Background: An effective management of the healthcare's organization on one disaster site is considered as a condition in order to decrease damages and suffering at them as been hit of an accident. In KAMEDO-reports is described true accidents, how among other thing organizational parts been implemented and evaluations of which importance different decisions had. Aim: The aim of the study was to examine KAMEDO-reports concerning prehospital medical management on disaster sites. Method: Eight KAMEDO-reports was examined with focus on organization and management. Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att utreda vilka faktorer som är av vikt för en framgångsrik förändringsprocess samt vilken påverkan ledarskap har på faktorerna. Vi genomförde en kvalitativ undersökning där vi intervjuade tio personer som är yrkesverksamma på två hotell i Sverige. Vi intervjuade respondenterna om den förändringsprocess som ett hotellkedjebyte innebär, och om den ledarstil hotellens general managers anser sig ha och ha haft under bytet. Våra sekundära källor utgörs av teorier inom framför allt service management, change management samt ledarskap/management. Vi har använt en blandning av induktivt och deduktivt arbetssätt.

Abstract The purpose of the essay was to investigate how you can work with conflict management through drama, to promote the meeting with children from many different cultures. I also wanted to see how the work may be different in a heterogeneous or homogeneous group of children.In the background I lift up what a conflict can be, what kind of conflict management methods there are, how to work with drama education as well as what ethnic conflicts can be.The literature studies have shown that there are different types of conflicts and that the conflict management methods are many. In an attempt to get answers to my questions I?ve had drama lessons focusing on conflicts in a heterogeneous and homogeneous group of children in grades 3.My study has shown that conflict management through drama can increase the understanding of other cultures and promote the meeting between children. Automatisk produktidentifiering, s.k. Auto-ID, har funnits länge inom många skiljda tillämpningsområden. Det mest välkända systemet idag är streckkodssystemet, vilket blanda annat används i den studerade försörjningskedjan hos Holmen Paper AB. Anledningen till detta examensarbete har varit att undersöka förutsättningarna och möjligheterna till identifiering och spårbarhet med hjälp av RFID, en teknologi som utnyttjar radiofrekvenser för att läsa av produkternas identitet. På det sättet är förhoppningarna att produktions- och leveransprocesser ska kunna effektiviseras, samt att höja informationstillförlitligheten i systemen.I den första teoridelen presenteras generellt betydelsen av RFID för olika typer av applikationsområden och försörjningskedjor.

The purpose with this thesis is to illustrate companies? way of using Key Account Management in the organization. We developed the four following research questions: Why do companies choose to use Key Account Management? How do companies identify and choose their key customers? How does a key account manager work? How do the skills needed by a key account manager look like? The results showed that KAM offered several important benefits, mainly of economical characteristics. Identification of the key accounts was mainly conducted through certain economical criteria the customers had to fulfil.

There is consensus in research, policy, business and many other areas around the benefits of creativity. Previous research shows that creativity is only spurred under certain conditions. Usually creativity is not associated with concepts such as control, deadline or cost effectiveness. Nynas produces bitumen at two refineries in Sweden. The bitumen is shipped to seven depots along the swedish coast line, and from the depots special trucks handle the transportation to customers. Recently Nynas has transformed its supply chain and closed down a few depots. At the moment the company is considering a further reduction of the number of depots. In connection to these discussions an analyse of the companys distributionsystem and of possible changes is required.
