICLoPE project aims at solving thisshortage by the construction of a long carbon fiber wind tunnel in which real measurementscan be made. To do accurate measurements it is of importance that the wind tunnel, 0.9 metersin diameter and 110 meters long, is as straight as possible.This master thesis treat the design and construction of a device which may be used to align thetunnel along a reference laser beam. A design is presented which allows the pipe to be alignedwithin about a quarter of a millimeter along its entire length. Contents span over severalscience fields such as physics, mechanics, control theory and electronics.The result is a theoretically correct design.

This report is the result of a sub-project of a larger project to create a platform formathematical education. The sub-project focuses on authentication with associ-ated security, where security is emphasized. The project environment is Java EE 6where GlassFish 4.0 acts as the server. The project has been divided into threeparts; password encryption, Java EE authentication and brute force attack. Thepassword encryption part focuses on examining different hash functions executionspeed, the result shows that none of the examined hash algorithms is suitable fordirect use.

The main object of this paper is an attempt to illustrate the present situation of TeheranUniversity Central Library and its 17 faculty libraries. The main aspects of these librarieswhich will be discussed are collections, staffing, management, shelving, cataloguing and thelibrary users. The findings of a survey which was conducted by the author in Iran in thesummer 1995 form the main basis of the discussions.Some of the problems in these libraries are mentioned and the possible solutions arerecommended.The study also examines the role and effect of the Islamic Revolution and de-westernizationpolicy of the present regime on these libraries.A historical background of higher education, foundation of the University of Teheran,librarianship and the whole range of libraries in Iran are discussed briefly..

The purpose is to describe and analyze Handelsbanken?s proftit share system Oktogonen and to investigate how it affects the motivation among the employees and management.The method qualitative case-study has been used. Both primary and secondary sources act as a foundation for the thesis. The primary sources are based on eight qualitative interviews. The empirical material is completed with appropriate theories.

In this paper two translators of Natsume Soseki's "Botchan" by Matt Treyvaud (2009) and Joel R. Cohn (2005) are compared with each other and with the original. Yoko Hasegawa's "The Routledge Course in Japanese Translation" (2012), Peter Newmark's "A Textbook of Translation" (1988) and "Approaches to Translation (1981) are used as the methodological foundation. Kyoko Omori's paper "Problems in English translations of Japanese literature: A study of Natsume Omori's "Botchan" and "Kokoro" (1996)" was used when choosing which old-fashioned language that lies the closest to that of the original, but fails to convey much of the humour; while Treyvaud's translation conveys the humorous tones of the original but has made frequent mistakes not agreed upon as the correct way of translating into English..
