This paper is about the use of task boards in agile system development projects. The main focus is on how digitalized versions of the task board can be of assistance during the development process. Our investigation is based on qualitative studies, with system developers of various backgrounds and professional roles, along with studies of relevant literature. The main results are that a digitized version of the task board can increase awareness for the team and be of major importance if it is accessible through the web. On the other hand negative effects of the digitalization can emerge as well.

Bakgrund: Postoperativa sa?rinfektioner a?r en vanligt fo?rekommande va?rdrelaterad infektion, och orsakar stort lidande fo?r patienten och stora kostnader fo?r sjukva?rden. Diabetes a?r en riskfaktor fo?r att utveckla postoperativ sa?rinfektion, och har liksom hyperglykemi fysiologiska effekter som bidrar till en o?kad risk att utveckla postoperativ sa?rinfektion.Syftet med denna studie var att underso?ka sambandet mellan diabetes, postoperativ hyperglykemi och postoperativ sa?rinfektion hos patienter som genomga?tt CABG-kirurgi.Metod: Studien designades som en kvantitativ retrospektiv studie med deskriptiv ansats. Data insamlades dels fra?n va?rdenhetens egen infektionsregistrering, dels genom granskning av 276 patientjournaler pa? den aktuella va?rdenheten.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad som krävs för att specialläraren med inriktning utvecklingsstörning ska kunna skapa ett samarbetsklimat inom teamet som ger optimala förutsättningar för elevernas lärande och utveckling. Arbetet har utgått från tidigare forskning kring ledarskap i skolan, träningsskolans pedagogiska praktik och betydelsen av delaktighet och samarbete i arbetslivet. Ett historiskt avstamp har gjorts utifrån synen på hur utvecklingsstörning utvecklats, samt hur särkolan vuxit fram.  Studien har utgått från ett kvalitativt perspektiv, där jag genom en fenomenologisk ansats sökt förståelse kring speciallärarens roll som teamledare. För att undersöka hur speciallärarens sätt att leda och fördela arbetet inom personalteamet kan påverka ansvarsfördelningen, känslan av sammanhang och därmed även möjligheterna till måluppfyllelse för eleverna har jag genomfört gruppintervjuer av befintliga personalteam.

AimThe Swedish government has allocated a milliard Swedish Crowns on the project ?Ett handslag med idrotten?, (A handshake with sports), to make it possible for more children to participate in sports. The project goes on for four years and my work is an evaluation of the projects that have received fundings from Gästriklans Idrottsförbund for the second year. One aim is to see how many pupils that have been involved with the projects and especially the numbers of pupils earlier not active in a sport club and the number of girls. It is interesting to see what?s in common in the sport clubs that have had a large number from those two groups.

This is a study of an experimental project called ?Eget företagande ? egen försörjning?. The aim of this thesis is to explore if the course self-employment in Swedish for immigrants will become a permanent activity. The study is based on interviews with participants from the projects management team and the interviews has been analysed with methodological inspiration from Jonas Söderlunds project competence model. The focus lies in the participant?s perception of the project work and their thoughts about the permanent activity of self-employment in the future.

Our study describes how much influence and importance Zlatan Ibrahimovic has on a part of Malmö called Rosengård where he himself grew up. We made interviews with 16 children in the ages of six to ten. The theoretic views applied in this study come from Robert Connell?s Notions of masculinity and William Corsaro?s Sociology of childhood. The questions we answer in this study are; if Zlatan has any influence on the children in Rosengård? How do children and media look at Zlatan and the myth that surrounds him? How does the picture of Zlatan Ibrahimovic get constructed amongst the children? How does hegemonic masculinity present itself amongst the peer-cultures of the children in Rosengård? Our study shows that Zlatan has no influence amongst the children we interviewed.

In recent years, agile software development methods have become increasingly popular throughout the world. Today there are a number of different agile methods and they all rest on the Agile Manifesto that was formulated in 2001 as a reaction to the traditional software processes.The aim of this thesis is to make a survey of some of the agile methods used today and to see how they are being used in practice. It consists of two parts: a literature study and an interview study with people working in the software business. First, a definition of agile methods is proposed and a number of different agile methods are described. Second, the interviews are being analysed with special focus on communication, collaboration, expectations and results.

My essay is about a dilemma that came up on a preschool that I worked in. My purpose with my essay is to examine and to get an understanding for what children with attachement and separation anxiety goes through, and how a preschool teacher the best way can help them.The background story is about a boy named Sixten (not his real name). When separated from one of the preschool teachers Sixten exhibits a great deal of separation anxiety. In the story I give some clear examples of situations where Sixten displays this separation anxiety. I have in the essay viewed it from different perspectives and I have questioned my own role as an educator, but also my entire team.

