Corporate Social Responsibility, vara eller inte vara ? En undersökning om CSR förekommer hos svenska modeföretag och modekonsumenter.
The main purpose is to illuminate how a company links certain values to its brand in an effort to achieve a competitive position. We have done this by studying the government owned company Svenska Spel and its entrance on the netpokermarket. With Corporate Social Responsibility as a guidance for the company they wanted to offer Swedish gamblers an alternative to the, often morally dubious, international actors. Our thesis has taken an internal (corporate) as well as an external (consumer) perspective on the result of this strive. Our conclusions are that although Svenska Spel is Successfully integrating social responsibility into their netpokerbusiness, they are facing a difficulty in making the consumer fully appreciate it.
Erfarenhetsöverföring vid svenska utlandsstyrkan : Vilka faktorer påverkar och hur?
The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors affecting the experience transfer at the rotation of the missions. This is to identify the respective influences are inhibitory factor, which contributes to a less efficient transfer, or if it contributes to a more efficient handover. The method used for the production of this paper is a qualitative case study of squad leaders who have done service in Kosovo or Afghanistan. Through interviews with focus on the transfer of experience, both on individual and organizational level, the factors that affect are being identified. The model used is expressed in a general perspective, where each factor is categorized as inhibitory or contributing to Success, and if it appears on an organizational or individual level.
Emotionell intelligens : En studie av den dskursiva produktionen av begreppet emotionell intelligens i ett organisationssammanhang
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a highly used concept in contemporary organizations, especially in the recruitment process or education of employees and managers. The aim of this study was to examine the discursive production of the concept emotional intelligence and how it, linked to an organizational context, is expressed in web-based articles and course homepages. In total 11 texts related to emotional intelligence and organizational contexts were used as the object of study. A three-stage model was used as a method for analysis. The model included a content analysis, argument analysis and a deconstruction analysis in order to expose what was said about emotional intelligence and how it was said.

Denna uppsats syftar till identifiera och förklara sambandet mellan belöning, inre motivation, yttre motivation och arbetstillfredsställelse med teamprestationer vid produktinnovation. För att kunna uppnå vårt syfte har vi utfört en surveyundersökning genom telefonenkäter med 69 företag. Vi fann ett positivt samband mellan teamarbete och teamprestationer vid skapande av innovationer. Vi fann också att belöningar ökar chansen för en individ i ett team att bli arbetstillfredsställd vilket leder till en framgångsrik innovationsprocess. Om företag ska lyckas skapa framgångsrika innovationer måste de ge innovatörer incitament i form av belöningar vilket ger upphov till arbetstillfredsställelse och en mer framgångsrik innovationsprocess..
Stridsyxor eller båtyxor : En diskussion om symboliken och dess betydelse
My intention with this paper is to try to understand the meaning of the double sex symbols which can be identified on a number of Neolithic so called battle axes from the region round the lake Mälaren in Sweden. My conclusions are drawn after having studied a number of archaeological thesises. I have realized that the society was egalitarian from what is said about the funeral habits since women and men were buried with the same care. Ceramics from the Skogsmossen site show a very long continuity over 15-20 generations. These facts indicate a peaceful society without traumatic breaks where knowledge would have been lost.

Do ceramics have to be static? This was the question that spurred me into this work, and what kept me working on to achieve the possibility of motion in my ceramic objects. By combining the knowledge gained through my former education as an avionics technician with my interest in the ancient ceramic craft, I strive to create kinetic ceramic handicraft suitable for interaction with an audience.By a series of different phases I slowly go from understanding what kind of motion I want my objects to have, to actually realizing this motion in three-dimensional objects. Through the use of simple models made from corrugated fiberboard followed by more advanced plaster models, combined with different complementary materials such as bicycle inner-tubing and recycled aluminium cans among many others, I, through a vast series of testing, slowly build up a knowledge base later applied to the ceramic objects.The result is for me a Success; I have found a way for me to combine ceramics with mechanics. The aim of this paper is to examine venture capital in football player contracts in Sweden. This is a phenomena that have existed in Sweden since 1999 when the company Djurgården fotboll AB was founded, since then eight other companies have been started. These companies form an alliance with a football club and invest in player contracts. These contracts have high risk since it is valued by the performance of the contracted player. The venture capital firms have no formal control over their investments and they are showing negative results.

