Stroke drabbar årligen 25 000-30 000 personer i Sverige. För dem som insjuknar i stroke är dysfagi (sväljningssvårigheter) ett vanligt problem. Dysfagi kan bland annat leda till att patienten sväljer fel och blir undernärd och risk för hostattacker, aspiration och pneumoni kan uppstå som följd. Patienter med sväljningssvårigheter efter stroke kan också uppleva oro, rädsla, skam, lidande och orkeslöshet vid matsituationer. Forskning visar också att patienter upplever sig vara beroende av andra vid måltiderna.Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva patients upplevelser vid måltiden samt formulera omvårdnadsåtgärder som kan leda till förbättring i ätandet för patienter som drabbas av dysfagi efter stroke.Metoden är en litteraturstudie.

The aim of this study was to illuminate critical factors that facilitate respectively obstruct the novice nurse's development during her first year in the profession. The method used was a systematic literature review according to Goodman's model. The 8 qualitative scientific articles were scrutinized by using a form developed by Pedersen and Sigling (2002). SAMMANFATTNING BakgrundAtt arbeta skift har visat sig vara en stressfaktor som påverkar både sömn och hälsa negativt och inom sjukvården kan även patientsäkerheten äventyras om personalen är utmattad på grund av sömnbrist.SyfteSyfte med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva vilka faktorer som påverkar sömnen och kan medföra sömnstörningar, samt vilka preventiva åtgärder som kan leda till förbättrad sömn hos skiftarbetande vårdspersonal.MetodResultatet bygger på tio vetenskapliga artiklar publicerade under åren 2007-2013. Dessa söktes genom databaserna Cinahl, PsykINFO och PubMed.Resultat I analysen av artiklarna framkom att skiftarbete som inkräktar på normala sömntider har en uppenbart skadlig effekt på sömnen med svårigheter att somna och sömnighet under både arbetstid och ledighet. Utmärkande var att stigande ålder och låg stresströskel (hardiness) ökade risken för sömnstörningar. Att ges möjlighet till tupplur under nattpass var en viktig åtgärd för att förebygga trötthet och främja hälsan hos skiftarbetande vårdpersonal.SlutsatsEftersom skiftarbete i sig har en uppenbart skadlig effekt på sömnen så är det av största vikt att ge vårdpersonalen bästa möjliga förutsättningar för att bibehålla sin hälsa på sikt. Förutom att planera för bra skiftscheman med schemalagd rast samt möjlighet att sova på nattpassen, bör man ta hänsyn till vårdpersonalens ålder och stresstålighet (hardiness)..

The purpose of this essay was to find out how leaders in micro service firms practice HRM and identify which HRM related problems they experience in their leadership. A case study consisting two cases was carried out. The study has shown that leaders in micro service firms use a highly personalised, informal management and involve their employees in the firm?s development. The findings were that leaders of micro service firms do not have any theoretical knowledge of HRM practises because of lack of education.

This study deals with questions about male and female, power and church, related to the Mariologies of three prominent leaders in the Church of Sweden in the last century: Erling Eidem, Paulina Mariadotter and Cristina Grenholm. The mentioned topics are important for conservative High Church people as well as for radical feminists, and they are therefore necessary to address in the context of discussions about the church´s identity and the search of greater unity.Each Mariology is related to contemporary ideas about the relations between male and female, and to the tradition of the church as the leaders themselves see it. During the years 1920-2010 the relations between the sexes changed a lot as a result of the impact of modernity, which also affected how people perceived the relationship between the individual and the tradition/authorities. The present study concludes that there is a connection between Mariology and contemporary ideas about male and female. However, the Mariologist´s attitude to the tradition of the church seems to decide which perspective is allowed to dominate.

This paper examines pupils? conception of the Swedish schools constitutive values expressed in the Swedish curriculum. The main question was, at to what extent the schools constitutive values have influenced the pupils conception of their own values. That question problematizes the relation between values, constructed and carried by central administration, and their interpretation at local level by pupils. The study was conducted with qualitative analysis which included qualitative interviews with seven pupils in the last year of the Swedish school system.

Goods that children come in contact with on a daily basis for example toys, electronics, textiles, household items, have attracted an increased attention in recent years because of a common occurrence of residues of potentially hazardous chemical substances. Some municipalities in Stockholm have developed plans for managing chemical risks and work systematically to phase out products containing hazardous substances. This thesis aims to contribute to an improved knowledge base for any future work with non-toxic nursery schools in Haninge. The study's focus is on the challenges encountered by conditions and problems of preschool personnel to manage chemical risks in early childhood environments. Primary data was collected through a qualitative approach based on semi-structured interviews with both the preschool staff and practitioners working in the central organization of the municipality.

The focus of this essay is on a political party that was founded in Sweden in 1904. Today, we known it as Moderata Samlingspartiet. Historically, this party has transitioned through multiple phases which have included a change of name and also a change of substance in the area of trade policy. The party that was cheering globalisation at the 2006 congress had its roots in protectionism and had been founded as a strict protectionist organisation. The question raised here is what has caused this dramatic change in the trade politic?In addressing this important question, I have used both organization and party strategy theories to identify the main underlying reasons.

Den fysiska hälsan blir också påverkad på grund av de olika metoder som den drabbade använder för viktnedgång samt på grund av näringsnedsättning. Livskvailtet är hur en människa upplever sin tillvaro och om personen känner någon mening i sitt liv. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur ungdomar och unga vuxna med ätstörningar upplever sin livskvalitet.

In 1993, Sweden signed the Convention on Biological Diversity and thus agreed to conserve our indigenous biological diversity. As a part of the convention, Sweden is obliged to conserve a number of domestic animal breeds and among them the Linderöd pig. In 1952, the zoo, Skånes Djurpark, took care of a pregnant sow that was regarded to be related to the old "forest pig". The old forest pig was thought to have been extinguished by the early 20th century as a result of the ban on boars not approved by state inspectors. However, according to later accounts, several farmers still kept some of these non-approved pigs.

Transportation represents 10-15 % of wood supply costs. It is therefore important to improve efficiency in the transport system to decrease these costs. The aim of this study is to map the timber vehicle routing processes used by a sample of timber hauling contractors and to identify possible links between the vehicle routing process and service and economic variables. The study was carried out at Södra Skog in autumn 2008. 15 timber hauling contractors were sampled and interviewed about their work with timber transports.

Syftet med vår undersökning var att se huruvida lärare, elever och föräldrar i skolår tre samt i skolår sex anser att skolans matematikundervisning är relaterad till vardagen. Som metod för att få svar på denna fråga använde vi oss av en enkätundersökning som genomfördes av lärare, elever och föräldrar i år tre och sex. The method has been interviews based on a qualitative research interview. By using interviews, I was able to capture the diversity of the interviewees? experiences described from the basis of an interview guide.

But my main concern with this essay must be thought of as a brief and personal mapping of Christian belief and it´s rational status in relation to both basic philosophy and the other great religious traditions. Furthermore, I am anxious to widen the perspectives of that which theoretically can be considered substantially real, and the existential consequences that follows on such a study. In doing so I must make sure that it´s properly anchored in history of both philosophy and religion, and of course ? with the general idea of God.
