Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på pedagogernas tankar och upplevelser av pedagogisk dokumentation, vilka hinder och svårigheter de stöter på och vad har förändrats i arbetet med dokumentation sedan läroplanen för förskolan reviderades år 2010. I undersökningen deltog fem pedagoger, varav fyra förskollärare och en barnskötare. Kvalitativa intervjuer användes som forskningsmetod. Empirin analyserades genom den sociokulturella teorin och Vygotskijs tankar om barns lärande och utveckling och även Lenz Taguchis tolkning av det konstruktionistiska perspektivet och pedagogiken inspirerad av Reggio Emilia. Resultatet visar att de flesta pedagoger har en positiv syn på dokumentation och ser dess fördelar. Majoriteten av pedagoger anser att tiden är största hindret i arbetet med dokumentation vilket ibland leder till frustration.

As a Swedish landscape architecture student living in Australia for five years, I have often wondered if my memories and my associations with the landscape and the nature in Sweden, are the same as other Swedish people living in Melbourne. Most of the Swedish people who live here in Melbourne remember and associate Sweden?s nature and landscape with where they grew up or where they used to live. The plants that most of the Swedish people I asked missed from Sweden were associated to special feelings or activities. The general type of landscape people remember from Sweden is that of a landscape covered in forests, which you can walk freely through. With these memories as a foundation and with inspiration from the Swedish landscape architect Thorbjörn Anderson?s way of creating places, by letting a few strong changes play against the existing elements,2 but also with consideration of the climate and the severe shortage of water that is current in Melbourne, will I create a design concept for the garden surrounding the Swedish Church in Melbourne. Med hjälp av bestämmelsens ordalydelse och det syf-te regeln hade när den ursprungligen infördes gjorde Regeringsrätten bedömningen att såväl överlåtande som övertagande företag kan drabbas av att aktierna blir kvalificerade på grund av att samma eller likartad verksamhet bedrivs.

This master thesis is about access to literature translated into Swedish sign language for deaf at the public libraries. It is by now a well-known fact that there is produced very little literature in sign language for deaf. This is so even though the policies for the library nationally and internationally, and the public law for libraries in Sweden says there should be literature available for all groups of disadvantaged people. People who have problem reading ordinary ink books have the right to get the book adapted into a medium accessible for them. The goal of the Swedish law for disadvantaged says that in 2010 Sweden should be accessible for all irrespective of weather you are deaf or not.

I den här kvantitativa undersökningen söker jag svar på frågorna: "Hur framställs eller gestaltas de olika partiledarna i bilder publicerade i Aftonbladet, Expressen, Dagens Nyheter och Svenska Dagbladet under valrörelsen från den 19 augusti 2010 till den 19 september 2010" och "Finns det skillnader mellan hur de olika tidningarna framställer eller gestaltar de olika partiledarna och hur ser dessa skillnader i så fall ut?". Med hjälp av teorier kring nyhetsvärdering och gestaltning försöker jag förklara varför bildrapporteringen ser ut som den gör. Genom att analysera 891 bilder med hjälp av ett fyrtiotal variabler har jag till exempel kunnat se att Sahlin och Reinfeldt är de som får mest utrymme i alla kategorier, att Åkesson behandlas annorlunda än de andra och att Expressen är partisk i sin rapportering till fördel för Reinfeldt och till nackdel för Sahlin. Jag har också sett att kvällstidningarna och dagstidningarna till viss del arbetar efter olika medielogiker- även när det gäller bildrapportering..

In 2007 Swedish Meats, the dominant Swedish meat-producers cooperative sold its slaughtering and processing industry. The goal of a producer cooperative structure is to create value for members through vertical integration, and to strengthen members? market position. When Swedish Meats sold the slaughtering and processing components, it ceased in some respects to serve the function of a cooperative. This is a lost opportunity for both members and non-members, because Swedish Meats as a functioning cooperative could have exploited its dominant market position to positively effect producer?s prices.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to survey what personal encounter at the library can signify, and to examine Swedish public libraries? policies for personal encounter. The posed questions are: What does personal encounter at the library signify? How are users and library staff represented in the collected policies? What do the policies say about digital encounter? 290 e-mail queries were sent to Swedish public libraries in May 2010. Of 140 responses, 107 stated that they did not have a written policy on personal encounter.

