In order to evaluate the benefits and costs associated to investments in information technology (IT) managers need to be aware of the complexity in the nature of the task. Hence all the benefits that arise from the investment are not of pure economic character. The complexity of the task is even more obvious when managers also need to prioritize between a number of possible investments in order to fit a given budget.Stora Enso Skog AB is about to implement a new administration system to the organisation and due to that they will also implement a new standard system for the production planning process. In order to seek the modifications in the standard system that needs to be done to fit the organisations way of working, the managers have put together a reference group to seek out these modifications.The aim with this report is to identify a model that can prioritize these suggested modifications and test it practically with a group of future system users. The first part of the report is a literature study to map the existing models that are available.

Syfte: Att undersöka om unga vuxna kan se tendenser av politisk orientering i både  ledaren och allmänna nyheter hos två stora svenska dagstidningar, Aftonbladet och Svenska Dagbladet. Metod: Denna studie har till största del tillämpat kvalitativ metod, med empirisk insamlingen genom fokusgrupper .Resultat:Majoriteten av studiens informanter kunde se politisk tendens när artiklarna kom från en röd tidning, i studiens fall Aftonbladet men inte från en blå tidning, i studiens fall Svenska Dagbladet, där majoriteten tyckte att texterna var ?neutrala?. Endast 10 av 20 informanter visste vilken bakomliggande politisk ideologi svenska dagstidningar har. Ett mycket lågt resultat eftersom undersökningen behandlade några av Sveriges största tidningar..

På grund av krig eller andra umbäranden i hemlandet tvingas människor på flykt från olika delar av världen. En del av dessa kommer till Sverige. Under de senaste åren har en ny grupp flyktingar kommit till vårt land. De ensamkommande flyktingbarnen, som utgör en extra utsatt grupp då de inte bara ska hantera upplevda kriser och migrationskris, utan också genomgå den kris tonårsperioden med identitetssökande innebär. Syftet med föreliggande intervjustudie är att öka kunskapen om dessa flyktingbarns situation, gällande identitetsskapande under påverkan av migrationskris och tonårskris.

Background: Previous studies have shown that intuition occurs in decision making in small enterprises. However, these studies have not illuminated which decision attributes leads to intuitive decision making.Purpose:The purpose with this study is to contribute with an increased understanding of which decision attributes leads managers in small enterprises to use intuition in decision making and why these decisions attributes have an impact on the role of intuition. The follow-ing research question will be answered in our study: Which decision attributes leads to intui-tive decision making in small enterprises, and why?Method: To answer the research question we have conducted semi structural interviews with managers in small enterprises to achieve a deeper understanding of the role of intuition. We have also used a method called Visual Card Sorting as a complement to the semi structural interviews.Result/conclusion: The result of our study indicates that the relevance and the uncertainty of a decision have the greatest significance in the use of intuition in decision making in small enterprises.

Uppsatsen är en studie av religionsundervisningens förändring från 1955 fram till 1994. Med en diskursteoretisk ansats analyseras fem styrdokument och ett antal artiklar från denna tidsperiod. Artiklarna är hämtade från Lärarnas tidning och dess företrädare. Syftet är att tydliggöra objektivitetsbegreppets roll i förändringen och kampen om innebörden i en objektiv religionsundervisning. Analysen visar på tre positioner i debatten och en viss konflikt mellan två av dessa.

The aim of this essay is to get knowledge and to evaluate if the media student has equal or evenbetter knowledge of information technology (IT) than his/her teacher. Today the student of IToften has knowledge of hard ware and soft ware sometimes even unknown to the teacher. Themain reason for this might be that IT hitherto has played no prominent part at the institutes ofteacher education. Continuing further education of IT for teachers is also eligible as IT still is arather new subject on the time table.To adopt an empiric approach to the problem I have used trough interviewing and questions bothteachers and students at two upper secondary schools in the province of Värmland. The schoolsare called ?A? and ?B? in my investigation.Does the teacher have enough knowledge to give the student relevant knowledge concerninghard ware as well as soft ware to handle the computer and to utilize its possibilities? How can theteacher act to comply with the students? claims and demands?IT-knowledge can be expressed in a complicated way but I have limited my investigation to therole of the teacher and how he/she manages to teach and instruct concerning a selected numberof soft ware and how the students evaluate their own knowledge compared to that of the teacher.My investigation shows that the teachers consider their knowledge relevant for their task asinstructors and teachers.

