Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad barnskötare och förskollÀrare har för uppfattning om blyghet hos förskolebarn samt hur de upplever att arbeta med blyga barns sociala utveckling. Studien utgÄr frÄn ett fenomenografiskt perspektiv som syftar till att finna variationer i beskrivningar av fenomenen blyghet och social utveckling. Studiens empiri Àr insamlad frÄn kvalitativa intervjuer frÄn de tvÄ yrkeskategorierna inom förskolan. En intervjuguide har utformats som stöd under intervjuerna och studiens resultat och analys har skiljts mellan barnskötare och förskollÀrares utsagor. Resultatet har analyserats utifrÄn 23 kategorier, enligt den fenomenografiska ansatsen, dÀr huvudkategorierna Àr blyghet och social kompetens.

This paper examines, through questionnaire, how young students in upper secondary school in Malmo experience social integration. It also contain what they think should be done in order to improve the integration between youth that are ethnic Swedish and youth that have a foreign background. To understand the subject we started with a review over Swedish integration politic and its influence over Malmo and social integration in the country. We have used such theoretical starting points as identity and ethnicity in relations to the social surroundings, social affinity theory and flexible mindedness, making of groups among youth and factors to promote social integration. Our conclusion is that the experience of social integration between the two groups depends on how you experience yourself.

Social enterprises make up one of the groups of participants that provide welfare services financed by public funding. The object of this study is to describe and analyze from a theoretical point of view which conditions, in what fields, by which division of responsibility and finally through what decisions these social enterprises are allocated a place in the market for social welfare services. The company that has been the object of study offers services in the field of social welfare and in employment. In the study a triangulation of qualitative methods has been used: studies of literature on the subject, recurrent interviews and observations and also reviews of documents. The results have been analyzed from theories on the space available on the market for social services, on social economy and on social capital in the form of strong, weak and bridging bonds.

The purpose of this essay was to examine what Ungbo in Kalmar has meant for the adolescent from their point of view and to examine the social workers opinions of Ungbo.My questions were: What expectations did the adolescent and the social workers have on Ungbo? How has these expectations been fulfilled? What expectations does the social workers think the adolescents has on Ungbo? How is the impact of involvement for the adolescents when planning the living environment in Ungbo? What changes has Ungbo brought to the adolescent? What changes has Ungbo brought in the work of the social workers? What does Ungbo mean for the adolescent? What does Ungbo mean for the social workers and what experiences does the social workers have on the importance of Ungbo for the adolescents? How has the teamwork been working around the adolescent during the time at Ungbo?The questions were answered by asking four adolescents and two social workers with their experiences of Ungbo. My study showed that Ungbo was of importance for the adolescents that has been a part of the project, but it is also important in the work of the social workers. The adolescents noticed a change in them selves after their stay in Ungbo. The social workers were positive to Ungbo but they felt a need for others resembling activities in Kalmar..

Abstrakt Social Engineering Àr konsten att manipulera mÀnniskor, för att pÄ sÄ sÀtt vinna deras förtroende. Med hjÀlp av detta förtroende kan attackeraren sedan kringgÄ sÀkerhetssystem och fÄ tillgÄng till organisationers information. Vi har i denna uppsats genomfört elva intervjuer pÄ tre stora organisationer med bÄde IT-chefer och övrig personal. Med dessa intervjuer har vi sedan försökt fÄ en bild av hur medvetenheten ser ut samt vilka ÄtgÀrder organisationerna tar för att förhindra Social Engineering. Med denna uppsats vill vi belysa den ovisshet som rÄder kring Social Engineering, men Àven farorna och hur effektiv en attack av denna typ kan vara.

The aim of this essay was to investigate how social workers, within chosen Social services districts in the northwest of SkÄne, work with children placed in foster care. Our purpose was to investigate the interaction between the child and the foster home from the perspective of the Ecology of Human Development. Our questions were:* How do the social worker prepare the child and the foster home before a placement?* What kind of support is offered to the foster home with the purpose of supporting the child?* How do the social worker make the childs contact with the biological parents easier?* To what degree does the social worker work on strengthening the child's network?* Which factors do the social worker decide the allocation of support?* What do the social worker think affects the work with the foster home from a society level?To answer our question we have interviewed nine social workers. We found that the social workers were generally good at perceiving how the micro- and meso-systems, and to a certain extent the exo-system, influenced the foster child.

