The purpose of this thesis is to identify the factors that drive efficiency and effectiveness in technical development projects performed at A?F?s department of product development. In addition to identifying and analyzing these factors, the thesis also analyzes what needs to be taken in to account in order to implement a measurement system that is able to both monitor and control the identified factors.The thesis has been performed in a qualitative manner. The purpouse with this litterature review is to investigate how women diagnosed with fibromyalgia handle their disease and what it implicates for a partner. The questions are: How do women suffering from fibromyalgia experience and deal with their daily life? What does it mean to live with a person diagnosed with fibromyalgia? In order to answer these question, scientific articles were reviewed and then analyzed with an inductive approach. The analysis generated three themes concerning women's experiences and dealing with fibromyalgia: losses/adjustment, changed relationships, lack of knowledge and three themes describing partners' experiences: increased responsibility/new tasks, changed relationships and lack of knowledge..

The autumn of 2011, saw a new curriculum being put to use in Swedish schools, a curriculum whose purpose was to supply the Swedish schools with a larger national equivalence. This new curriculum was meant to counter the strong variations in grading that the ministry of education felt was a result of the Lpo94, the curriculum previous to lgy11's introduction.With the introduction of the new curriculum there followed some changes to the objectives and emphasis on content prepared by teachers in the subject of religious studies. As a result this also affected the teachers planning and execution of the course and its content. From the perspective of a teacher-to-be I hold a great interest concerning how lgy11 affected the religious teachers planning of their lessons and teachings. This essay is written with the hope of being able to determine how some of the now active teachers perceive that they have been affected by the curriculum in its structure of teaching and planning and the content of material.

This memo discusses and problematizes the work of organizing and cataloging the archive of the Environmental Advisory Council.The archive mainly consists of records concerning meetings which the Environmental Advisory Council has participated in, but also records concerning different tasks of the council and a few records concerning the coun-cil itself.The overriding problem, which is discussed in the final part of this memo, is the lacking knowledge about the creator of the archive and the creation of the archive itself and how this effects the work of ordering and catalog-ing. An attempt is made to evaluate the archive as a source of information to the Environmental Advisory Coun-cil and its work.This is a one year master?s thesis in Archival Science.

This study has examined how teachers in Swedish upper secondary schools work to foster a critical perspective through the education in the subject of Swedish. The study is based on qualitative interviews conducted with three teachers, who have given their views on the role of source criticism and critical analysis of literature in the subject of Swedish. Furthermore, they have described how they incorporate these views into their own teaching.The study has shown that the teachers find that source criticism and literary analysis are interconnected, since both depend on a general critical approach, which they both help foster. The main question the study examined was how Swedish education could help foster a critical perspective. The interviewed teachers' ways of working point out a way: teacher C has integrated source criticism and referencing into most of their education, which makes them central to the education in Swedish.

The purpose of this study is to use a qualitative approach to get an understanding of what is expected of social workers targeted towards women managers in social services. Nine social workers were interviewed. The empirical data was then analyzed on the basis of gender theory. Respondents did not see their supervisor as a manager but more as a social worker with special tasks. Our empirical data indicates that there is a strong belief that men and women possess different properties.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine how representations of identity construction are performed through the characters in the novel Snabba Cash by author Jens Lapidus. I examine what means the characters are using, and how the identity construction processes are related to the idea of modern society. For a theoretical background I use sociologist Anthony Giddens? theories regarding modernity and self-identity, to study general identity construction.
