Varumärkespassion- en studie av varumärkesorientering inom Gröna Konsum

Syfte: Uppsatsen behandlar tillämpligheten av teorin om den varumärkesorienterade organisationen inom detaljhandeln. Vilka är de specifika krav som ställs på varumärkesbyggande inom detaljhandel. Om några specifika krav ställs på detaljhandeln är det uppsatsens syfte att vara teoriutvecklande för att se hur dessa specifika krav kan användas i modellen. Metod: Uppsatsen bygger på en deduktivmetod. Den tar sin utgångspunkt i Mats Urdes teori om den varumärkesorienterade organisationen, denna förs sedan ner till en nivå som är specifik för Gröna Konsum.

Grooming : Vuxna som tar kontakt med barn via Internet i sexuellt syfte

Syftet med denna rapport är att ta reda på hur vuxna män går tillväga för att inleda en kontakt med ett barn eller en ungdom i sexuellt syfte på Internet samt att ta reda på vad svensk polis kan göra åt detta. I teorikapitlet tar vi upp två teorier som kan förklara varför en person vill begå ett sexuellt övergrepp på ett barn och där vi även förklarar vad en pedofil är. Vårat resultat visar att det är barn och ungdomar i varierande ålder som blir utsatta för grooming, främst av äldre män. Det vanligaste tillvägagångssättet är att kontakta barnen via olika communitys för att skapa en god relation för att sedan få till en träff i verkliga livet. Två av intervjupersonerna vi talat med jobbar på varsin polismyndighet, en i Västerbottens län och en annan i Västernorrlands län.

Att möta ungdomars sexualitet på HVB-hem : En kvalitativ studie av hur behandlingspersonal upplever mötet med ungdomars sexualitet

The aim of this study was to investigate how staff members at residential homes experience encountering sexuality among the youths. The study was conducted by using qualitative interviews with four staff members at four different residential homes. The interviews have been analyzed by using content analysis and have been looked at through a perspective of experience, as described by Richard Stevens, and by applying developmental psychology. The results show that, although sexuality is experienced as being distinctly present and being a topic of major concern, the staff members have given sex-education as a means by which to raise their own competence little or no thought. One way to interpret this is that sexuality and sex-education haven?t been given a sufficient space in the work with the youths.

Dialogen och lärandet : en kvalitativ studie om hur lärare arbetar med dialogen i sin undervisning

This report describes a study of how the teachers in Sweden are working with the dialog in their classrooms. The aim was to find out how the teachers are using the dialog in their teaching. And if they think that the dialog has a meaning for the pupils learning, and how they think the pupils learn. Even the difficulties whit the use of dialog in the classrooms and which in the classroom should speak the most was examined. The methods that I used in this qualitative report were interviews and observations of four teachers in the primary school.The research questions in this report were:Which meaning do the teachers think that dialog affects the pupils learning?How does the teachers work whit dialog in their classrooms?Who is leading the dialog in the classroom?Which are the difficulties when working with dialog in the classrooms?I found out that the teachers view on knowledge belonged together with how they worked with the dialog.

Talking about sexuality -Medical staffs´ experiences of conversations about sexuality with patients at a cardiology unit The background of this essay is the taboo to talk about sexuality among people who suffer from some kind of illness. When a person gets ill and need medical attention, his or her life changes dramatically. The patients get treatment for their symptoms. The illness and treatment have often an influence on the patient?s sexuality.

Yrkesidentitet och yrkeskultur i det Arbetsplatsförlagda lärandet : en intervjustudie med sex handledare för elever på Barn- och fritidsprogrammet.

The purpose of this examination was to find how supervisors interpreted the termsvocational identity and vocational culture, found in the diploma goals in workplace-based learning at the Child- and Recreation Programme. To reach the purpose, I formulated questions that I answered through a qualitative study. I made six interviews with pre-school teachers who had been supervisors for students at the Child- and Recreation Programme. The informants answered the same questions and the answers were recorded. The result of the study showed that the supervisors made a fairly consistent interpretation of the terms.