It uses a cognitive bias method based on spatial judgement, i.e. judgement of aambiguous stimulus placed spatially in between a reinforced and an unreinforced stimulus.This method has previously shown differences in judgement by animals in enriched versuspoor housing.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att få en inblick i gymnasieelevers attityder till A-kursen idrott och hälsa. Vi vill även se om och hur kursplanen följs och vilket innehåll A-kursen har på en gymnasieskola.Vi har valt att använda oss av en enkätundersökning för att genomföra denna undersökning. Undersökningen genomfördes på en gymnasieskola i nordöstra Skåne. Eleverna som deltog i enkätundersökningen läste andra året i A-kursen i ämnet idrott och hälsa. Totalt besvarade 98 elever ur årskurs 2 på enkäten.

Diskriminering kan bero på olika attityder, en av dem är att man ogillar medlemmar av den gruppensom man själv inte tillhör (utgruppsnegativitet), och en annan kan vara att man gillar medlemmar avsin egen grupp (ingruppspositivitet), diskriminering kan alltså ibland ske utan att man har någonnegativ attityd till den andra gruppen. I den här studien undersöktes hur allvarlig diskrimineringanses vara beroende på om den baseras på utgruppsnegativitet eller ingruppspositivitetHuvudhypotesen att diskriminerande beteende anses mer allvarligt om det orsakas avutgruppsnegativiteten än av ingruppspositiviteten fick stöd. Det vill säga att människor är merförlåtande när diskrimineringen sker därför att någon är partisk än när diskrimineringen sker därföratt någon är hatisk. Studien visade också att personer som skattar högt på social dominans skattadepersoner som diskriminerade mindre negativt. From a view of health strategies and techniques this thesis wants to throw a light on how the individual in its"health thinking"is governed. A thinking that, according to the author, can lead to a new way of governing as in municipal activity, an activity whose focus is on health and ill-health. The study is done whit a theoretical approach of power, with qualitative interviews as method and analysed from a perspective of Governmentality. The object for the study is Socsam and Rehabrådgivarna in Finspång. Socsam is a local project, and their main task is to create cooperation between health- and medical services, social services and social insurance.

The purpose of this study is to gain understanding of how self employed entrepreneurs (hereafter referred to as ?entrepreneurs?) develop their competence based on their perceived learning space. The main question is: How do these entrepreneurs develop their competence based on their perceived learning space? Other questions relevant for the study are: How important is the social environment for these entrepreneurs and how do they interact with their social environment in order to develop their competence. AbstractThis report describes our ten week long thesis work which is the last task in our education in mechanical engineering at Linköpings University. The project has been performed at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB?s service department. The company which is located in Finspång produces, sells and provides service for steam and gas turbines around the world.The purpose of this project is to help Siemens develop their maintenance programs for two of the auxiliary systems which are a part of the complete steam turbine system. These are lube and control oil systems.The project is restricted to two of Siemens maintenance products, No Stop Check (NSC) and the annual Safety Inspection (SI).

The spontaneous blink rate is found to be a non-invasive but functional, reliable and useful way to monitor central dopaminergic activity. Dopamine is associated with a range of functions such as reward, motivation and learning. It plays an important role in goal-directed behavior and in maintaining a behavior once a task is learned. As far as the author knows, there are today no publications that discuss the topic regarding the possible link between training and spontaneous blink rate in dogs. Therefore, eight privately owned dogs were included in this study to determine if there was a significant difference in the spontaneous blink rate before and after the process of learning a task.
