This essay deals with the subject of communication through Facebook. In this survey we studied 100 youths from Karlstad and their communication habits and behavior patterns on Facebook. The social network site Facebook has since its start in 2004 made a mark in modern communication. Today in 2010 the site has more than 500 million users. This paper wants to study what happens to other types of communication.

Abstract in English:This essay constitutes a case study based upon in-depth interviews held with people who have, or have had, Exhaustion Disorder (ED), concerning their understanding and use of music and sound, encompassing experiences which are both positive and negative. The intention is to document how the illness influences the subjects' music use. The study shows that the respondents intuitively and consciously are using music by regulating, getting in touch with and manifesting their emotions. Music is an important tool in performing self therapy and to achieve a good existential health. Music can also provoke negative physical and mental reactions and affect the general health status for those diagnosed with ED.

Denna rapport har undersökt hur interaktivitet, genom interaktiva barnböcker på mobila enheter med pekskärm, kan påverka engagemanget för läsande hos barn i tre till fem års ålder. Detta har gjorts genom att en interaktiv barnbok skapades och deltagande observationer sedan utfördes vid sex tillfällen på tre förskolor där barnen fick testa den utvecklade produkten. De deltagande observationerna kompletterades sedan med åsikter om digitalt lärande från förskollärare på respektive förskola genom semistrukturerade intervjuer.Resultatet från undersökningen visar på en tendens till att engagemanget hos barnen kan ökas genom att införa interaktivitet i barnböcker genom att leverera dessa på mobila enheter med pekskärm. Undersökningen är dock gjord i för liten skala samt att produkten och undersökningen innehåller för många brister för att kunna ställa upp en faktisk teori. Istället ställs en hypotes upp som skulle behöva testas vidare under längre tid och i en mer rigorös undersökning..

Vid åldrandet försämras den verbala kommunikationen och kroppslig beröring blir en viktig del i kommunikation med andra. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att identifiera vilka faktorer som påverkar den äldre patientens upplevelse av sjuksköterskans beröring. Beröring har två olika dimensioner, en instrumentell och en affektiv. Äldre patienter upplever instrumentell beröring som nödvändig, medan den affektiva beröringen upplevs som spontan. Resultatet visar att sjuksköterskans kön och ålder har en betydelse för hur äldre patienter upplever beröring.

I dagens förskola och skola tenderar elevgrupperna till att bli allt större medan antalet pedagoger minskar. Uvnäs Moberg (2000) har i ett flertal studier visat på att beröring aktiverar kroppens lugn - och - ro hormoner oxytocin. Studier vid bland annat det Amerikanska Touch Research Institutet i Miami har visat att massage har en ångestdämpande, lugnande och avslappnande effekt på elever. Inlärningen och problemlösning sker för det mesta lättare efter massage. Vårt syfte är att undersöka pedagogers syn på de känslomässiga, interaktionella och kognitiva aspekterna hos eleverna som en följd av elevmassage.

We are in an emerging digital society where we are increasingly dependent on the mastery of IT and digital technologies to better carry out our everyday tasks. They cover everything from keeping in touch with family and friends to pay bills and declare. At the same time there are those who have not learned how to use the new technology and live their lives outside of the digital society. What happens to these people, in a society that is becoming increasingly digitized? Do they take harm by being in digital exclusion? It looks like this are issues that will not become less important as digital technology constantly changes.

Marinediesel has, to meet there customers needs for a suitable sterndrive to powerboats, developed a prototype. The prototype is currently in the testing phase. The opportunity to test the sterndrive under load inside the workshop has not previously been possible. Until now the drive has been tested in a test bench without any load on the propeller axle. The prototype has also been tested under real conditions mounted on a boat.The idea with my thesis was to create a test bench that can run around the clock in order to be able to test things like wear and service intervals and other things that require that the test interval is long.

The Authorities attitudes towards Gypsies have been characterized by prejudice for a long time. This has lead to the relief actions of the Authorities being formed by discriminating acts. In purpose of eliminating the discrimination of the Gypsies, the Delegation for Gypsy matters formulated a strategy for solving this problem in the report ?Gypsy rights ? a strategy for Gypsies in Sweden?. Despite the goodwill of the Authorities this report has been criticized by Gypsies in Sweden. In the investigation of the derivation of this criticism the aim of this essay is to look at how the Authorities attitude towards Gypsies is shown in this report and how it affects the creation of their ethos.

Our employer, Gaddad, is a tattoo and piercing community that was created in 2006 with the basic idea to make it easier for people to get in touch with the tattoo artists and piercers from all over Sweden. With the homepage?s popularity at 2009 they decided to expand with the news page Inkzine. 2011 they contacted us with a plan to expand the homepage to Europe and then merge their two sites under the name Inkzine.The goal of this project was to create design suggestions for Gaddad / Inkzine that both the administration and the current users liked and would consider implementing on the website. In order to evaluate the current design and our suggestions we decided to use two questionnaires .

Syftet studiens syfte var att belysa vilken betydelse fysisk beröring har för unga personer med bristande hälsa. Metoden var en litteraturstudie i form av en forskningsöversikt där 15 vetenskapliga artiklars resultatdelar analyserades. Resultatet Av analysen framkom fyra teman: Tillfrisknande, Stärkande av välbefinnande, Relationsskapande och Det svåra mötet, vilka redovisades som resultat. Diskussionen utgick från analysfynden, som ställdes mot en teoretisk referensram, byggd på psykoanalytikern Erik H Erikssons utvecklingsteorier. Slutsatser Beröringens betydelse innebar att unga i sin utveckling kan bli hjälpta att övervinna splittring i sin identitet genom att tillfriskna från ett liv av ohälsa och få ett liv med stärkt välbefinnande.
