Studiens syfte ämnar undersöka hur specialpedagoger ser på sitt uppdrag, styrning av uppdraget samt hur de talar om fritidshemmets verksamhet. Metoden som används i arbetet är diskursanalys. Det empiriska materialet består av sex kvalitativa intervjuer med specialpedagoger. I materialet identifierades helhetsdiskursen, behovsdiskursen, kompetensdiskursen samt organisationsdiskursen. Dessa visar bland annat på olika sätt att se på och tala om specialpedagogik, exempelvis utifrån en helhetssyn och utifrån elevernas behov.

One of the teachers worked at an elementary school (for 30 years), three teachers worked at middle schools (20, 10 and 8 years of work experience) and two of the teachers interviewed worked at a high school (30 and 3 years).  ResultsThe majority of teachers feel that a wide variety of activities, adapted to an individual level, and the understanding of a healthy lifestyle are important in order for the teacher to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.The teachers felt they had sufficient material in order to present the value of physical activity, where the school budget provided the teachers with materials every year. In addition to the budget, all the teachers had 12 hours of professional development every year where they could attend conferences or their own choice of professional development.ConclusionWith the help in forms of professional development offered by the school, conferences, meeting with other teachers, and their own choice of development, the teachers instruction techniques could increase which could help the teachers to find the pupils? interest for different kinds of physical activities.KeywordsPhysical education and health, physical activity, SOC, sense of coherence..

Bakgrund: Den ekonomiska styrningen förmedlar ledningens intentioner ut till organisationens olika delar och den kan även delge ledningen viktig information om hur väl företagets olika mål uppfylls. I en uppköpskontext spelar den ekonomiska styrningens en viktig roll då den ska hjälpa ledningen att styra två olika organisationer som har inkorporerats. Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att identifiera och analysera vilka faktorer som påverkar den ekonomiska styrningen i förvärvade företag. Genomförande: För att besvara uppsatsens syfte har vi utgått från litteratur och vetenskapliga artiklar inom området företagsstyrning, ekonomisk styrning och förvärv. Därutöver har intervjuer genomförts hos SCA AB och Hexagon AB, två företag som har gjort ett flertal förvärv.

I komplexa organisationer kan det vara svårt att uppnå målöverensstämmelse, syftet med denna studie är därför att belysa och förklara hur en operativ enhet med komplexa uppgifter hanterar problemen med målöverensstämmelse och att identifiera hur införandet av en balanserad styrningsform kan påverka målöverensstämmelsen. För att samla in det empiriska materialet utfördes personliga intervjuer med de tre personerna ur ledningsgruppen för Avdelningen för kvalitets- och miljöledning på Luleå tekniska universitet. Dessutom utformades en enkät som de övriga medarbetarna fick svara på. I studien framkommer det att om operativa enheter med komplexa uppgifter använder sig av kommunikation, delaktighet och utformar ett visst belöningssystem kan man nå långt i skapandet av målöverensstämmelse. Dessutom framkommer det i studien att införandet av en balanserad styrning har en positiv effekt på kommunikation, delaktighet och utformningen av belöningssystem inom organisationen..

Denna uppsats tittar närmare på de olika verksamhetsformerna som i dag existerar inom primärvården. Under de senaste åren har nya driftsformer utanför den offentliga sektorn dykt upp. Numera finns både privata entreprenörer och nya typer av offentliga verksamheter som skapats då Landstingets organisation ständigt är under förändring. Utifrån de tre verksamhetsformerna offentlig, entreprenöriell och intraprenöriell verksamhet har vi valt att identifiera den övergripande styrningen, identifiera sambandet mellan ledningens styrning och arbetstillfredsställelse och arbetsprestationer och slutligen identifierat ledningens agerande för att skapa en framgångsrik verksamhet. Metoden har varit att göra en fallstudie av kvalitativ karaktär med kvantitativa inslag, på tre vårdcentraler med olika verksamhetsformer.

Abstract: Private equity used to be synonymous with tremendous yields and rates of return. However, the private equity market trembled in 2008, due to the financial meltdown caused by the worldwide credit crisis. Considering the current low number of exits within the private equity industry, the purpose of this thesis is to examine if there has been any change in how private equity firms control their portfolio companies since the inception of the crisis. One private equity company and two portfolio companies have been studied. The case study is prepared from interviews with senior directors in the portfolio company and investment managers in the private equity firm.

Arbetsformerna får gärna lämna utrymme för ansvar och målstyrningen är kanske den styrning som bäst motiverar en 80-talist. en 80-talist är uppväxt i ett konsumtionssamhälle och uppskattar den monetära belöningen då denna fysiskt och tydligt symboliserar organisationens uppskattning. Det är dock väldigt viktigt att denna kompletteras av icke-monetära belöningar i form av uppskattning, delegerat ansvar samt stimulerande arbetsuppgifter.

Bakgrund och problem: Den pågående finansiella krisen och lågkonjunkturen drabbar idag de flesta länder och branscher. En bransch som drabbas när företag och privatpersoner blir alltmer kostnadsmedvetna är hotellbranschen. Företag inom hotellbranschen har i stort sett sedan lågkonjunkturen i början av 1990-talet haft en positiv utveckling. När sämre tider stundar kan det antas att ekonomistyrningen förändras i de olika företagen. Författarna intresserar sig hur hotellen tacklar de problem som den rådande finansiella krisen för med sig och vilka anpassningar och förändringar som måste göras av budget och budgetprocessen.

Ever since it was first introduced in an article in the Journal of Finance 1952, Harry Markowitz? mean - variance model for portfolio selection has become one of the best known models in finance. The model was one of the first in the world to deal with portfolio optimization mathematically and have directly or indirectly inspired the rest of the world to develop new portfolio optimization methods. Although the model is one of the greatest contributions to modern portfolio theory, critics claim that it may have practical difficulties. Partly because the Markowitz model is based on various assumptions which do not necessarily coincide with the reality.

SammanfattningAtt investera i långfilmprojekt är riskfyllt. Därför är det mycket sällsynt att en långfilm i Sverige produceras utan ekonomiskt stöd från det Svenska Filminstitutet, SFI. Branschen har hamnat i en beroendeställning vilket gjort att makten koncentrerats hos Institutet. För att höja totala publiktillströmningen och filmkvalitén bestämde SFI år 2006 att öka storleken på stöden, men att detta skulle ske på bekostnad av ett mindre antal produktioner. Utvecklingen innebär att färre bolag i framtiden kommer ha en ekonomisk möjlighet att producera långfilm, att färre anställda behövs och att filmernas mångfald försämras - alla dessa är händelseförlopp som SFI en gång grundades för att motverka.