Projektets syfte har varit att för Swedish Ninja ta fram en spjälsäng vars funktioner bygger på mål- gruppens och användarnas behov samt har en stark Swedish Ninja identitet. Det ska vara en säker pro- dukt med enkla form- och konstruktionsklösningar för att förmedla enkelheten i att använda den. En del av projektets syfte var även att kartlägga spjälsängsmarknaden i Sverige som den såg ut våren 2010. Detta gjordes genom marknadsanalyser vilka klargjorde i vilket segment som spjälsängen för Swedish Ninja ska befinna sig, funktions och prismässigt. Med dessa marknadsundersökningar klar- gjordes även vilka befintliga och pålitliga konstruktionslösningar som kom att användas i projektet.

In school there are many pupils with Swedish as their second language and these pupils often have less basic condition compared with pupils with Swedish as their mother tongue and the most common root cause is lack of language knowledge, also the time spent in Sweden matters.I have trough questionnaires and literature studies investigated if there, for pupils with Swedish as their second language, is an easier way to figure out how to read and write in Swedish using fiction literature as learning material compared with ordinary ways.In the questionnaires that I performed participated a number of teachers that teach Swedish as a second language. These teachers all work in schools with a big share of pupils with Swedish as a second language.I also tried to evaluate if there was a difference between teachers with a graduation in Swedish as second language compared with these who don?t have a graduate but still work with these pupils.The result shows that I discovered that only the graduated teachers have used fiction literature as a learning material in the daily work and have experienced good results from the pupils, they also knew why they used fiction literarture for reading and writing training.As a teacher it is very important to have the knowledge regarding children that have Swedish as a second language, to be able to support them in a correct way.Despite the pupil can?t speak or read the new language, it has feelings and knowledge about the circumstances that they can?t express.The teachers mission is to knew and have understanding for these circumstances.Keywords: Pupils with Swedish as second language, learning to read and write, fiction literarture, school..

In a recently published official Report from the Swedish Government (SOU 2010:73) a leg- islative proposal has been introduced. Its main purpose is to prevent parallel registrations of ships that are bareboat chartered to other countries. The legislative proposal claims that by preventing parallel registration of ships the Swedish Maritime Code will better corre- spond with the UN convention on the law of the sea.The UN convention on the law of the sea clearly states that ships are forbidden to fly two flags. There is however no restriction concerning parallel registration, simultaneously, in two registers. A ship that is bareboat chartered out from Sweden does not fulfil criteria re- quired in order to be deregistered, according to the Swedish maritime code.

SAMMANFATTNING Under det senaste decenniet har utvecklingen inom svensk lagstiftning gått oerhört fort fram. Anledningen är att de svenska redovisningsreglerna har anpassats efter de internationella som i första hand är avsedda för större bolag. Konsekvenserna blev ett allt för stort och komplext regelverk för de mindre bolagen. Bokföringsnämnden inledde därför arbetet med att ta fram förenklade redovisningsregler för de allra minsta företagen, de så kallade K1-företagen. Även regeringen har uppmärksammat de ökade kostnaderna för redovisningsarbetet vilka i dagsläget uppgår till 1 645 miljoner kronor för svenskt näringsliv.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how the revised Planning and Building Act (SFS 2010:900) have influenced the comprehensive planning in Swedish municipalities. A focus is directed at examining how the new law regulates a greater consideration to climate aspects and the what consequences this results in regarding the implementation of the law in Swedish municipalities comprehensive plans.The paper is a case study, containing both quantitative and qualitative methods. We decided to examine the accounts in Sweden and see if they have been more efficient, from a user perspective, after the introduction of IFRS in year 2005Method:  This paper is made from a quantitative and a deductive approach. We have collected data from all companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange between the years 2002-2008 using the computer program Financial Datastream and then made the regression and other analyses and comparisons with the program MinitabResult & Conclusions: We have in this paper demonstrated that how the accounting of goodwill designed is relevant to investors and that this relevance has increased in Sweden after the transition to IFRS. We have also concluded that the goodwill has greater relevance in a rising market than in a downward.Suggestions for future research: In future researches can the aim be to compare other accounting standards changes that occurred in the year 2005 and see if the accounting, from that perspective been more efficient.Contribution of the thesis: We have shown how the account influences investor?s decisions during different accounting systems and in particular how they react on the changed account of goodwill.