The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to examine what role the new city library in Halmstad has for its users. The questions posed in this study are: What do the users actually do at the library? What roles are the most significant according to the users? Have the politicians succeeded in their intention of realizing a modern library according to the users? The theoretical starting point is Andersson?s and Skot-Hansen?s theory of four different roles of public libraries. In order to extend the model we added a fifth function; the one of aesthetical experience.

The study examines what affects loyal football supporter?s intentions to an array of behaviors that can generate revenues to the football clubs. Specifically the study shows that attitude towards the club affects the supporter?s intentions towards consuming products and services that in some way are related to the favorite club stronger than the satisfaction with the club. Furthermore, the study also shows that there are different kinds of attitudes that drive the intentions and that the strength of these drivers varies.

SammanfattningSyftet med vår uppsats är att med en komparativ ansats studera hur integrerings- ochnormaliseringsmål uppnås för personer med intellektuella funktionsnedsättningar inom dendagliga verksamheten i Polen. Vi vill även se hur personalen upplever att de uppnår dessamål. Huvudmetoden för studien var kvalitativ intervju. I vår analys har vi valt att använda ossav KASAM-teorin som kan förklara hur personalen på den dagliga verksamheten upplever attintegrerings- och normaliseringsmålen uppnås. Vi använder oss av begrepp somempowerment, normalisering och integration.

In today's society there are a lot of offers towards consumers, where they actively have to choose the most appealing offer. In order for an offer to be attractive it must add value in line with the customers demand. Also, it requires that the offer provides a sufficient level of attraction so that the customer selects the particular product/service over another. Furthermore, each offer must exceed the expectations of the visitors to an event, so they feel that the event is something "extraordinary". We have chosen to study how LHC (Linkoping Hockey Club) works with marketing in order to improve the overall customer experience.

With some help of a few interviews, with children, and some staff members, in two different schools, I hope to answer the question: if the picture of the operation, that the children and the staff are having, has some similarities, and I will try to compare these pictures with what some legal documents such as Lgr 11 and Kvalitet I Fritidshem is saying about daycare opera-tions? To be able to run a Successful daycare center, is never an easy thing. The key to Success is to make parties, like the staff, children and their parents to feel happiness, when it comes to things around and about the daycare center. The result shows that both the children and the staff are expressing a frustration around the daycare operation, because they feel that there being wrongly answered, by a higher authority. The children are frustrated of how the staff is answering them about different things and the staff is frustrated about how the headmasters are answering them.

Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka om, och i så fall på vilket sätt, samhällskunskapsutbildningen påverkas av Sverigedemokraternas framgångar i skolvalet och riksdagsvalet, utifrån ett lärarperspektiv. Vi undersökte också om lärarna har upplevt någon attitydförändring hos eleverna vad det gäller främlingsfientlighet, intolerans och rasism samt tittat på vad lärarna anser om den nya läroplanen där samhällskunskapsämnet blir mindre på yrkesförberedande linjer. Detta görs med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra samhällskunskapslärare och resultatet analyseras utifrån teorier om olika demokratimodeller samt ett ?vi och dom? tänkande. Resultatet visar att undervisningen ser olika ut beroende på vilken demokratimodell som präglar lärarnas arbetsmetoder samt att lärarna ser olika på betydelsen av Sverigedemokraternas framgångar och vilken inverkan den har på undervisningen..

The research design of this essay is a qualitative case study with interviews at Gotland Energi AB (GEAB). The interviews provided insight in factors that can foster creativity and innovation in organizations.
Några rehabiliteringspatienters upplevelser av påverkan och kontroll i samband med rehabilitering efter cerebrovaskulär skada
The purpose of this study was to increase the understanding of how patients following cerebral vascular attacks percieve personal Control and their ability to influence the course of their rehabilitation. Specific questions relating to the concept of Health Locus of Control such as perception of personal responsibility and own influences as well as the recognition of the influence of outside phenomena such as faith, luck and divine power were asked for. The empirical findings of this study were based upon semistrucutural interviews with five respondents. The results showed that the respondents efforts, together with the efforts of others were a necessity in Successful rehabilitation. The influence of faith or luck on the other hand, was not percieved as a factor for Success.