Denna studie Àr en fortsÀttning pÄ kandidatuppsatsen Sveriges kommuners turisthemsidor ? En studie om var Sveriges kommuner befinner sig i webbutvecklingen i relation till web 2.0 genomförd av Johansson och Winther som Àr tvÄ av författarna till denna studie. Syftet med denna studie Àr att ge en ökad förstÄelse för hur Sveriges kommuner arbetar med sina turisthemsidor samt sociala medier. Denna kandidatuppsats genomfördes genom en observation samt kvalitativa intervjuer med tio av Sveriges 290 kommuner. Resultatet visade att kommunerna anvÀnder sina turisthemsidor och sociala medier för att nÄ ut till önskade mÄlgrupper.

Many social services cases have been reviewed in the media during the last years. One of those cases is ?Lasse and Karin?, handled by the Social Services in Oskarshamn in 2002. Lasse and Karin had their son taken into custody by the Social Services and the case was reviewed in national media. Through this case the Social Services received much attention, of which most was negative, and their handling of the case was greatly criticized.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelse av delaktighet i en bostadsanpassningsprocess. Sju kvinnor med varierande funktionshinder som beviljats och tagit del av bostadsanpassning av kök intervjuades. Data analyserades utifrÄn en kvalitativ innehÄllsanalys och resulterade i tvÄ huvudkategorier: ?Betydelsen av inflytande i processen? och ?Betydelsen av att fÄ vara en del i processen? med underkategorierna Trygghet och tillit, TillÄtas vara delaktig i den första huvudkategorin och PÄverkan och valmöjligheter, SjÀlvbestÀmmande och initiativtagande i den andra. Dessa kategorier beskriver nÀr och hur kvinnorna upplevt delaktighet genom bostadsanpassningsprocessen.

Syftet med min studie Àr att beskriva och förstÄ ungdomars perspektiv pÄ skolk i relation till skolan som social kontext. Under hösten 2008 har Sveriges utbildningsminister ett förslag till att stoppa skolket dÄ man anser att den svenska skolan Àr i kris pÄ grund av skolk och sena ankomster. Enligt tidigare forskning kan skolk kopplas till riskbeteenden som droganvÀndning och brottslighet. UtgÄngspunkten i denna studie Àr att skolan Àr mer Àn en plats dÀr lÀroplaner bedrivs, det Àr ocksÄ en plats för ungdomarnas socialisationsprocesser. I studien har jag undersökt hur ungdomar ser pÄ skolk och om skolan som social interaktionsarena har nÄgon betydelse för deras beteenden.

The aim of this paper was to examine how social workers' comprehension of the need of financial aid exists in, and is influated by, the organisation they work in. To investigate this, we asked ourself questions concerning how the social worker view the way that the finicial aid-system and work surrounding it is formed, whether the social worker's understanding of the need of financial aid co-exists with the percieved common understanding of the work place (do the understandings coincide, do the social worker adjust his or her understanding or is it possible to have a separate understanding), whether the social worker feel that he or she have discretion to influence the organisation and how possible conflicts between different views are handled. We felt that a qualitative method would best help us answer these questions. We therefore interviewed seven social workers working in the same organisation. We then looked at our material from an organisational theory perspective, focusing on the individual in the organisation.We found that the social workers were socialised into the organisation and adapted the norms and values that existed there.

The purpose of this study is to use a qualitative approach to get an understanding of what is expected of social workers targeted towards women managers in social services. Nine social workers were interviewed. The empirical data was then analyzed on the basis of gender theory. Respondents did not see their supervisor as a manager but more as a social worker with special tasks. Our empirical data indicates that there is a strong belief that men and women possess different properties.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the social worker?s perspective on working for the government as a professional in care of children, in relation to the family's right to self determination. The essay's empirical material is gathered from qualitative, semi-structured interviews with social workers who work with children and youth in communities and districts in SkÄne and Stockholm City, Sweden. The analysis was conducted in line with theories of social constructivism. The results and analysis show that the interviewed social workers did not believe that the state has too much power over the citizen.

This c-level essay examines Sweden?s municipalities? tourist sites in web development in relation to web 2.0. The study?s main purpose is to give a general overview of how Swedish municipalities use the web as a communication channel for their tourism information. The study also examines differences between large and small municipalities, because smaller enterprises have different conditions than larger enterprisers.

Den hÀr uppsatsen Àr en sociologisk studie dÀr syftet Àr att öka förstÄelsen om varför mÀn och kvinnor startar företag tillsammans med andra. Vi har belyst hur stor pÄverkan omgivning, kön och Älder har pÄ beslutet att starta företag tillsammans. Vi har gjort en kvalitativ studie som bestÄr av intervjuer med nyckelpersoner och företagsÀgare i Norrbotten. Studien Àr gjord i uppdrag av företaget Coompanion som ger rÄdgivning Ät mÀn och kvinnor som har eller vill starta ekonomiska föreningar. I Sveriges inland och framförallt i Norrbotten lÀggs arbeten ner och invÄnare flyttar dÀrifrÄn för att fÄ jobb.