AbstraktMed ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv och hermeneutisk ansats är syftet med denna studie att undersöka hur en skolas organisationskultur påverkar ett lärarlags pedagogiska arbete och bemötande av elever. Vi intervjuade tio pedagoger inom ett lärarlag på Hagaskolan i Varberg. Vi utförde dessutom en informationsintervju med Mats Oljelund, en av de två verksamma rektorerna på skolan. Detta för att få information dels om skolan men också om dess involvering i utvecklings- och arbetsprojektet OUR. Resultatet har vi analyserat med hjälp av Mats Alvessons bok ?Organisationskultur och ledning? (2009), John Gastils teori om grupprocesser och ledarskap, Moira von Wrights (2000) begrepp relationellt respektive punktuellt perspektiv samt Hannah Arendts begrepp, Vad eller Vem (von Wright 2000).

This thesis is about practising on a different level to get an insight to what techniques might work for me as a double bass player. It is about discovering how to use your brain into playing at your best level. I practised both talking and singing to myself and read a lot about thinking and hearing not only the music but every note before playing. The thesis idea came from not having a technique that worked for me while practising alone. I wondered why it is such a difference between what we do at the lessons and what I do when practising by myself..

Konsten att tala om böcker : Bokprat ur ett retoriskt perspektiv

In this study the book talk is examined as a communicative act with a purpose to convince according to an under-lying intention to promote reading. I follow the book talk?s way from an idea of the book talker (and the library) to the reception of the audience, with the aim to understand how to talk about books in an engaging manner. More specifically, the rhetorical situation and the purpose of a book talk, the performance and the means to arouse and retain interest in the book talk as a speech and in the books themselves are examined and the impact of the book talk on the audience.The empirical material consists of observations of two different book talks (both directed to children) and interviews with the two different book talking librarians and a few of the children from the audiences to both book talks. The theoretical framework consists of rhetorical theories from both antique and modern times and I perform a rhetorical analysis of both book talks.

Att förlora en förälder i cancer-En kvalitativ studie över ungdomars behov av professionellt stöd

The aim of this study was to review six professionals supporters work to support adolescents in grief, and if this support is the kind of support adolescents actually need. These professional supporters are two hospital social workers, two hospice social workers and two support group leaders. The questions included in the work are; How does the professional support look like for adolescents aged 12-18, who has lost a parent in cancer? Are the adolescents getting the support they need from these professionals? The study is based on qualitative interviews based on interview guides, which where then analyzed thematically and linked to previous research and grief theory. The result indicate that adolescents may need different forms of support when their parent is dying or has died.

In the farrowing pens the amount of bedding material and the quality of the concrete floor has a huge impact on both the sow and the piglets. In this study imbedding of rubber flooring on the solid area in the farrowing pen was used to see if it had any effects on the sows lying behaviour when compared to concrete. Another important aspect was to evaluate if the rubber floorings had a high enough durability to resist the normal wear in a farrowing pen. Concrete flooring is assumed to have a higher thermally conductive effect then rubber which can affect the sow?s chance to cool down.

This thesis work aims to describe the prerequisites for a distributed treatment platform for real-time sharing of rounds performed by paediatric oncologists. The work started during the autumn 2004 and is directly aimed at improving the situation for the thirty or so specialist treating children with cancer. The work is not limited to the description of such a platform but also to select suitable software and hardware for the implementation of the platform and further more to coordinate the implementation. The production of several documents describing the platform is also part of this work. The work successfully led to the implementation of such a platform as described in the published article Barnradioterapi på distans Kristenssen et.

Lärares och kulturarbetares syn på kultur, estetik och kunskap

The National Arts Council[1] has made an evaluation on obstacles and success factors for the interaction between culture and school. In the evaluation report they concluded that teachers and cultural workers have different views on culture and knowledge which creates confusion in their interaction. Thus I became interested to investigate teachers and cultural workers views on culture, aesthetics, and the knowledge that they think the students / children / young people should get from culture and aesthetics. This work is based on qualitative interviews with four teachers and four cultural workers. I compare their views with each other and link it to different research perspectives on culture and aesthetics in school to get an understanding of the similarities and differences in their approach, and what implications it can have in the school?s learning processes. In this work, from a didactic point of view, I found that when the teachers and cultural workers are talking about culture, the why-perspective differs.