AbstractThe aim: The aim of the study was to describe what women are most satisfied with in maternity care and if women´s childbirth experiences can be described by means of the QPP-I, who contains 32 statements related to maternity care. Design: The study is part of a national cross-sectional study which lasted for two weeks in Sweden in 2007. This paper analyzes one of the two questions with open answers, which reads: "What was the best with maternity care??. Results: The results showed that out of a total of 735 responses 717 could be placed in the existing instrument QPP-I.

I detta examensarbete undersöks vilka arbetssätt som lärare och respektive elever anser meststimulerar lärandet på gymnasiet i kursen rörlig bild, samt vilka kompetenser de anser är viktigainför det kommande yrkeslivet. Undersökningen har utgått från den kvalitativaforskningsmetoden som utgörs av åtta stycken intervjuer varav fyra är lärare och fyra elever. Avundersökningen framkom det att de arbetssätt som stimulerade lärandet mest är när elevernafår arbeta praktiskt och i grupp samt under yrkesmässiga arbetsformer. Även den kreativtskapande kraften är central för lärandet. De kompetenser som ansågs vara viktiga för yrkeslivetvar förmågan att se helheten i alla led med arbetet kring rörlig bild, samt elevens förmåga attsamarbeta och interagera med andra i ett team..

Nurses have an important role caring with the suicidal patient as they often are the first to encounter these individuals. In order to develop their skills, nurses need to understand the complexity of the problem around the thoughts of wanting to die. The purpose of the study was to compile and elucidate research that describes how nurses can provide care to suicidal patients. The method used was a literature review. The results were divided into seven themes that can guide the nurse in the work: to be there, give time and listen, to recognize and assess risk factors, working in a team, to be attentive to own attitudes, to give hope, to be able to process their feelings, increased knowledge of the causes of suicide.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att klargöra vilken genomslagskraft kundbegreppet har fått inom vårdstrategier. Vi bidrar därmed i denna uppsats med att klargöra vilken syn på patienten som råder inom hälso- och sjukvården idag, om synen på patienten förändrats i och med kundbegreppets introduktion samt hur synen på patienten kan påverka kvaliteten. De frågeställningar som kommer att behandlas i denna uppsats är således följande: Har synen på patienten förändrats i och med kundbegreppets introduktion? Hur kan synen på patienten påverka kvaliteten i hälso- och sjukvården? Förbättringsarbetet kring kundorienteringen tar idag sin utgångspunkt i teorier som behandlar industriföretag. Eftersom hälso- och sjukvården skiljer sig från industriföretag genom att utgöras av människonära tjänster undersöks hur ett tjänsteperspektiv på patienten kan påverka kvaliteten.

Now, anew innovation enters the market, a system that can transmit wireless control signalsbetween the vehicle and trailer.Parvus and Zap, the two solutions that the projekt group has come up with during thisthesis work carried out over the last year on Utvecklingsingenjörsprogrammet.Technologists Peter Jägevall and Christopher Åberg has developed this project on theirown. The group has developed various concepts and chosen to work on, two of them.The project has resulted in this report and a prototypeThe solution that the group has developed is a wireless communication between vehicleand trailer. The project team has developed new power-efficient LED lighting fixtures inorder to implement an internal power source in the trailer. The result of this has becomea maintenance-free and wireless product to trailers.

The purpose of this thesis is to describe what Building Information Modeling, BIM, could mean for landscape architects, and also hopefully to make sense of the possibilities and problems of the system. BIM is about virtual design and is based on all consultancy groups in the design team modeling in 3D. Intelligent objects and metadata, such as price and material, are used. The project group has a common interchange format for simple sharing of information. To get an idea of how the situation with BIM for landscape architects looks like today, I collected information mostly through interviews.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva personers erfarenheter av sina kost- och motionsvanor före respektive efter en kirurgisk behandling mot fetma. Vidare var syftet att beskriva om personerna ansåg att operationen påverkat deras psykiska och fysiska hälsa. Kirurgiska behandlingar mot fetma har ökat under de senaste åren och forskning visar att det är den metod som ger bäst effekt för att behålla en långvarig viktnedgång i jämförelse med diverse dieter och fysisk aktivitet. En kvalitativ metod med innehållsanalyser användes där fem kvinnor som genomgått en operation mot fetma intervjuades. Kategorier har skapats utifrån hur det har sett ut före och efter operationen när det gäller kost- och motionsvanor samt psykisk och fysisk hälsa.
