Studiens syfte var att se om känslan glädje leder till att man uppmärksammar en viss typ av information i större utsträckning än annan. I detta fall för positivt belönande ord respektive positivt icke belönande ord. Denna studie är en replikering av Tamir & Robinsons (2007) studie som fick belägg för detta. Deltagarna delades in i två grupper där experimentgruppen som bestod av 9 deltagare fick i uppgift att skriva ner en händelse som gjort och fortfarande gör dem glada för att väcka ett tillstånd av glädje. Kontrollgruppen som bestod av 10 deltagare fick istället i uppgift att minnas och skriva ner hur deras sovrum ser ut för att hamna i ett neutralt tillstånd.

The increase in sales of the so called smart phones has meant that there has also been a requirement to determine new applications for which they are suitable. One of the largest platforms for smart phones is Android and the task of this thesis is to develop an application for a company that wishes to create interactive radio for the Internet. In addition to ordinary radio features, the company would like the application to be able to present images and a small web page called Canvas. The overall aim ,of this thesis, is to build a fully functional media player that is compatible with the majority of the commonly used Android based mobile units. To fulfill the overall aim, nine explicit goals were targeted.

Syfte och frågeställningarFör att undersöka och beskriva vilket underlag lärare i idrott och hälsa har när de betygssätter elever i år 9 och hur den dokumentationen relaterar till kursplan och betygskriterier i Lpo 94 ställs följande frågor: Vilken mental dokumentation har lärarna vid betygssättning, som den framkommer med metoden Repertory Grid? Hur matchar den mentala dokumentationen de satta betygen? Vilken skriftlig dokumentation har lärarna vid betygssättning? Hur förhåller den mentala och den skriftliga dokumentationen till varandra och till kursplan och betygskriterier i Lpo 94?MetodRepertory Grid(RG)- intervjuer utfördes med fyra lärare i idrott och hälsa för att undersöka deras mentala dokumentation och deras skriftliga dokumentation samlades in. Intervjuerna analyserades med WebGrid5, ett program för RG-intervjuer. Sex månader senare gjordes en uppföljning där lärarna kunde kommentera analyserna.ResultatDe construct som genererades i RG-intervjuerna återfinns i kategorierna motivation, färdigheter, självförtroende och social kompetens där ledarskap ingår. För att få ett MVG måste eleven få en hög skattning i av läraren i alla constructs, för att få ett VG i minst hälften av dem och för ett G behövs inga höga skattningar.

System Andersson AB is a company located in Jönköping that works with developing computer systems for the mechanical engineering industry. As of today, when this report is written, the company is working on the development of a new Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) system. This new system aims to create not only a user friendly interface but also a modern, stylish interface. To achieve this, the company has decided to work with a, for them, new application framework; Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).System Andersson is well known for developing systems for different kinds of touch screens, this project is no exception. For this new user interface the company wishes to implement different types of Drag&Drop functionality.

I följande undersökning har vi fenomenografiskt försökt att undersöka elevers uppfattning om bedömning i matematik. Vårt syfte har varit att ta reda på om lärarkontexten har en betydelse för hur elever bedömer sina kunskaper i matematik. Vi kom i undersökningen fram till att elever ofta formas till en inlärnings- eller prestationsorienterad uppfattning av bedömning. Den blir då styrande för vilka kriterier eleverna använder för att bedöma sina egna kunskaper men också hur de uppfattar lärarens bedömning. Läraren spelar en stor roll för vilken orientering eleverna konstruerar, men för att ge eleverna en inlärningsorienterad syn med läroprocessen i fokus räcker det inte enbart med en undervisning som är formativt inriktad.

The debate about women and equality is a very burning issue in the Swedish society today. There are a lot of articles, TV-programs, books and web sites treating the position of female leaders today. There are also a lot of myths strongly attached to our minds hindering the equalization process between men and women.The main purpose of our study was to look at women as leaders and identify potential tendencies in businesses sectors dominated by mainly men or women. We also wanted to find out whether leadership behavior is more or less oriented towards relations- or task in any of the chosen sectors. It was even in our interest to see if our chosen respondents supported the myths in our society about male and female qualities.We interviewed 20 women in four different sectors, two dominated by men (Computer/It, Transport) and two dominated by women (School, Healthcare).

In the profession of architects there is an element called architectural competitions, where several architects compete in submitting the best solution for a certain task. In this master?s thesis I am studying the competitor?s perspective of an international architectural competition, while at the same time gaining experiences for my future career as a landscape architect. The aim of this thesis is to through an introspection of my own process examine a competitors view of the international architectural competition and how to approach the difficulties concerning international competitions. Through that I hope obtain experience about the international competition as part of the profession of landscape architects and other involved professions. To examine a competitor?s reflection of an international competition, I entered and competed in LE:NOTRE Student Competition, a competition for students where the task was to develop 25 kilometers of complex urban periphery along a chain of natural and artificial lakes in Bucharest, Romania.

Background: Employees acting towards company goals and having a strong desire to remain in the organisation are very important for the success of a company. In order to generate such organisational commitment of the employees, the knowledge about what motivates and satisfies them is essential. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate and analyse the factors which motivate employees, under consideration of individual characteristics. Limitation: Age, gender, marital status, work area, position and the years a person has been working in the company represent the individual characteristics examined in this study. Realisation: Literature research as well as a practical survey consisting of mail questionnaires and personal interviews were carried out in order to best serve the purpose of this thesis.

