The Main problem: How small-sized manufacturing companies can create and sustain a stable position in the industry, which leads to profitability.Purpose: The purpose with this essay is to compare two small-sized manufacturing companies, Datek Industrielektronik AB and AB Micatrone to study which strategical resources each company possesses. At the same time analyse if the strategical resources are to be consider as sustainable competitive advantage.Method: A case study has been implemented in two small-sized manufacturing companies. The collected primary data derives from semi-structured interviews.Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework is based on The Resource-based view where the independent variables are the VRIO-model, resource tree and external resources. The dependable variable is sustainable competitive advantage.Empirical foundation: The empirical foundation is based on the compilation of the few conducted interviews with Datek and Micatrone.Results & Conclusion: Datek and Micatrone show both similarities and differences in what creates their sustainable competitive advantage. The management of both companies creates according to the VRIO-model sustainable competitive advantage.

The motivation to conduct the study was that external project managers have become more common the last decades. At the same time trust is considered to be a key factor for efficiency and good results for the organisation. The group members? trust in the leader is built on past experiences of both the leader at a personal level, and the leaders? relationship to the task. Trust can also be built over time, when the leader earns trust from the group members.

Our project is divided into two parts, one production and written report. The main focus was the production part, were we used PHP to create simple solution for handling SMS and MMS with direct communication with the mobile operator server. We communicate with sockets and can handle CIMD2 and MM7 protocol. To get our components easy to use we have created two classes to handle SMS and MMS. Background: In today's Swedish health care, it is required that the various professionals must work together in teams to safer care. Several professionals with various skills expected working together in the traumateam at the care of the traumapatient. At the same time, research shows that substandard teamwork leads to avoidable errors in care. One way to improve teamwork is to practice. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to shed light on the experiences of the traumateam exercises that exercise participants feel has been favorable for the patient at the initial care of trauma patients.

Vid analysen optimerade vi SQL-frågor, vilket resulterade i en minskning av den totala exekveringstiden på serversidan med 24 sekunder.Den databasoberoende applikationen QlikView med sina inbyggda funktioner visade sig vara ett mycket användbart rapporteringsverktyg. Allt större och större andel företag väljer att presentera och förmedla varor och tjänster via e-handel. En viktig aspekt vid e-handel är att kunden känner förtroende för e-handelsapplikationen och företaget. Denna rapport redogör för vilken inverkan multimediala inslag har för förtroendet av en e-handelsapplikation, vid initialt användande. En undersökning har genomförts med hjälp av en kooperativ utvärdering av fyra e-handelsapplikationer vilka innehåller olika typer av multimediala inslag har.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att multimediala inslag inverkar positivt på förtroendet för e-handelsapplikationer. Däremot finns indikationer på att för hög grad av multimedialt inslag inverkar negativt på förtroendet för e-handelsapplikationer..

Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva arbetsterapeuters erfarenheter av arbetsterapi ocharbetsterapeutiska åtgärder inom palliativ vård.Åtta arbetsterapeuter verksamma i palliativa team deltog i studien. Data samlades in via semistrukturerade intervjuer och analyserades via kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen resulterade i fyra kategorier: Betydelsen av att arbeta klientcentrerat, betydelsen av att arbeta med framförhållning då tiden är begränsad, att möjliggöra aktivitet och lindra symtom samt betydelsen av en bra teamsamverkan och en tydlig yrkesroll.Resultatet visade att det är särskilt betydelsefullt att arbeta klientcentrerat med palliativa klienter då deras tid är dyrbar och på betydelsen av att arbeta med framförhållning och att vara förutseende på klienternas kommande behov för att undvika onödigt dröjsmål. Vidare visade resultatet att arbetsterapeuterna arbetar med ett terapeutiskt förhållningssätt och med terapeutiska strategier i syfte att skapa en god relation med klienter och anhöriga. Resultatet visade att arbetsterapeutiska åtgärder oftast är av kompensatorisk art i syfte att möjliggöra aktivitet och lindra symtom.

Genom detta examensarbete har ett webbaserat system utvecklats för hantering av ämnesinriktade diskussioner i realtid. Systemets funktioner skapades med hjälp av PHP som ett serverspråk medan JavaScript användes som ett klientspråk. HTML och CSS användes för att skapa systemet grafiska gränssnitt. Samt att datalagring uppnåddes med hjälp av en MySQL-databas. Författaren använde sig av olika verktyg för att utveckla systemet.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the royal legitimacy strategy in the state bureaucracy of Saudi Arabia. The question at issue is: how has the royal family constructed the civil, military and religious bureaucracies to maintain and promote stability and legitimacy?The thesis focuses on the on three different units within these three bureaucracies and it surveys the way they are staffed and organized to strengthen and maintain legitimacy for the royal family.

Because of this dynamic Internet technology has emerged that makes it possible for a web page to receive information from a web browser. This information can then be used to affect the appearance of the page. PHP and ASP are two dynamic Internet technologies. They are integrated in HTML and are executed on the web server.

För att detta ska lyckas krävs det att Management tydligt styr verksamheten mot detta mål samt att alla involverade stöder denna verksamhetsstrategi. Syftet med omorganiseringen är att man snabbare och effektivare ska möta kundens krav. Det problem som Scania IT upplever idag är för låg leveranssäkerhet eftersom rätt funktionalitet inte levereras i rätt tid till rätt kostnad. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur Management inom Scania IT ska agera i en flödeseffektiv IT-verksamhet samt hur de kan skapa förutsättningar så att team kan bidra till flödeseffektivitet.

I traditionella butiker kan kunden välja att ta kontakt med en försäljare för att få information om produkter eller tjänster. Försäljaren kan tipsa om lösningar efter kundens behov, även visa upp hur produkten fungerar och kunden kan själv välja vilken fråga han eller hon vill ha svar på. Den här mänskliga realtidskontakten kan i många fall vara värdefull och förtroendegivande för kunden. Vi antar att mervärden skapas för kunden när denne kan mötas ansikte mot ansikte och samtala med försäljare i en webbutik. För att se vilka dessa mervärden kunde vara, designade vi en prototyp för videosamtal.