I utbildningen till Drifttekniker vid Linköpings universitet, Campus Norrköping ingår det att under våren på andra året utföra ett examensprojekt. Just det här projektet utfördes på KV1 på Oscarsgatan, som är en del av Tekniska Verken i Linköping.Projektet gick först ut på att uppdatera befintliga provtagningsinstruktioner från 1999 som är bifogade i slutet av rapporten. Jag skulle se som det fanns något att ändra, ta bort eller lägga till. Sedan utvecklades projektet och rapporten till att även beskriva reningscyklerna för matarvattnet och rökgaskondenseringen, och med det i stora drag ta upp de viktigaste fakta och information om de olika reningsmetoderna och reningsstegen.Rapporten ska fungera som en ?snabbkurs? där man lär sig det viktigaste och nödvändigaste ifall att ordinarie drifttekniker av någon anledning inte kan utföra sin uppgift.

Background: Traditionally defined boundaries and borders between organizations are at present being re-evaluated because of new and tougher demands. Today we can see a trend where these boundaries are being lowered or even eliminated when organizations choose to co-operate instead of compete. Purpose: In order to create an understanding for the partner selection process in the newly founded joint ventures between the companies which are building the Swedish 3G Network, the determining factors are being studied. Delimitation: The studies companies are co-operating as network operators but are at the same time competing as mobile operators. This relationship is in the literature described as co-opetition, which will not be investigated in this paper.

The purpose of this master thesis is to examine how Dublin Core corresponds to the findings in the IFLA report Functional requirements for bibliographic records FRBR, and what consequences this correspondence has on the usability of Dublin Core as a bibliographic standard. While the study describes the conceptual model of FRBR and the entities work, expression, manifestation and item, its main focus is the mapping of attributes and relationships to the user tasks defined, namely to find, identify, select and obtain entities. The study makes a comparison between data that FRBR rates as highly important for any user task, and the elements defined in DCMI Metadata Terms. The outcome of the comparison is then analyzed as to how it affects Dublin Core's possibilities to assist in the different user tasks, and common problems are discussed. The results show that problems in expressing attributes and relationships through Dublin Core elements concern all of the four user tasks.

I arbetet intervjuas åtta lärare i idrott och hälsa för grundskolans senare år om hur de obligatoriska momenten friluftsliv, orientering, simning och hälsa kommer till uttryck och bedöms i undervisningen i år nio. Lärarna intervjuas om vad som krävs av eleverna för att uppnå respektive betygsteg Godkänd, Väl godkänd och Mycket väl godkänd. Intervjuerna syftar till att se vad i bedömningen och betygssättningen som krävs för de olika betygsstegen och de skillnader som finns mellan lärarna. Intervjuerna bygger på tidigare forskning som visar att den nationella kursplanen kan tolkas väldigt olika av lärarna i idrott och hälsa vilket leder till en orättvis bedömning och betygssättning av eleverna. Arbetet bygger på att belysa de olika momenten i relation till den problematik som har visat sig finnas i hur bedömningen skall genomföras..

Försäkringskassan, Pensionsmyndigheten och Skatteverket bildar tillsammans ett servicekontor. Kontoren finns utplacerade i hela landet. Tanken är att du som medborgare ska kunna få hjälp med allt som rör de olika myndighetera.Syftet med min forskning var att utveckla ett vägledningförslag till servicekontoret i Eskilstuna, detta för att underlätta för besökarna att hitta till rätt myndighet och öka flödet inne på servicekontoret. Undersökningar har gått till genom observationer, intervjuer och enkäter, detta för att förstå hur besökarna orienterar sig på servicekontoret.Mina reslutat visar att besökarna inte uppmärksammar de skyltar som finns idag. Enligt mig är det på grund av skyltarnas brist på god informaionsdesign och placering.Jag har med hjälp av teori och den insamlade empirin tagit fram vägledningsskyltar som med hjälp av färg och form vägleder besökaren på servicekontoret.

In recent years cognitive training in order to improve cognitive abilities have becomeincreasingly popular and a lot of research has been conducted within this field. The natural agingprocess has a negative effect on many of our cognitive abilities and this relationship also has a strongconnection with hearing loss. Elderly with hearing loss is therefore a group that could benefit fromcognitive training. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate different types of cognitivetraining directed towards working memory in older adults and to examine the results observedregarding efficacy of this type of training and its transfer effect. Method: A literature reviewconsisting of 17 scientific articles published between 2005-2014.

Syftet var att studera skillnader mellan elit- och sämre rankade orienterare gällande situationsspecifikt självförtroende gällande de tre komponenterna: fysisk och orienteringsteknisk kapacitet och koncentration, samt att studera kön- och åldersaspekter. Urvalet bestod av 119 försökspersoner i åldern 18 till 45 år (M = 26.52, SD = 6.20). För att mäta situationsspecifikt självförtroende gällande fysisk och orienteringsteknisk kapacitet samt koncentration konstruerades ett eget mätinstrument efter riktlinjer från Bandura (1986). Resultatet visade att topp 50 rankade orienterare hade högre situationsspecifikt självförtroende för fysisk och orienteringsteknisk kapacitet och koncentration än sämre rankade orienterare. Resultaten diskuteras utifrån Banduras teori om situationsspecifikt självförtroende (1977, 1986) och tidigare forskning..
